This office is wonderful. They're professional, personable, and engaged in their patient's treatment and overall appointment experience. Getting an appointment is not difficult as scheduling is easy and accommodating. I've definitely been impressed and have nothing but positive experiences.

This was my first visit and I wish I had found them YEARS ago. Service started on time (that's a big plus for me). The communications were great -- I knew exactly what to expect in services and costs. There were no surprises. Staff are friendly, professional, very skilled, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend A Brilliant Smile for your dental care.

Compared to the other stellar reviews, this place just wasn't my vibe. But I'll start with the good: -The dental hygienist, Claudia, is VERY passionate about dental health and education. She is also very kind and patient. She mapped out a clear treatment plan for me. -The young female dental assistants (I think that's their title, I could be wrong) are very sweet and patient as well. -Easy scheduling over the phone, nice availability. The not so good: -The staff asks WAY too many personal questions!!! I felt like I was being interrogated at times, being asked a series of questions like what school I went to, what field I'm in, what exactly do I do for work, where did I grow up, who do I live with, and MORE. Omg. Yes, these are REAL questions I've been asked by staff during my 2 visits. It's not even a natural conversation. -The dentist and I didn't quite mesh well at first. I had questions about my plan of action because it was different from what I was previously told it would be. It was an insurance issue, but he came off defensive, rambling about how he can't control insurance and isn't the insurance company, blah, blah, blah. All I asked was a simple question, I didn't need the extras. He loosened up and was friendlier as he performed the procedure though. -This office may as well have a "no cash" disclaimer. I wanted to pay my bill with cash and the office didn't have change. I didn't want to use my card, but I was forced to. They said they usually don't have change, so they need to declare themselves card only. This office just doesn't fit me and that's okay. I'll be looking for another office in the city.

I can't speak highly enough of A Brilliant Smile. They gave me a smile I can finally be proud of, and that feels amazing to say. These people are great at their job but just as importantly, they are great with people. They remember their clients by name and I feel like I'm being cared for by family when I'm there. They truly want the best for my dental well-being. They have my trust and my loyalty, and I'd recommend them happily and with confidence to anyone in search of a great dental practice. This team is Wonderful, as led by Dr. Raihle. Liz and the clinical support team are kind, helpful and always find a way to take care of me no matter the situation. They know my name and say it correctly :) Dr. Raihle explains things thoroughly and takes his time to ensure not only comfort in an uncomfortable situation, but excellent dental outcomes. Totally exceeded my expectations - thanks team!!

Dr. Raihle is a very competent and very caring dentist. He has been our dentist for over 20 years. We have always been able to reach him in an emergency. Because we are in our early 80s we need more frequent dental care. He treats us with respect and makes sure all of our dental needs are met. He is the BEST.

I've been going to Dr. Raihle's office for over 20 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else but to Brilliant Smile. Definitely a great environment and very considerate office staff.

So far i have had a great experience with the dental hygienist, Icey. She was thorough with my deep cleaning process,100% . She was comforting and sensitive to my needs, everything was tolerable considering she was getting under the gums and to the root. I felt the difference as she cleaned each quarter patiently and diligently . I can not stop looking and feeling my teeth. I love love what she has done for me without torturing me. I'm still considering another procedure.. if i go through with it i will write another review. But Icey, A Brilliant Smile, dental hygienist gets a 10/10. Or in this case 5 stars. The staff as a whole work well together. They are a friendly and welcoming team. Sincerely.

If you are looking for a caring dental provider, I recommend Dr. Kevin Raihle and his team. They provide professional and reliable dental care and take the time to answers any questions you may have. Dr. Raihle shared all the wonderful additional made to the office to ensure a safe, care-free experience for all his patients. I am very happy with the care I received! Shawnda the Dental Hygienist, is very thorough, gentle and caring. She took the time to listen to my past history with cleaning and adjusted her cleaning approach to make sure I was comfortable! Great service, positive attitude. Very gentle and honest! Answered all my questions. Best place around. So I'm adding to my review after more experience with them. I was grinding my teeth so hard at night that I went through two mouth guards in a year. They were not only very kind, but willing to get it right for me, creating a thicker one free of charge. These 5 star reviews are not fake. They are really as kind as they seem; and you will not be disappointed in the service.

Best dentist ever so far! Dr. Raihle and his staff are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable about what they do. They offer clear explanations on their decisions with my teeth, and making sure everything is good .I like the way they make sure I was comfortable. Also just to see the Improvement with the office to making sure his staff & customers feel comfortable doing this pandemic.Go support because I definitely recommend Dr. Raihle.

Dr. Raihle has been my dentist my whole adult life ... at least since 1990. He does excellent work and I've sent 4 children to him as well. Nice staff, clean office- the best dentist in western Chicagoland.
