We love Dr. Cooper & Team! Small locally owned business with attentive, knowledgeable and caring staff (and dentist). Always goes above and beyond. We've been with A1 for 10+ years and never plan to leave unless they kick us out :) Highly recommended quality dental care!

I trust the dentist Dr. Cooper (and his team) with my family's dental health, and I've done so for going in a decade. His practice gets my full commendation.

I was, the staff was wonderful.. I went in as a new patient because I had a dental emergency.. x-rays, crack in my tooth, told to come back in3 wks, to access if a root canal was needed?, I was not sure.. I had a 50/50 chance if the tooth could be saved?, Unfortunately Dr cooper said it could not, but the way he treated me was condescending and told me my tooth was not savable to his dental assistant, that he would not try.. that's fine, I was a nervous wreck.. that's even fine, but his demeanor and pompous attitude towards me was unacceptable..he did pull the tooth, and that went fine.. but in the past of my dentist experience.. I never came across anybody being so uncaring, especially after having to have a tooth pulled that I wasn't ready for? He did not care when I showed how scared I was.. I let him go ahead to pull, only because I was there and somewhat numb?, but he could have not cared less if I stayed or not.. all in all tooth was pulled, I did not feel and pain whatsoever.. I was pushed out the door, after what I went thru ( not expecting the tooth to pulled ) he never even checked on me before I left..I have never ever been treated that way by a dentist in my life.. again, I was a new patient to him, that said, he made me feel awful.. and know Way reassuring after what I went through.. I will never go back.. but, his staff was a very A++. to

I came in with a broken tooth and in pain. When I arrived, the staff provided a very friendly greeting. My horrible experience began when Dr. Cooper entered the room. I expected a warm greeting as a new first time patient but unfortunately he was arrogant, uncaring, and condescending. My visit ended without any treatment, other than instructions to come back in six days. I mentioned the pain again and unable to eat on that side without additional pain. I was informed, "well, avoid eating on that side," and "take tylenol or ibuprofen ." As a patient, I would love the option to not pay for my visit since I didn't receive treatment. If you are a new patient, I do not recommend Dr. Cooper.
