Dr. Christopher V. Shamlian graduated from the University Of Southern California School Of Dentistry in 2011. During his time at USC, he was on the Dean's List and volunteered weekly at the JWCH Medical Clinic providing preventive and specialized dental care to the underserved population of downtown Los Angeles. In 2010, Dr. Christopher and a group of dentists, USC faculty, and dental students took a trip to Guatemala and set-up a temporary dental clinic in the city of Villa Nueva, providing dental care to nearly 300 patients during their one week stay. He was also selected for an externship with CHC Community Health Centers providing dental care in the Central Coast. Dr. Shamlian is currently enrolled in the MasterTrack Program through the Academy of General Dentistry with the goal of achieving mastership in all disciplines of dentistry. This award has been awarded to less than 1% of dentists nationwide and Dr. Shamlian's father and mentor, Dr. Dennis E. Shamlian in one of them! Dr. Christopher V. Shamlian is a certified Invisalign provider and has completed HiOssens Advanced Implant Training course.
Dr. Shamlian is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, California Dental Association, and Fresno-Madera Dental Society. Dr. Shamlian loves spending time with his family, travelling, and enjoys cycling and photography as some of his many hobbies.
Dr. Adrina C. Gulian graduated from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 2016. During her time as a dental student, Adrina was on the Dean's List and provided dental care for the homeless population of Downtown Los Angeles at the Union Rescue Mission. She was also an active participant in USC's Ayuda and Mobile Dental Clinic where she would provide free dental care to the needy and to children of migrant farming families.
She completed an additional year of training in a general practice residency program at the Community Regional Medical Center of Fresno. During her intensive 12-month program, Adrina treated patients at the Surabian Dental Care Center, the Veterans Hospital Dental Center, and performed full mouth dental rehabilitation on her patients under general anesthesia in the operating room. Dr. Gulian is a current member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, California Dental Association and the Fresno Madera Dental Society.

I started having tooth pain on Tuesday morning and as time went by it got worse. By Wednesday afternoon the pain was intolerable so I called my dentist and they weren't able to see me until the following day. It was 4pm and I just couldn't handle the pain even after taking pain medication. I looked online and found Dr. Shamlian's office that offered 24 hour Emergency Services; I called him and he was able to get me in that evening and took care of my problem! He was upfront and very detailed about the entire process. I can't thank him and Rita enough for all their help!

OMG Dr. Shamlian is a lifesaver. I had a swollen jaw and severe pain from a cracked tooth. He pulled it Saturday night no questions asked. Gave me antibiotics and pain meds. Called to check on me. 10stars if I could. He helped me when many other dentist wouldn't even see me for a week. Thanks again to Rita also she was so sweet and helpful.

Called this Dental Office late at Nite. I was only able to leave a Voice Mail. Got a phone call back from the Dentist himself, Saying that he would see my cuzn; We got to the Office @ 10:00 p.m. he was able to diagnose the problem as an abcess tooth & prescribe an Antibiotic & I was able to pick it up at a 24 hr Pharmacy in Fresno so that He wouldn't be in pain from his Abcess tooth. Thank you for being able to accommodate all of us late at night.

Best dentist I've ever dealt with in my life! I called at 7:15 this morning in horrible pain from my tooth and 36 weeks pregnant so not the best mood anyways he got me right in and 8:30am and relieved my pain and fixing my tooth... I will continue my regular care here and refer everyone! Well worth the 40 min drive from Kingsburg!!!

I was dealing with severe tooth pain and even though I have high pain tolerance this was more than I could handle. I called Dental Care 24 hours at 8:20pm and by 9:30pm I was seen. The tooth had to be removed and he explained where he would be numbing so that I wouldn't feel pain during the removal. I'm so thankful that I found this emergency dental office especially late at night. I also appreciate that the doctor called me the following day to ask how I was feeling.

First things first...I've never liked or enjoyed having dental work done, always made me nervous and I hated it but that being said this was the best dental experience in my life and I am 36 years old? I love the whole staff here, made me feel welcome and comfortable and were just very caring and walked me through every step of the process...was i still nervous? yes cause thats how I am but I will never say I hate going to the dentist again because they were so awesomely wonderful and I highly recommend

I just had an appt today, 2/8/22 and it was great! I am a first time patient. Long story short, I had a tooth that was slowly making a hole and it finally started to bother me after like a year. I was in so much pain as of last night, so I began to search for emergency extraction in Fresno. This office had the best reviews and almost seemed too good to be true. I took the chance and called to schedule an exam. I was booked same day and had my extraction, same day! I have ZERO regrets. I already feel great with the pressure being yanked away lol I've been through several procedures and surgeries and this Dr made my experience a walk in the park. We discussed my health history, my questions and concerns, and they simply listened. They were very respectful of my wishes and provided excellent service. I'm terrified of the dentist. Most of my visits result in me leaving more scared and just traumatized. THIS PLACE IS MOST DEFINITELY A 5 STAR. I thank you guys again for being able to restore my faith in dental care. This place is great. I had a cracked tooth from a lost filling and the office was able to get me in right away. I was in a lot of pain and Dr. Gulian did an amazing job on saving the tooth. Couldn't be happier with the service and care.

Broke my back molar while eating breakfast and called to see if I could be seen. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and took great care of me. I was examined and treated right away and my comfort was kept a priority the whole time. I am a complete baby when it comes to dentists and every person there worked to make my bad situation as positive as it could be.

My root canal got infected a month ago. I went to two separate dental offices and they scheduled me one month later. At this time my root canal was hurting really badly. It was manageable at first: ibuprofen, acetaminophen, lidocaine, origel, etc. But then started to hurt a lot more. The only thing that helped was ice and cool water. I couldn't sleep or eat. I would micro nap with water in my mouth, super dangerous. I looked online and found Dr. Shamlian. When i called a person picked up and i was able to schedule a same day appointment in the evening! I went to his office, i only waited less then ten minutes, and most of that time was due to paper work. I went to the back, and under Shamlian recommendation i got my tooth pulled. If I could give a few words about my experience it would be quality care. The staff were super friendly, and answer all of my questions. 1000 percent would recommend.

Dr. Christopher Shamlian was incredible. He was so thorough and made me feel very comfortable in a place that I'm never comfortable in. Dentists can be so condemning and he was so kind. I went from being in immense pain to zero pain. His staff even called 2 days later to follow up with how I was doing post-op. Went in an emergency on a weekend and they accommodated me no problem. Will probably just move forward with making him my primary dentist. Can't say enough! Thank you!
