They never answer the phone. Very rude in the office. Full of Russians talking in another language when you're talking with them

Depending the time you schedule the wait can be long but overall the dentist is good quick and painless...no complains so far

-This practice overcharges for their care, avoids insurance, and does terrible work. I had 4 crowns placed in one year, which amounted to thousands out of pocket between the crowns themselves and the root canals they insisted on doing. 3 of them failed within the year. I went to another dentist after eldridge had the gall to charge my insurance almost $400 for a 5 minutes visit to glue a crown back in when it fell out less than a year later. Turns out that 2 of them had posts far too short, and in the third, they didn't do the root canal properly so the decay spread to my jaw bone. That third tooth had to be extracted. They also did xrays at that last visit for some reason and all the dentist told me was I had to go to an oral surgeon to have other teeth pulled. There was no mention of the decay of the third tooth (which is the one the crown had fallen off of) or any other issues with my teeth. They are very dismissive and do not want to discuss options other than root canals and crowns. -Like another reviewer said, they'll try and push their in-house 'plan' and get around using your insurance. This is even if you have a medicare/medicaid plan they accept. I didn't know better at the time and accepted it and they took me to the cleaners. Literally every service I paid for at this office, I had to have redone or the teeth extracted at another dentist. -The office itself is very out of date and dingy. There is no attempt at patient confidentiality with the small front desk overlapping with the waiting area and patient records being left on the counter with other patients standing there. The only pros are that they can get you in quickly and that the dental assistants are very nice. The dentists themselves are not though, and they do very poor work. I wouldn't go back to this practice even if I had an abscess and every other office in existence was closed.

These people are such crooks don't bother going to them. They do terrible work and overcharge you for everything even things you don't even need done. Do not let them touch your teeth!! One day I came to my appointment as they told me I needed yet another fill in done. Once I got there the dentist started to look in my mouth and after almost 3 minutes of digging around in my mouth he tells me he doesn't see where I'm supposed to have a fill in done. He leaves to look at the xrays almost 25 minutes later he comes back with his mouth full of his tuna fish sandwich he tells me he looked at my xrays and doesn't see anything needs to be done but he didn't want me to be there for no reason so he would take another look and see if anything needs fixing. He did a fill in on a tooth that did not need it!!!! Also not even 2 weeks went by after having a root canal done by them my post fell out and I almost choked on it while eating. I didn't know how terrible the work they had done to me really was until I went to my new Dentist Dr Justin Schussheim on Todt Hill Rd he's been absolutely great fixing all of the work Eldridge had done to me and my teeth. And everybody in Dr. Schussheim's office has been not only professional but very courteous and actually very nice, nothing like Eldridge with all the Older Russian women looking directly at you while they talk $#it about you!! If I could rate them with no stars I would!

The doctor did absolutely nothing for me. He didn't even acknowledged my dental insurance coverage. All he talked about was how his plan can benefit me more. Money, money, money that's all that came out his mouth. Definitely will not recommend his services.

Receptionist staff are not courteous and they constantly speak another language (Russian?) together which makes it very uncomfortable in the waiting area. However Dr Shapiro is very kind and informative.

I went there for small cavity no pain nor infection the doctor came and suggested a root canal which I did not need it and told me that my insurance won't cover it and I need to pay him $700 for root canal $800 for crown total $1,500. My guess that doctor is a crook and lazy, long story short I went to a different dental place and they fixed it right away no drama no pain
