Dr. Stanger, DMD is an esteemed member of the Doctor Mastery Program. This five-year program consists of clinical training conducted by world-renowned clinicians, building on foundational skills and advancing to mastery of the most complex dental care.
Dr. Stanger has received advanced training in CEREC, CAD/CAM restorations, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and oral surgery. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Stanger currently lives in North Phoenix with his wife and four children. Dr. Stanger is passionate about helping others and has been privileged to accompany a team of dentists on a mission trip to villages in Nicaragua. He also has spent time on the Winslow Indian Reservation providing dental care to the Native American people. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Stanger enjoys playing sports, scuba diving, reading, and spending time with his family.

I'm a new patient. My first experience was phenomenal. The staff is so friendly and they were great at explaining everything they were doing and the treatment plan for my teeth. The receptionist is literally a ray of sunshine. I just felt so welcome and well taken care of.

they got me in right away when i needed it. they have a beautiful state of the art facility with a wonderful staff. everyone is very friendly and they care about the patients. i plan on sticking with them for the rest of my dental needs in the future. Update. I've been in for two follow-up procedures. The staff at this place is absolutely amazing. It take exceptional care of you in managed to get things done right while being as kind and gentle as possible. With all of the work I needed I am truly surprised how well my visits have gone so far. And just FYI, I am feeling great. I highly recommend this place. I know I will continue to go there as long as they exist.

I've had Dr Stanger as my dentist for several years now and he is awesome! When I had really bad tooth pains I was able to get in touch with him right away and he was able to seem me and get it taken care of. I would recommend Dr Stanger to anyone especially someone who hates to see the dentist like myself. He really has a way of making you feel comfortable.

Dr. STANGER is awesome. I highly recommend. He listens to you about concerns and goes over best options for you. He knows his stuff. His staff is always friendly and make you feel welcome and make you a part of the family. I felt welcome the minute I walked into the office. The front desk staff was very friendly and quick to check me in. I was there for Botox injections and Dr Stanger and his assistant made me feel very comfortable. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and made sure that I had my needs met. I would come back in a heartbeat. Not only was the office beautiful and clean, but the staff was great.

Front&back office staff and Dr Stanger are worth the drive! From the initial smile and personal greeting from Lauren(sp?) as I walk in the door to seeing Dr Stanger, I always feel their concern for my comfort - such a comfort after growing up with military dentists. Loved sharing fur-baby pics!

Came to this office after having a rough experience with another Dentist. I am so happy I did. Dr. Stanger and his team were so considerate and gentle with me. They have helped me to get past my previous bad experience so that I can get the care I need. I'm very appreciative. :)

I went to Dr. Stanger for Botox and lip filler. I was greeted with smiling faces from all the staff. The Assistants and Office Manager Kacey answered all of my questions. I was nervous because I have never had Botox before. They made me feel more at ease. Dr. Stanger really took the time to explain all treatment options. He gave me his professional opinion. Once I decided on my treatment, which was Botox in my forehead and lip fillers. He got to work. The best part was he numbed up my lips! I felt no discomfort at all. It was such a great experience. I have been telling all my friends and family to go see him for treatment. He took his time and made sure it was perfect. Thank you 83rd Market Place Dental Care!

Where do I start. Well... I am an anxiety ridden individual. So much so, because of the previous dental experience I had four years ago I had decided never to go back. As you walk in your office it's very calm and relaxing they're very welcoming and super helpful. The dental hygienist I was working with today her name is Maria she was wonderful took her time with me she understood my sensitivities and anxiousness. Their office is clean and tidy they have wonderful tools to give you a full idea on where your care is and where they would like to see it. I definitely got the idea that they are patient centered they really care about what you need and what you want. When the dentist came to give me my exam he was also gentle understood my extreme anxiety explained every thing that he was doing as Maria did. If office has many options for individuals looking for care and treatment I would highly recommend them I will definitely be going back because of the positive experience I had today.
