I had been a patient of Dr Sherman Mitchell for many years & when he passed away, Dr Montgomery took over many of his patients. When I went in to Dr Montgomery's office due to a cracked denture, I was treated like I had been "HIS" patient these many years. Dr Montgomery & his staff were very courteous, informative, & professional. I have no problems taking my dental issues to him, happy to.

My wife and I are disabled Veterans and were referred to Montgomery by the VA. Montgomery provided adequate dental service to myself and my wife but afterwards, when my wife requested copies of her dental records, the office staff refused to release them. Their reasoning was that, since the VA paid for the service, they would need approval from the VA to release the records to my wife. For those who aren't aware, a Federal Law (referred to as HIPAA) requires any business providing medical or dental service to release a patient's records to the patient upon request. For Montgomery's staff to refuse is a violation of HIPAA. The fact that they didn't know, or knew and refused to comply, is worrisome. What else don't they know? I have reported this to the VA and requested that they not refer anyone to this business. Our Veterans deserve better. I also urge you to find a more knowledgeable dental office for your needs.

Dr Montgomery and his staff are warm, inviting, and professional! I've never had to wait for services and I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned twice a years. Dr Montgomery is very thorough and I have referred several people to him and will continue to do so. Thanks for all that you do to make our community a better place with people like you and your staff!

The receptionist that fills the paperwork for insurance is clueless. She was very rude, the dentist was nice. Must be a family member of the dentist, because no way you would want someone like her as the first impression of your office. Sad.

Try to schedule an appointment with this place. Receptionist was rude and condescending when asking how to get to the building. The photos and directions are very unclear. Definitely would not recommend coming to this place if this is the way they're going to treat their patients

A breath of fresh air after many other dental visits elsewhere. Dr. Montgomery is very nice and explains everything to you and gives you the best plan of action! If you haven't had the best dental experiences elsewhere, go make an appointment with him!

I have seen Dr. Montgomery for years, as has my family. He is ALWAYS professional, polite, and very skilled. He and his staff were great with my children when they were little, and continue to be fantastic. I highly recommend him, and his practice.

I saw Dr. Montgomery for the first time yesterday. He's actually a distant relative so perhaps it okay to use words like "adorable". I have some difficult dental issues that must be addressed, in part because of my age, in part because of an injury, in part because I'm generally terrified of dental drills and needles. Dr. Sherman Mitchell helped me over the fear for many years, but he passed away earlier this summer. His long-time patients are distraught. I have no choice but to start again with a different dentist, different hands, different energy. I have been anxious about the initial visit . I know its time to accept the change and put my dental care in perspective. I watched Dr Montgomery study my multiple xrays and think seriously about the options, after which he very professionally discussed his thoughts with me. And so, in September we will begin procedures. I feel engaged and confident.

My daughter fell and injured her front top teeth. After a trip to the ER, she was told to be seen by her dentist ASAP. Her dentist could not get her in for a week so we called my dentist office. Dr. Montgomery got her in the next day, saw that she needed her two teeth pulled before she developed an infection or did damage to her permanent teeth and took great care of her. He likely saved her from a nasty infection!
