Dr. Bhupinder Parasher (known to patients and friends as Barry) has been practicing family dentistry in the Tampa Bay area since 1985. He is married to Dr. Kanchan Parasher, a family practice physician. He and his wife are proud parents to two children, Arjun and Nageena, both recent graduates of the University of Miami.
Dr. Parasher received a Bachelor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1980 from the University of Sheffield, UK. His Post Graduate Education includes certification from The School of Dentistry Medical College of Georgia, USA, for Implant Dentistry and The United States Institute for Orthodontics and Orthopedics. He is also an Invisalign Certified Dentist and a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and the West Coast Dental Association.
Consistently named as one of Americas Top Dentists since 2007, Dr. Parasher truly loves his work and it shows in his compassion towards every patient. Dr. Parasher takes great pride in making sure his patients are always treated like family and receive the best possible dental treatment in a kind and caring atmosphere.

I took my 92 years old mother, entire staff and doctor very nice and respectful. They truly know how to treat elderly person with lot of limitations. Doctor was very honest from the beginning.

I went for exam of 2 front teeth filled cavities that seemed to be degrading. The dentist agreed and also told me I needed some gum work done. After I agreed to the price, she was able to do it at the same appointment in about 2 hours which included full mouth x-rays, and minimal pain.

I was seen by Maitry Patel. She wreaked of body odor, spoke very loudly, like talking down to you. Talk about a turn off. Had a headache for the rest of the day. I don't have any issues with my teeth. I take good care of my teeth, and all I wanted was a cleaning. Patel and her staff immediately wanted to sell me some fillings for $500. They would not do the cleaning without the fillings first. Why would anyone want to go to a dentist like that? Bedside manners questionable, and use deodorant!

I brought mom for pain in wisdom tooth. Dr. PARASHER and staff were amazing at managing this. The assistant took pictures and an x ray. Dr. PARASHER came and examined mom. Recommend extraction. We agreed. He gave anesthesia and removed it in less than 15 min. Mom never felt a thing!! Overall very efficient care!!

I have had to have a few dental procedures with A caring dentist and Dr. Parasher has always been very attentive to my needs as a patient and paid close attention to my bite and making sure I'm comfortable. He explains what he does before he does it and I feel comfortable giving my feedback during any work I'm getting done. I would definitely recommend coming here. The staff is helpful as well.

I went in for a deep cleaning today. I was very nervous. The hygienist was very kind and explained exactly what would happen and she also educated me on why the cleaning was important. It was a great experience. Thank you!

The only good thing I can say about this place is that they did not argue much with me when I refused to pay the $30 charge for something I neither wanted nor agreed to be charged for. Their scheduling is horrible, I had an appointment for January 19 for what I expected to be an examination and cleaning (like every other dentist I've seen in the last 30 years) but they only did the exam and scheduled my cleaning for the soonest appointment March 25 (yes 2 months later!) Hilda was harsh, rude and made me feel like a nuisance . Unfortunately, life happens and I called them a week prior to 3/25 to reschedule, the soonest available then was August 1(4 months later!!) I took it. Around July 18, I got an appointment remember but for a time difference than I'd made. I called and they were good enough to give me July 22, I now have two good things to say about them. Sadly at that appointment the hygienist was unbelievably rough, she hit my teeth every time she put tools in my mouth, when she flossed she cut my gums and added fluorine without telling me it was an upcharge. I had decided NEVER to return even without knowing the additional charge but in my way out after the "discussion" about the additional $30 they tried to get from me I noticed a sign - for POSITIVE REVIEWS you'd have a chance to win something, that shows me their only concern is positive reviews, not honest reviews so they can fix problems. This is my honest review, I'd prefer others to know my experience rather than get a free toothbrush.
