Everyone here is super friendly including the front desk, hygienists, and dentists! In the past I've avoided the dentist for many years due to fear and pain. Bassett Creek staff has been patient, understanding, and super respectful. I don't feel any shame in the work I am having done. Thank you!

I'm usually a chicken when in comes to going to the dentist but At Gentle Dental Center eases my fears by being friendly. Dr. Sara and the staff show great care for the patient explaining everything that needs to be done. This is true professionalism and I'm not hesitant anymore about visiting the dentist. I would definitely recommend the Rogers, MN office.

Our family loves going here for our routine cleanings. They are great with kids too, they make the appointment fun and the kids get a little prize at the end (small toy or sticker).

Hands down the best dental center I've been to!! If I could give more stars I would! I went in for a preventative exam to clean my teeth and was welcomed by Cheryl who greeted me with kindness. I only waited for a few minutes until I was helped. I was introduced to Kim and was told she'd work with me. Kim did a phenomenal job with my teeth! She was extremely kind, took her time, explained the entire process very well, and even showed me pictures of my teeth as she was cleaning (this is a first in my experience). I felt very cared for and I enjoyed our conversations together. Kim and a doctor also explained the insurance side very well and made sure that everything was covered and that there were no misunderstandings which I very appreciate. All in all, it was my best experience ever at a dental office - I am most definitely coming back! I already scheduled my next appointment and hope to be back soon :)

Everyone here is great! I needed some fillings redone and they were able to get me within a week! Appt was done before anticipated and service is always stellar! Couldn't recommend this place more!

Dr. Pucell is a great dentist! Amazing staff! I've been going there for over 50 years (that's right, 50 years--ever since I got my baby teeth! Highly recommend!!

I had a filling fall out a week before starting a new job. Though not a existing customer, they quickly found an opening to check my tooth and then a quick follow up to replace the filling. Because of my urgency, I saw two different dentists. They were both wonderful to work with, took their time both in the examination and in the care. I will now be a regular customer at A Gentle Dental Center. Thank you!
