Absolutely wonderful experience! Jackie at the front counter was so nice! Johnathon took my X-rays and cleaned my teeth and was absolutely wonderful. They took all the anxiety out this. Love this place! I'm definitely sticking with here!

"It is more cost-effective and easier to maintain something than it is to fix something after it has broken." I arrived a bit earlier than my appointment time but was nonetheless received right away. I filled out some forms and was directed to an examination room. The examination room had a nice view to a beautiful garden with nice water flow in the back. Someone, a kind woman, asked if she could offer me refreshments or turn on Netflix while I waited in the examination room. Since it was my first visit with this clinic, I received a full set of X-rays for my teeth, a cleaning, an oral examination, and polishing. Johnny took the X-ray photos, Sam did the cleaning, and Dr. Ali gave the examination. Then Johnny returned and did the polishing with an unironically delicious grape-flavored tooth-polishing compound. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Overall, the visit was a pleasant one. I definitely recommend this clinic to you. Main takeaways: 1. Every person who talked to me was courteous and seemed to genuinely appreciate my visit. I appreciate that all of the staff did their best to be positive and cheerful and do the best they could to improve my experience at their clinic. 2. Johnny, Sam, and Dr. Ali were very friendly, patient, and overwhelmingly accommodating when it came to my questions before, during, and after each procedure. 3. After the examination, I received several recommendations from the kind and friendly Dr. Ali, all of them that I believe are in good faith. He gave me detailed, in-depth, and most importantly, satisfactory answers to the questions I had concerning my oral health. 4. I walked away from the clinic with cleaner, healthier teeth and gums, and information about the maintenance of my oral health and Dr. Ali's recommendations that I will now think about for the next few days. But, most importantly, I walked away from the clinic with the confidence that I had entrusted the maintenance and improvement of my oral health to a team of kind, courteous, competent, and knowledgeable professionals. 5. I think it's kind of funny that there is a dental supply lab somewhere producing grape-flavored tooth-polishing compound.

I recently got recommended here. And I've had some procedures done. Both staff and Doctors were friendly and took care of me. Definitely would say it was a good visit and much needed!

Excellent services here. I was extremely nervous coming here because I haven't been to a dentist in a long time, the dentist explained every thing to me very throughly, his assistant John was very gentle and very kind and professional and patient. The ladies in the front were also very professional and nice. The oral hygienist was great as well and the 2nd Dr was very kind. Definitely be back here for my future dental needs

I had root canal decay, need to procedure with special treatments. I had no idea how they do the process of treatment because it's first time to do the treatment. So I was asking what does mean the some specific dental words. However, Dr Ali told me "don't ask me many questions" and "most people don't ask questions." Then, he was telling me non sense example, such as "Uber customers don't ask Uber driver about how do you drive? or where do you go?." Another example, he said "hotel customer don't ask hotel concierge about how do provide the service." I just wanted to know how it goes the process of the treatment, but he interrupted to answer my questions. Then I cried at the dental office because I really couldn't trust him. Then, he told me he has 20 years of experiences of dental work, so he can take care of patients. If that's so, why he can't answer my questions and explain the details of the procedure. If he have 20 years experiences, he should have answer my questions and explain the process to me. Therefore, I don't recommend go to the dentist.

This establishment never ceases to amaze me. I have been a patient of Ali's for nearly 10 years now and he always comes through for me when I need him the most. The current staff is on point. Shout out to Sam, John, Erika, and Jackie for your superior customer service skills and for making everyone feel welcome.
