Im extremely disappointed in the practice management of A1 Perfect Smiles. I had an appointment for 10:15 today at their office in Howell, I showed up on time to find the doors locked. Called the office- which is when I learned their calls get routed to the Clifton location. I was offered no apology, no explanation and no solutions besides "oh they should be there in about an hour. I'll let my coworker know." Uhh what? How do you schedule an patient appointment knowing full well the doors will be locked for at least an hour after their arrival? I looked at the Google reviews on the Howell office and this a pattern of behavior, but it didn't show up in my initial review check when looking for a new Dental practice because they have the true reviews watered down by blatantly fake positive reviews. Absolutely unprofessional and harmful behavior from a business meant to serve the community's health.

I want to there office when a booked an appointment two weeks in advance for 3 but they canceled my appointment with no notice lost a day of work and my kids missed half of there school. Very unprofessional

running late for my appointment so I call them to give them a heads up. They go on to tell me they called the previous day to confirm and the person they called said they had the wrong number. Rather than checking to see they had the right number they cancel the appointment. They're telling me this while I'm 20 minutes on the road to their office.... So you're telling me the person you called told you straight up you had the wrong number and didn't check to see that you actually had the wrong number. They stick by their claim they called the right number and assume no responsibility. I have phone records to show they made a mistake. Not going back here.

They are absolutely horrible with making their clients a priority. I called because one of the filling they recently did fell out. I could not eat or drink anything on one side of my mouth due to the giant hole that was there. And they decided to schedule me a week out. The staff and front desk is super friendly and nice. Dr. Jay did a great job on my cleaning and exam he was patient and understanding. There was no long wait and they texted me ahead of time to remind me of my upcoming appointments. I definitely recommend this Dentist!
