We been coming here since 2018 and continue to recommend people here. I have brought all of my siblings and we love it here. Vanessa, Dr. Santos, and the staff are always so helpful, caring, and gentle with us considering we have not gone to the dentist since we were kids. We were definitely scared to go to the dentist but they have helped us through our long dental process. We come every six months now for our cleaning and they always treat us amazing. I highly recommend.

Very caring organization from reception to the dental chair. Courteous, kind, gentle assistants and skilled, friendly dentist. Fees are reasonable and comparable to those paid for similar services from my previous dental provider. Choose AB Dental when previous dentist retired after 30 years with him, and although the business was taken over by a competent, qualified fully acceptable new dentist, physical access became unmanageable and AB Dental street level access provided easier entry.

Let me start off by saying as a child (I'm 34 now). I hate going to the dentist and pretty much carried on into adulthood. Now that I have a child of my own I had to make sure her teeth didn't turn out like mine! Dr. Santos and his staff (especially Tiffany) are amazing. They have such great bed side manners! They were so caring and put my 7 year old daughter at ease and she takes much better care of her teeth now to "show off" to him. He gave me a quote and I compared it to other doctors around OC area and he was the best priced. I never felt pressured to do any procedures he suggested. They're really quick and I'm in an out within the hour and accommodating with scheduling & such a nice and clean office.

I've been coming to A/B Dental for over a year now and just realized I haven't left a review. Dr Santos is AMAZING and has given me a new set of veneers to go with my outgoing personality. I hated going to the dentist and my teeth suffered. Now, I am a regular and love how friendly the Dr and his staff are. I refer all of my family and friends and they have nothing but positive things to say as well.

Dr. Santos and his crew is amazing! I have always hated going to the dentist since I was little but they for sure turned my perspective around since I started seeing them. Thank you for making every appointment fun and entertaining. And a big thanks for my crown! It looks beautiful I couldn't have asked for it to look better! I definitely recommend this place! Friendly staff and clean environment:) P.S I like that the candle is always burning because who likes the smell of the dentist? :)

Worst dentist I have ever visited. Dr. Pappas was the original owner and he was a kind, gentle, caring human being. It was sold to Dr. Santos. He is a money grubbing, couldn't -care-less about you dentist. I just tried to make an appt only to find out he is out of the office "for 1/2 of a month" and there's no one else there to cover for him! Man, I wish I could take off 15 days straight without incident! Don't waste your time with this guy. While the office staff is kind, he is only looking at your wallet. Go elsewhere, anywhere else! PLEASE! This guy needs to be run out of business....

Dr Santos, Anne, Vanessa... All fantastic! I am so thankful I found your office and it has been an absolute pleasure coming in. Your office is very clean and modern. Your prices are competitive. But most of all, there is a sense of trust, which in my previous experience did not exit. You all treat your patients like they're a member of a family. It's just awesome! I feel 100% at ease when I come to your office. My new crown looks and feels so natural. I couldn't be happier or more grateful to have found you guys! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

They took me right away with a broken tooth and the experience was a breeze. I chose to have tooth extraction and I didn't feel a thing. I think the whole thing lasted 3 min! Nice dentist!

This dental clinic is under new ownership and I must say that Dr. Manolet Santos is very experienced Dentist, knowledgeable and very professional. He will make you feel welcome and at ease during the whole treatment process. I don't mind driving far if he will be the dentist that will be taking care of my whole family. I would definitely refer him to anyone that I know. In addition, you can tell that Dr. Santos is not in it for your money, he really loves what he does... and to top it all, the current staff are very helpful, professional and easy to talk to. Very well done... keep it up!
