Most of the time when I need to reschedule Next available appointments aren't for about 3 to 5 weeks They seem short on staff For the most part I enjoyed the dental care they provided me

Man...they were wonderful. I had four wisdom teeth extracted here and used to come to A-1 Dental until they stopped taking my insurance. I've been to multiple other dental clinics since and can't find quality to match A-1 Dental.

First off the staff are completely incompetent. It's been 8-9months of staff consistently dropping the ball. Starting from April of 2021. They did not explain thoroughly the process for pediatric surgery. Next, lost my daughters original referral with teeth ortho wanted removed. So that led to four months delay and continuous rescheduling of ortho appointments because they're lack of attention. Oh and no one ever return calls. I don't understand the reason for answering service because there is no follow up. My aunt who has guardianship of my daughter so that she can handle things with my daughter while I'm out of town was denied. The paper work is a legal document drawn up by a lawyer, which court papers are not the only form of guardianship that can be produced. I'm confused your job is to be a doctor not a lawyer. Then u presume to say her mother needs to bring her because you're removing teeth. I bring her and your staff interrogate my fourteen yr old about who brought her and who has guardianship. That's a problem because she is a minor and I'm her mother who you requested to bring her. But because she (my daughter)has no idea of the legality you now want to request guardian to bring her. Mind you we've been inconvenienced several times with showing up for appointments and they screwed up time or the myself or my aunt isn't sufficient to bring it to her in. There is no resolution at this point because you made a point her mom needed to bring her. I show up for third attempt of extraction and you are requesting my aunt bring her with guardianship papers. At this point I have no confidence in their ability to care for my daughter and surgery.. And the fat Puerto Rican assistant in office with the horrible bedside manor is the icing on the cake. Do not seek this office out for surgery doctor is clueless about what is acceptable forms for medical treatment. The circus she's ahead of is absolutely pathetic.

I did not get my first cavity until I was 41. So, I was very nervous about the filling process. I had a horrible experience prior to coming to this office. Another local dentist tried a new procedure on me and took a chunk of flesh out of the inside of my jaw! So, when I came to A-1 I was scared. But the staff was great! Aside from the minor discomfort of the needle, I felt nothing. I highly recommend this office. It is the only place I trust to fix my teeth.

This place is an absolute disgrace !!! Unprofessional, deceitful, fraudulent, and pathetic!!! They are liars, and they are committing insurance fraud !!!! This is a dental practice in the USA?? Wow!!! I wouldn't let my dog go there!!! The staff is unpleasant, completely unprofessional , DIRTY, and a TOTAL JOKE! I can't believe this is allowed in our country!!

This place is a scam. I had once wisdom tooth removed over a year ago there and I paid at the time of my surgery. I have recently gotten two bills saying that I only paid $5 toward the surgery. I have been calling several times a week for the last couple of weeks to get this resolved and no one has gotten back to me. The receptionist keeps saying that "they're busy with patience in the office." The billing department doesn't even answer they're phone. They're most likely trying to scam me. Don't go here! So unprofessional!
