My daughter just had her braces removed today! She is in love with her new smile! I also wanted to thank Mayra with all her assistance and guidance with all the necessary paper work. She shows great integrity and is the kindest! The staff has always been so kind and I'm grateful for the great experience throughout the years. I give it a 1 star only because the staff at the front desk and the assistants were extremely friendly. How ever I will never take my children to this orthodontist again. He was condescending and rude. Didn't even try to listen to my concerns. Instead he was pushing for several procedures for a 6 yo!!!! Also there is no privacy, there's just dental chairs next to eachother.

I'm so happy with my smile! I feel so confident and even though my treatment was a little bit longer than expected I was still able to get them off before my graduation. Thank you so much to Dr. Curtis and his amazing staff especially Joann who was so kind through my treatment.

Staff is very unprofessional rude. They don't have the common medical etiquette to assist patient the proper way. When scheduling follow up appointments they do not even ask what works beat for the parents. Every appointment is the same situation they schedule my kids at whatever time they want and when I go to the reception area they get upset about it and make their faces. I have spoken to the manager several occasions and this situation has just gotten worst as now I now when I get to my appointments on time they make me wait on purpose. All my appointments are at 7 am and never have I been late, and still people that get there before I do get called earlier. I have complained about the situation but just get lame excuses. The initial visit was great, however now that they have my business the service has declined tremendously. Staff sits around socializing while we are waiting to be seen.

The staff is always really nice, the are great on communicating and answering questions. They fully explained everything every step of the way. They really helped me out. A huge plus the establishment is always very clean.

Everyone in this office is super polite and friendly. They take their time to explain the process and even Dr. Curtis with his many patients still makes you feel like your time with him is important, not rushed. I also appreciate the massage chairs in the lobby. Thank you!

I love $99 Braces! This place is amazing! highly recommend!!! I had 2 past bad experiences with other dental offices and let me tell you going to $99 Braces was the best decision I've ever made!! Love the staff super friendly always making sure I feel comfortable!

My son Daniel always has a great experience here. I'm a very picky person when it comes to my teeth and my children, but Dr.Curtis and his staff always make us feel comfortable and they always have the best interests of the patient at heart! Thank you so much for being the best!
