Dr. Sprowl was recognized academically throughout her educational career by being inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a national Honor Society. As a four-year Deans list scholar, she also received accolades from the American Association of Periodontology and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for clinical excellence. In 2018, Dr. Sprowl was inducted into Hampton Universities Forty under 40 Society; an elite society developed to recognize young alumni excelling in their profession and community.
Orthodontics affords Dr. Sprowl the opportunity to make a positive impact in her community. Dr. Sprowl was recognized as Volunteer of the Year by the State of Nevada in 2011 and 2012 for her work with Purple W.I.N.G.S., a nonprofit mentoring program for at-risk teens. Dr. Sprowl currently serves as a board member of this organization.Dr. Sprowl also volunteers with Girls on the Run Charlotte, Alexander Youth Network, and S.C.O.R.E., a mentorship program dedicated to inspiring young women into the science and technology field. Recently, Dr. Sprowl received the Outstanding Service Award for her dedication to service in the Charlotte Mecklenburg School System.

I have to say everyone in the office is wonderful. They always greet you with a smile and everyone speaks to you. My granddaughter is so comfortable with everyone that i dont have to go in the back with her anymore. They was so patient with her and never lost they warm voice. I want to say thank you all for your patients with my Granddaughter because I know she was a work in progress when she first started coming to the Orthodontics office. I will tell everyone to come here and to bring their children here also.

Such an amazing experience. The staff was extremely friendly and the office was very cozy. Love to see women and especially black women in dentistry. From the time I walked in until the time I left I felt like I was always in good hands. Can't wait to start my journey with you guys!!

My son has been a patient of Dr.Sprowl's for a little while now! He was completely apprehensive about getting braces at first! He is now however, grateful for her services! He is mindful of his dental health more so now than ever before! He actually enjoys coming to his appointments and he looks forward to the finishing product! I recently had a visit with Dr. Sprowl and I must say that her and her staff are absolutely amazing. Her office is very modern, clean, covid friendly, colorful and welcoming. I had a small issue with my permanent retainer, and Dr. Sprowl was able to fix it in a timely manner and was very nice, professional and made sure that I was comfortable the entire visit. If you are in the Charlotte, NC area, I would highly recommend A List Smiles Orthodontics for your orthodontic services. You will not be disappointed! Thanks again Dr. Sprowl!

I was referred by a friend to make an appointment with A List Orthodontics. I was blown away with the captivating yet relaxing environment. Very clean and smelled fresh. State of the art equipment to keep up with the fast growing technological world we live in. Very helpful and professional staff. Dr. Sprowl was very compassionate and took her time with me. I would definitely recommend her for your orthodontic needs. I wish I could come to her just for basic dental health.

This is the best orthodontic office ever, all the staff is really nice and you're not just a patient, you're remembered, and they make sure to have that personal connection with you. I've had braces previously before with a different office and the service here is 100x better. Just like the "A-List" in the name, they give you " A- list" service and the office is CLEAN. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great orthodontist, Dr. Sprowl is the best.

Love this place! I was so happy to see an African American women owned orthodontist office ! On top of that the staff is professional, nice and welcoming. The office decor is so nice and comfy. Dr. Sprowl is awesome and so knowledgeable and Melanie at the front desk is great! So happy and glad that we referred here for my son's ortho care.

First & foremost, Alist Orthodontics is a vibe. The ambiance is like no other. You don't feel like you're in a dental office.
