My family and I have been going to New Tampa office location on B-Downs/County Line Road for a few years and very happy- high quality work, friendly staff, able to schedule convenient days/times and have had zero issues with insurance/billing back and forth. Highly recommend! Very glad made move to Briter Smile!

Saied Shayes and his clerk ripped me off. I went in for a general cleaning which is covered by Florida Blue Dental. They charged me $100 for a panoramic x-ray and other miscellaneous fees which resulted in an additional $100. The total charges resulted in a total of $200 for a general 6 month visit. The average deductible of a 6 month dentist visit with insurance coverage is $50. They also were not upfront with my. Charges and didn't specifically tell me what was or was not covered by my insurance. I did not want anything not covered by my insurance charged. I will not be coming back to this office. Saied Shayes doesn't deserve the title of Dentist.

I had just cracked my tooth. Had sever pain. This office was nice enough to get me in immediately even though they were about to close for the day. Really grateful to Doctor and staff for helping me get out of pain.

Had a great visit yesterday. they were able to fit me into their schedule and take care of my pain. I had called my regular dentist but he could not get me in for days. I am switching to this office because they really take care of their patients. I love that they have Saturday hours too . Highly recommend this office. They are very professional, knowlegeble and efficient.

This place does good cleanings. I like that they explain in detail why I need certain work done instead of just saying I need it.

Dr. Shayes is only interested in taking your money. I guess Covid has dentists changing a their professions to mechanics. I went in for a GENERAL CHECK UP AND CLEANING. Which is covered 100% by my insurance. The receptionist at the front insisted that they only have one form of X-ray and that is the "panoramic X-ray". Now seeing that I worked in dental billing for 8 years I knew this was false. Rather than argue I just said I only want a general cleaning and check up. Two minutes later Dr. Shayes shows up and says I "have to have the panoramic X-ray and from there he will determine what type of cleaning I need, which most likely I'd need a deep cleaning and I'd have to pay for that as well". These were his words not mine. 1) panoramic X-rays are usually used for braces. I do not need braces. 2) the type of deep cleaning he was referring to is one that only a periodontist can administer and he is a general dentist. 3) a general cleaning covered 100% by my insurance does not need a consultation. I could go on and on. But I'll just say since Dr. Shayes suggested I go somewhere that offered "free cleanings" I will do just that...as a professional you're supposed to adhere to the contract you have with your insurance companies. By the way you might want to give them a call.

I had a very pleasant experience with Drs. Shayes and Eskandari. They were very patient with me. They were very professional and took the time to explain the bridge procedure. They greeted me with respect, dignity and the desire to provide the best care on crowns" replacement. Based upon there exceptional service and commitment to excellence, I unequivocally endorse then to everyone!

It started with such promise. They were very diligent with following up with me pre appointment with an insurance issue. Then the day of, the appointment was extremely rushed. The dentist told me I had two cavities but didn't show me on the X-ray or point then out to me. The cleaning was hands down the worst cleaning I have ever had. She kept hurting me and didn't care every time I said "ow". She didn't even use the handheld mirror to check the back of my teeth. It felt exactly like they just want the insurance money and don't care about their patients at all. The entire appointment from paperwork to out the door was 20 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I regret wasting my 6mo visit at this place.

Very friendly office staff. Excellent examination including cancer check. I have had problems with bone loss for years and this is the first time I was told there is something that helps with that. I had the treatment and can't explain how much better those teeth feel. Cleaning is all new technology. All in all a great experience. They tell you how much it will cost and explain everything before the work is done so there are no surprises. I highly recommend Dr. Shayes, he is very thorough, gentle and cares very much about his patients. If I could give more than five stars I would.
