I have been going here for about 8 years for routine cleaning, fillings and crowns. I am pleased with their work and all of the dentists and assistants. Special thank you to Dental Assistant Taiveni for taking the time to make sure my new crown was perfect.

Dr.Desai is a great doctor to have working with me . Very knowledgeable in all matters . Good atmosphere in office with everybody there. Helps me a lot in all problems in all situations that arise.

I am hooked on this wonderful Dentist office...greeted by office coordinator, Urvi(kind and efficient) Tooth condition clearly explained by Triveni! Lastly: very thorough exam, cleaning and repairs by Dr Desai!! Thank You, A+ Dental:-)))!

I have not been to a dentist in 10+ years due to fear and anxiety and they did a great job of making me comfortable. They explained everything and the dentist was quick and efficient on the parts that require any discomfort. I will be back in 6 months for my cleaning and continue for the foreseeable future. Thank you A+ Dental!

Receptionist was quite awful! Asked about getting more antibiotics for my tooth incase of infection, with everything going on I had gotten sick and was obviously unable to make needed appointments. Even if antibiotics are unavailable to me or pose some sort of risk, the way that information was given to me was disrespectful and down right nasty! It makes me feel scared for my health to even schedule something else with this office! Do they even care at all about their patients? Hopefully the lady who I spoke to only handles phone calls because I would never want her handling my personal care! Utterly disgusting behavior!!!

It is personally sad to see they have such good ratings but was so nasty towards me. Bad communication on top of that did not work with me well. When I first came I liked it especially the head denture the guy forget his name. As my time went on with them I had about 4 situations with them. A lot of times they rescheduled me after i had already came all the way to them personally that can be frustrating. My other incident they kept saying to wait they have to get papers needed from my insurance that was twice so third time I just wasn't waiting took it in my own hands called my insurance just for my insurance to three way with the dentist and they say they got it. That was very disappointing. Since I solved that weaved on to my appointment I scheduled for today from that last time I seen them. Get told I have to reschedule. I tried everything the lady at front desk was NO HELP WHAT SO EVER she did not care for my side and told the dentist guy about our conversation so he calls me not letting me speak claiming I'm not letting him speak... how do you call my phone and be the one to do all the talking and it doesn't even make sense your trying to tell me what it is when I have been listening to you guys to get told last minute reschedule this isn't how I should be treated. The biggest thing though they did not care. Said he's don't speaking to me and hung up. I wish I knew how to get ahold of management I just want my work done and not have to go through the whole process with someone new because they slacked but I guess forget us patients do what we have to do right. If I had the right proper dentist I could of been done. That is what ticking me off a bit more. Not here to bad mouth them just giving my experience with them which wasn't nice at all

The staff in Chalfont is the best. Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Desai. They are always accommodating and they go out of their way to make sure their customers have a great experience. My wife was waiting on a bridge to fix a tooth and it didn't look like it would arrive in time for her next scheduled appt. They decided to drive down to the lab and pick it up so they could fix it for her as scheduled. Now that is great service! Thank you Dr. Desai and team!
