Check in was easy and all documents were made available prior to appointment. The dental assistant was very professional and explained everything. She was also very accommodating when pain was too much during the X-rays. The dentist was absolutely very thorough in explaining the process and quickly referred me to a specialist. I was able to get my treatment done in one day. I love this place

I always enjoy my experience at 7 2 7. I especially enjoy my dental hygienist Leslie and my Dentist they are so friendly and thorough. I would've given this visit a five star rating, but My least favorite thing about visiting 7 27 is the front desk receptionists. When I've called over the phone, they aren't very friendly or helpful. This time around when I walked in to check in, I gave my name as I always do she then asked me for $75. I asked why do I have a $75 payment due when I never have in the past? I'm so glad I asked because then she realized that she almost charged me under the wrong name, she had pulled up the wrong patient! I've been visiting this location since it opened up, I'm so glad that I questioned her before giving her paying for someone else's visit. It made me wonder how many other times they've done this to other clients? Could the other person that she had mistaking me for be using my benefits? We share a first name only, I was very disappointed and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Great staff. Great dentist. The Hygienist noticed my discomfort without me saying anything, and asked the dentist for more anesthetic . I high recommend this office, they will treat you well.

They have been doing a great job working on my Father's teeth. The staff is friendly and they know what they are doing too. Prices are good too. They also have a dental plan if you don't have insurance.

First time here and I loved the whole thing and the whole staff. Alexis especially was a great first impression with the X-rays. She was the right amount of welcoming, personable, thorough and speedy (especially on taking down the gum recession thingymijiger numbers)
