Dr. Manalo is dedicated to providing his patients with high-quality and personalized specialty dental care. Beyond that of a general dentist, Dr. Manalo has completed an additional three years of advanced training as a Prosthodontic Specialist from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. This additional education beyond that of a general dentist gives him the mastery and expertise in Cosmetic Dentistry, (smile makeovers), Implant Dentistry, (tooth replacement), and Reconstructive Dentistry, (full mouth rehabilitation). Alyssa Rohrer is a 2017 graduate from the University of Pittsburgh's School of Dental Hygiene with a Bachelor of Science degree. Alyssa takes pride in educating her patients on ways to improve and maintain their oral health to make them feel good about their smile. As a Penguins fan, Alyssa loves to go to the games with family and friends. She also spends time with her God daughter and enjoys working out and staying fit.
Cathy, with her husband Larry started Manalo Smiles in 1997. Cathy's focus is making sure that the needs of the patients are being met at both Pinebridge Dental and 88 Dental. With more than 20+ years of experience, Cathy is able to answer most everyone's questions regarding their treatment and the insurance benefits or costs related. With 4 kids, the Manalo household is always busy. Larry and Chloe are both away at college but hockey for Lucas and Claire seems never ending.
Kathy received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene in 1993 at West Liberty University. Kathy has worked at Manalo Smiles on a part-time basis for several years. Always happy and smiling Kathy wants to make sure that your visit to our office is as stress free as possible while ensuring excellent and through dental care. Kathy with her husband enjoy going to Pirate games and spending time with their grandchildren. Most recently a pair of boy and girl twins!
Melissa has been a fixture at Manalo Smiles since 2004 shortly after completing her degree in Dental Hygiene at the University of Pittsburgh. Melissa takes pride being a true partner in her patients dental health by focusing on each patients specific dental needs. Always a warm and welcoming smile Melissa also makes time to get to know her patients realizing that these relationships help to ease dental anxiety. Outside the office, Melissa keeps busy with her husband and two young children. When not working, they like to spend time with family in Deep Creek boating, hiking, or just relaxing.
Rachel began working with Manalo Smiles shortly after graduating from Westmoreland Community College with her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2011. Rachel likes to make sure that her patients understand the importance of dental hygiene and proper care through specific education tailored to each patients' needs. She and her husband enjoy venturing out to sporting events, shows or concerts. As a first-time Grandma, Rachel also likes to spend time with her young granddaughter.

Called July 5th to set up an appointment, couldn't get me in until the 30th, gave them all my information. Today I just called to double check what time I had to be there and they tell me they canceled my appointment and that "they tried to contact me", using an email and phone number that are not mine. And thought that rescheduling me for August 24th would fix the issue. This is exactly why I dislike like doctors. Now I have to go another month with the worst tooth pain I've had in years. Thank you for absolutely nothing.

They have time to sit in the office and do nothing. Then they should answer the phone but they can't and that's why I won't be going there anymore and I will tell my friends to avoid them !!!!! NO GOOD!!!!

This is a great dentist office. I was a new patient and they couldnt get me in until sept 10th but they called back and got me in today aug 6th. They were very caring and compassionate. Did a very thorough cleaning and exam. Highly recommend

Kathy is very rude and unprofessional. I called and she answered the phone with an attitude. I asked her for a referral to be sent to my insurance and she said there was no referral to be sent. I told her i just got off the phone with the insurance and thats what they need. She kept giving me attitude and smart comments, and than felt the need to tell me that because i kept asking for this referral that me and my son are kicked from the pratice. What great customer service Kathy. You should not own a business

I've gone to this place for years, I have now tried to make an appointment for a cleaning and a cavity fill for 3 months now. I've been trying to make a cleaning appointment for a year now since i'm at school I have to find time to come home but I call for months in advance. I finally had an appointment after phone calls and phone calls with no one calling back and being told I had to reschedule for months now. They now told me I had to reschedule again and I told them I have had a cavity for a month i've been tryin to fill but they haven't and they said they now have nothing until September. I refuse to go back.

Whoever Leslie is, she shouldn't be answering phones or in contact with the public. She is incredibly rude, gives you attitude and will hang up on you. This clinic is horrible, if you are late 5 minutes they will cancel you and then you have to reschedule which is Ok if they gets you on time which never happens! They are always behind around 30 mins Moreover today they cancel the appointment that I scheduled two months ago without letting me know and their excuse is we have the wrong phone number on file! Which is weird because they contacted me before on the same number that I have for years! Also they could contact my spouse! Or worst case scenario mail me and let me know! I had to leave my work early for a cancelled appointment! What a shame and poor service this clinic provide. Do not recommend if you care about your time and dignity.

Definitely reported them I miss A couple of appointments because I'm a disabled person and I have a lot going on and now there are 100% refusing me .. I definitely will be saying something .. Discriminating against me

The doctors and the services are great other than their employee stole my new MK jacket after left it hanging while getting service. Long story short- they said they will get back from her and couple months later denied the whole thing, I even spoke the owner via emails and she denied the incident. What can I say
