My experience with Better Smile was so positive as it has been for years.They are the most caring and professional group I have been with. Someone who hates the dentist they find ways to keep me comfortable and at ease. Rubbing my arm and helping remember to just breathe. I would recommend them highly . Windy called twice to make sure I had no pain and was comfortable. Thank You all so much.

I got two mini implants one on each side of my mouth and they look amazing, I can't even tell the difference from them and my other teeth. The staff is super nice and the procedure was pretty quick and easy and not too painful. O would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs teeth replaced or dentures. They are the best!

Dr. Clarke + her crew did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and educating my on treatments plans designed for me following oral exams. The environment was very clean, with beautiful aesthetics in every area. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I received the BEST dental cleaning in my 33 years. I had 1st oral surgery performed; it was nothing like the horror stories I've heard or the people I have witnessed after having an extraction. I felt NO pain during or after the surgery, I had minimal bleeding, that only lasted a few hours (I switched gauze maybe 3 times within that timeframe to keep a clean one in each hour). On my 24th hour- and I'm a happy, healthy camper, preparing to resume work-life tomorrow. Huge thanks to Dr. Clarke + The Crew for making my experience so pleasant and painless. I'm grateful I was referred to you guys and super excited to continue my dental journey here at A Better Smile! See you again soon.

My daughter visited their office with the expectation of leaving happy with her new smile, it was just a disaster for her. She has been in such a panic dealing with them not giving her the proper Professional treatment. They are refusing to fix there own mistake telling my daughter that there was nothing wrong with the denture they made for her when clearly she was very upset explaining what was wrong and you refuse to help her very unprofessional for a business that has been in business for over 30 years..

I waited for over an hour after my scheduled appointment time before finally being called to the back, as did other patients. I watched more than one patient leave without being seen because of the wait time. After spending 2 hours of my day at the office, I was refused a surface cleaning covered by my insurance (which was the whole point of the appointment) and was told I need a deep cleaning which I would be paying over $200 out of pocket for. I understand deep cleanings are needed and recommended but refusing to not even care for a patient's teeth at all, let's me know patient care is not a concern for this company.

This was really a mistake and I will NEVER go back again. The doctor came in and did the exam. After the doctor left I set in the chair for 30 minutes waiting on what's next. No one came back to say anything. I scheduled the appointment for cleaning. Just as I was getting ready to get out the chair to leave, someone came back and I asked him had they forgot about me. He smirked and told me to go out to the front desk. At this point I'm totally confused because I didn't get the teeth cleaning. I explained to the front desk receptionist about how long I was waiting in the back. Her response, "I'll make sure I address this in our meeting." Really? The receptionist went over the prices for the procedures. I asked her about the teeth cleaning. She said that the hygienist does the cleaning not the doctor. I didn't ask to see a doctor. So my appointment was in vain. After giving me the prices, I was never scheduled for the next appointment for cleaning or anything. The service I expected I did not received based on the positive reviews. NOT GOING BACK!!!!!!!!!

I always have an amazing experience at A Better Smile. I have been a patient for over 7 years.. The staff is alway courteous and on time. The new office is also amazing and I look forward to my routine visits. A Better Smile is the Best!

If you are in need of exceptional dental care, call A Better Smile Dental Center. The office and clinical staff are extremely courteous and caring! I took my 79 year old Dad in for dental surgery and he was very nervous about the procedure. As a daughter and a nurse, I did what I could to help him feel at ease. However, it was Dr. Mumford-Clarke who ultimately won him over with her patience and by actively including him in the decision making process! I am very grateful to this extraordinary group of professionals! My Dad is very pleased with his new partial and was so happy that he was able to keep his some of his original teeth. This was very important to him and Dr. Mumford-Clarke and team made it happen!! Thank you for providing unsurpassed service to our community!

Literally ruined my life, I had a couple bad teeth but all I had to do was not smile n I could still eat and have a job. Since I let this chop shop butcher me 6 months ago I can't eat with my teeth in, well the uppers anyways since I've never been able to wear the bottoms. So I eat alone. I'm a waitress by trade, well that hadn't worked out so well. I would literally go anywhere but here. Wish somebody warned me!!

JA'Ree you are amazing with such great customer service skills! I called at the end of the day with an emergency and instead of telling me they could not help me to call back next week, she placed me on hold and found away to get me in to the office. Everyone was so nice when arrived and assisted me immediately. Thank you for helping me! You all are an amazing staff! Much gratitude!!

Called in for an appointment and they asked me if I need dentures and I said no then they refused me because they're a "denture center" despite the website saying they're a general dentistry.

This place is amazing . The people who work here are absolutely amazing. They made me feel so welcomed an comforted. They are all so nice . Starting this journey i was so scared and they made me feel so at ease. Though I still have my bottom teeth to be done just having the top has made me feel so much better about myself.thank you to everyone that works there. Yall are amazing . Anyone who needs work like this done would be crazy to go anywhere else but yall.

The worse place ever they don't no how to make teeth they should be put out of business and I wouldn't have given the Star but you can't leave a review if you don't THEY Suck
