Dr. Kody Mund, DMD is a Utah native, growing up in Weber County. He completed his undergraduate work at Weber State University, and then received his D.M.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Mund maintains long lasting dental relationships with his patients, treating each patient as a personal friend. He provides excellent care with a very gentle approach. He performs work on children with ease and care, while teaching them about the importance of oral hygiene.
Dr. Mund is an active member of many dental organizations and societies. He stays on the forefront of dental procedures and technology by regularly attending continuing education courses on periodontology, oral surgery, dental implants, and advanced procedures.
His involvement in associations and training allows Dr. Mund to continually provide optimal care to his patients. Dr. Mund is actively involved with CR Foundation as an onsite clinical provider, by using the latest equipment, technology and techniques in dentistry.

Got a root canal done less than a year ago and it's already infected. They won't make it right and now I have to go see a specialist to get it fixed. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. BEWARE

Always worry when your favorite dentist retires and a new guy takes over. Dr. Tribe made a great choice in selecting Dr. Mund and his A-1 Dental crew to trust his patients to - a professional staff with the same friendly welcoming attitude that I enjoy.

Terrific staff! Very nice and knowledgeable. Been with Dr Mund for years. He's very personable and very honest, a good old fashioned guy. Dr Mund and his staff always look out for their customer making sure things are well and good

By far the best service I have ever received !! You feel like a person and not a patient. The doctors are always following up with text messages or phone calls to make sure your doing good. Very available and hands on. The staff is awesome !!

Dr. Mund and his staff are absolutely wonderful. The ladies there are always so personable and make you feel right at home. Dr. Mund is great! Before receiving work from him I was always so scared and he helped lessen the fear! I've always walked out with amazing cleanings and dental work. Plus Dr. Mund is easy on the eyes for any of you ladies that wanna make your eyes smile while he helps with your actual smile!! Thanks again for everything this staff has given me in the last few years- I would highly recommend A-1 Dental- Dr.Munds office!!

Update: Jan 8, 2021: I'm adding one more comment about A-1 Dental, because Dr. Mund saw me for a bad situation that usually is quite painful. He's good! The procedure wasn't as bad as I had feared. I thought it would be terribly painful when the numbing wore off. Well, it Is now nine hours later and I just took some Tylenol. That's all. Well done. Dr. Mund and his staff are efficient, friendly, and helpful. Because I'm someone who dreads going to the dentist, that's a quite a statement. The office is managed by Pam, who patiently works with the most difficult patients. Dr. Mund is helpful in his explanations. The rest of the staff is just as friendly, patient, and thorough.
