They never are available to answer the phones. Idk if they are just understaffed but if I miss an appt and need to reschedule I have had to go in person to schedule an appt

I wish i could give 0 stars. I came in for an appointment and as soon as i walked in they said they'll have to reschedule me knowing i have a broken bracket and needed it to be fixed all because their dentist had a flight to catch 30 minutes after. I don't understand how they couldn't tell their patients beforehand that they couldn't be seen if we have to drive all the way out here. Very sorry to everyone who has to go to this mess of a place. So unprofessional and would never recommend to anyone

Nice people, but horrible communication! I do appreciate them being the only place that does braces for Medicaid though.

First patient visit with my 11yo step-daughter. Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out and we arrived early to fill out paperwork. After waiting nearly 25 minutes from our original appointment time the office manager comes into the patient room where we are waiting to inform me that I have to prove I can sign for my kid and without paperwork I'll have to reschedule. This is after 2 weeks prior they knew who would be bringing her, after we waited 25 minutes in the lobby and had filled out paperwork, copied my ID when we arrived as well as insurance cards (one which even lists myself...) They wasted our time pulling our very nervous and anxious, nail biting 11yo out of school to have a consult for braces in below zero temperatures. Further caused problems with not only anxiety, but added fuel to the 'you're not my parent' fire doing this in front of her and now she doesn't even want to go back because she felt they were rude and she's scared they don't know what they are doing because they aren't nice people. The child is scared of this office. Told the office manager this was unacceptable and we will be seeking alternate care options.

Only got 1 star because you can't click 0!! Made me wait 3 weeks with an absessed tooth only to be told he is "not qualified" to do an extraction. Then referred me to an oral surgeon halfway across the state. I called 8n at 1pm and did not get a call back until 5pm (when everything was closed

Dentist Krunal Punjabi was great in extracting my tooth, however the office staff is clueless. I explained three times to them that my insurance requires me to pay my bill and sent the receipt to my insurance company for payment, but they insisted on sending the bill to my insurance company instead. I called that afternoon to ask what the charges were for their service and was told that they could not tell me for 24 hours. I called again yesterday and today. They kept repeating the msg that they were busy and someone would answer, which is what usually happens when I call. I pressed 1 to get a call back. Someone did call back which surprised me because I did that same thing yesterday and no one called. I asked what the charge was for their service and was told that it was $1200.00. That is price gouging for simply extracting one tooth. I told the person that I was going to contact the BBB and the Iowa Attorney General about their charge. The person told me that someone from billing would give me a call back. I wish I had read their reviews prior to making an appointment. UPDATE 5/3/2021 The office manager called me today and assured me that my insurance company would pay 100% of my bill. I will believe that after I see the claim has been paid using my online application to my insurance. The office manager was very nice and asked who told me that the bill was $1200. I told her that I didn't know their name. At any rate, I am hoping that what she told me is true, but I don't think it is.

Can't give a 0. They have lost my sons records. No communications with their own offices. They really don't care about their patients. Your just a number to them. Takes forever to schedule a appointment. Only place that excepts medicade anymore. So sorry if this is your only option.

My daughter goes to the orthodontist here. Him and his team are nice and professional. He takes the time to explain the process each time we go with thoroughness and asks if I have any questions. I've never had a problem as long as we've been coming here. I'd definitely recommend him.

Scheduling is a disaster. I have had my phone number completely removed from their system twice and still receive phone calls. They will call multiple times harassing you to schedule dental work even if you have braces and cant receive the dental work they want you to schedule... office manager does not understand the difference between fsa and hsa accounts. The call center they use is horrible and not understandable. Dr. Goel is an awesome orthodontist and actually cares about his patient care. The assistants are great as well. Which is the only reason I still go there.
