Save your money, time, and nerves and go to a place that more professional and knowledgeable about what your children need. I tried to give benefit of the doubt and chances but no.

Doctor is very knowledgeable her staff meet my expectations very kind to children(patients). Dr Bibbs is one of a kind!! Have no complaints!!

I wouldn't have a problem with this place if I didn't have to wait in my car for 2-3 hours everytime. We left last time. I make an appointment for 8am so we can get in and out and everytime we have been, we wait 2-3 hours. I told myself before the last appointment if I had to wait more than 30 min I was leaving. I drive from Newnan! They called me at 10:30 to tell me they were ready. Ridiculous! Kids cannot sit this long and I don't have gas money to leave my car running since you aren't allowed to sit in the waiting area. Needles to say, we are looking for a new dentist in Newnan.

My daughter absolutely loves Dr. B (as she calls her). My daughter has been seeing her since she was 5 or 6 and now is 17.

As a parent of a special needs child I really enjoy our experiences with Dr. B and her staff. They are kind, professional and understand children. The staff caters to their families unique needs and is truly "a dental home for kids" and families. Dr. B is more than a dentist and her practice is more than an office appointment. Come prepared to wait but be assured that when it's your time, it will not be rushed. Dr. B is a wealth of information and she is someone valuable to have on your family's medical team. I'm probably looking forward to the next visit more than my kid but they can thank me later. Thank you Dr. B for sharing your gift with each family you meet. It does not go unnoticed.

I don't trust this dentist. I brought my daughter in for a chipped/broken tooth that occurred after she fell. The dentist first suggested that we would need to put 2 caps on her front teeth to protect (fix) her teeth but that we should wait a couple months to evaluate the possible damage. But when we came in months later for the re-eval , now my daughter would need 4 caps and the dentist threw out the word cavities. My child was 18 months old. I was visibly shocked. I asked the dentist where the cavities were exactly and she kept avoiding the topic and instead tried to persuade me that " all kids get caps" "she put caps on her nephew" "the patients before us are getting caps too". I asked for more information regarding why 4 caps and she was very vague and seemed offended that I was questioning her. And pushed the fact that my daughter has Medicare and the caps are free for us. Well went and got two second opinions....the other dentists didn't see any cavities whatsoever and said if I wanted to put a crown on for aesthetic reasons I could but it's not needed. I genuinely believe that Bc I came across as a young new mother Dr Bibbs was a shady car salesman. Why would You recommend putting my 18 month child under anesthesia unless it was absolutely needed? I got a bad vibe from the second appointment and GOOGLED her and that is what sealed the deal in needing a second opinion. We are very happy with our new dentist.

I always have the best experience. My son had to get a tooth pulled and instead of rushing the process to get it done, the main dentist made him feel comfortable and made sure he was calm (he was so scared). She was very patient and very kind to him. Once he was ready she pulled the tooth which was literally seconds but the time took to make sure he was ok was the most important part which is why sometimes the waiting time is long. The time is based on the kids to make sure they have a good relationship with their dentist. The focus at this dentist is the kids and I love it.

Inconsiderate, horrible receptionist ! I would not recommend. 0/10. Very rude and disrespectful to clients. Will be waiting in your car for over an hour just to be seen, but they won't wait 5 mins for you. DO NO RECOMMEND. Would not even take my dog there .

This is the same dentist who had a practice in Newnan and Carrollton. I am posting reviews of her work there to protect possible clientele and urge to to please seek somewhere else to take your child! Just today I got a bill from my children's new dentist that applied sealants on my teenage son recently and insurance denied the claim saying sealants had already been applied on those teeth. Guess who the practice was that charged us for sealants and either didn't apply them at all or did such a poor job less than two years later there was no trace of them. Again, PLEASE take your child elsewhere.

Now I'm not the type to write long reviews .. but this was the absolute Most horrible dentist for a child to go to. I took my two year old. I always go to dentistry for children and I took a chance going here. Never again. The dental assistants were nice. But the main dentist made my two yr old take x rays, now think about it. Why would you make a two yr old that's not even almost 3. take x rays?! She had to lay down which horrified her. Her assistants were even puzzled on why they were making them do all of this. I felt the vibe an it was off in the office not a friendly environment, We had to hold her down an they put a mouth guard in her mouth to keep her mouth open. They took so many pictures an were moving so slow and being rough while holding her down. I was very upset. After that my daughter was crying horribly. she tried to stick a lollipop In her mouth, I pushed it away bc my two yr old was terrified an crying an she tried to give it to her again. I got mad an said no she doesn't need it .. she was still crying til she went to sleep. I've tookeb my older daughter to the dentist at dentistry for children all they did was take a picture ab count her teeth. But NO this dentist insisted that she would get x rays. And oh they had to do it twice, not once BUT twice .. both times this day was horrible, she was terrified from this dentist. I will never recommend this dentist to nobody,

My son and I had the worst experience at this office. We were there for 3 and a half hours, most of which was spent waiting. Of course by the time my son was seen he was tired and wasn't in the best mood, so the assistant got Dr. B to perform his initial exam. Dr. B did not throughly explain the depth of the work that my son needed done, she simply said that he'll need "a few root canals". I asked for clarity regarding how many and on which teeth, but never received a straight answer from her. We were then sent to the front desk where another staff told me that my son would need 12 root canals and 12 crowns, which would all be performed at once under sedation, and it would cost about $5,500 out of pocket! I asked if the procedures could be broken up so that my son wouldn't have so much trauma done to his mouth at once and if there were any other options, but she only kept replying "no". My son and I left that office feeling utterly defeated and exhausted. Needless to say, I found another dentist to perform my son's dental work. He did not need as many root canals and crowns as Dr. B suggested. The procedures are being split up and performed without sedation, and the total out of pocket cost is about $2k cheaper. Always get a second opinion, and if you feel something is off, trust your gut.

My daughter is 5 and has been seeing Dr. B. since she was 9 months. Dr. B. is awesome, informative and she cares about her patients. Sadly, the scheduler is not the best. I've pulled my daughter from school twice for both of her cleaning appointments this year and both times there has been an issue with her appointment. Either she's not on the schedule or the appt is at a different time (even though I have the appt card). Today was the last draw as she waited an hour and a half to be seen due to her "not being on the schedule". Not wanting to wait any longer, we left and unfortunately she will be going elsewhere.

This office is a scam!!!! My daughter paid $328 for services her child never received!!! Office closed down for whatever reason never received a phone call or her money back!! Do not take your kids here!!! Carol in the billing department is a liar!!! Someone stole her money and refuse to refund it !!! The bank will not dispute it because the office lied and said the services were rendered when in truly they were NOT!!!! Filling a complaint with the BBB and police report!!!! Somebody needs to lose their job ASAP!!!!
