Its a Husband and Wife team. Thad Kawakami-Wong attended St. Anns in Kaneohe in 1968. He is a Cum Laude graduate from Iolani School and went on to attend Occidental College. He received a WICHE scholarship to attend dental school, graduating from the University of the Pacific with his degree in dental surgery. He returned home to Hawaii where he worked for two years with the State Department of health. In 1981 he started his private practice with his wife, Cesili, in his hometown of Kaneohe.
