Dr. Chelsea grew up in Lake Havasu City, AZ and attended the University of Arizona in Tucson for her undergraduate degree. She continued on to Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, AZ for her D.M.D graduating in 2013. After graduation she moved to Portland, OR to experience living in new places, including a ton more rain! While Portland was her first OR experience she knew there were places that had less rain, but beautiful seasons; and after 5 years she relocated to Bend, OR.

Dr. Chelsea met Dr. Pressprich prior to the move and they realized they have similar ideals and philosophies in dentistry. Most importantly - to treat patients with the utmost respect as you would treat your own family member. Dr. Chelsea was fortunate to become the new owner of 7 Peaks Dental in June 2018. She enjoys having Dr. Pressprich remain a part of the team and could not be happier with the staff she has created.

Dr. Chelsea enjoys snowboarding, golfing, boating, and many other outdoor activities in her spare time. Above all, traveling is her passion and would like to visit more places. For more extended stories of Dr. Chelsea please read the bio located on the next page.

Welcome to 7 Peaks Dental! I am excited to be here in Bend and to get to know each and everyone of you. I am born and raised in Lake Havasu City, AZ. I come from a small family that values educationand pursuing dreams as I am a third-generation doctor (along with my older brother in Seattle)and a second-generation dentist, following in my fathers footsteps. My mother has worked in adental office, currently, as an office manager as well as previously in the back office, for over 45 years.

Being raised in a household of constant tooth talk is what sparked my interest in thefield at a young age. I do not recall any other career path being an option since the young age ofeight! I am a family person and they are my number one priority with my niece being thehighlight of my life. I remained in Arizona close to my family through most of my life by continuing to undergrad at the University of Arizona in Tucson and then to Midwestern University-College of Dental Medicine in Phoenix. I moved to Portland, OR in 2013 and since came to Bend for both my career and the love of the weather. During my time here, I learned that my hobbies vary seasonally in the Pacific Northwest.

In the winters I enjoy snowboarding and hope to eventually try snowmobiling; while in the summer months, I am usually on the water behind a boat wake-surfing or on the course bettering my golf game. I recently got back into camping and even picked up fly fishing! I am ecstatic about the wealth of outdoor opportunities Bend has to offer. My quiet time at home involves cuddling with my three-pound Yorkshire terrier Beso while watching Netflix or enjoying an adventurous weekend with my boyfriend either with his kids or sipping on a nice bottle of wine. When I get the chance to do so, my greatest passion is traveling. Most of my travel time lately has been spent in Mexico where I can practice speaking Spanish and am able to eat tacos and chilaquiles every day!

Previously, I was involved with the community of Portland metro area through my membership in the Multnomah County Dental Society attending events, continuing education and volunteer work as well as sitting as a delegate for my component chapter of the Oregon Board of Dentistry. I have also participated multiple years in the Oregon Mission of Mercy providing life-changing oral health care to patients that have barriers to oral health care. Since moving here, I became a member of the Central Oregon Dental Society and am enthusiastic about becoming an integral part of this new community as well.

Hadn't been to the dentist in quite some time, due to previous experiences, so I was somewhat apprehensive. My experience here was amazing though. Morgan got me checked in and provided me with the paperwork, which was short and simple to fill out. Maybe 3-5 minutes after the paperwork was filled out Logan, my hygienist, invited me back. The cleaning was...........pleasant. Which I thought I'd never say about a cleaning. She was quick but not rough, checking on me regularly to make sure there were no issues. I also never ended up with too much water in my mouth at any point. X-rays we're much more comfortable than I remember and they pop up on a screen in front of you. Then Chelsea (the owner) came in. After saying hi and asking how Logan did, she checked my mouth. Watching Chelsea and Logan's communication was pretty amazing as she checked each tooth for their condition. I was in awe of how quick she made her way around without even once causing pain. No slips or randoms stabs into my gums with the sharp tool. Chelsea went over everything with me in a clear and genial way. Logan then set up my appointments with me. Just before I left Annie went over everything involving my future appointment and my insurance. Overall an incredible experience with extremely friendly and well spoken people. Will definitely be going there for anything I need done.

I love everyone in this practice! The hygienists are gentle in their touch and friendly, all wonderful people. Dr. Baraff is excellent too. She is thorough but watchful as not to be over zealous on issues that arise. Finding a good dentist when relocating is not easy. We feel very fortunate to have found this practice.

This is a great dentistry. I recommend 7 peaks to my family and friends. The work Dr. Chelsea has done for my son and I had made a huge difference in both our smiles.

I have been a patient at 7 Peaks since it transitioned from Dr. Pressprich. I was leary at first, but Dr. Chelsea Baraff and her staff are wonderful and communicate about treatment plans/procedures and costs clearly. The cleanings are thorough and there is great rapport among the staff and patients. I am always shocked by the quickness and efficiency of Dr. Chelsea when getting cavities filled. I'm in and out of there in no time!

Nobody gives good dental reviews for a reason - who loves their dentist?? Pain, discomfort, bad news about your own poor hygiene... we all love giving food reviews! That all changed for me today... the day AFTER an old filling was replaced with a new-school white (tooth colored) one. I forgot I had the procedure done! I have been going about my day, eating yummy food! I went to chew on some hard candy and a subtle reminder of dull pain came (as should be expected within roughly 30 hours of the procedure!!). I brought my own noise-cancelling ear buds to the event, listened to my audiobook (the drill sound still won), and was out of the office quickly. Thanks Chelsea & 7 Peaks Dental office for a happy mouth of white-tooth-colored teeth!

I have been to many dentists and can confidently say, 7 Peaks Dental treated me so well and did an incredible professional job for me. I got a cleaning done here and Morgan did such a good thorough job and spent a good amount of time on my teeth making sure they were spotless! Thank you so much!

Seven Peaks had a wonderful hygienist, who delighted in my love of doing a very complete flossing job! She even recommended her favorite brand of floss, which was one I had not heard of yet. Dr. Chelsea was polite enough, and my visit was fine. As a patient, you are laying down, looking at the ceiling.... The light fixtures were pretty gross with lots of dead bugs. This wasn't a deal breaker for me. My husband eventually went in, and needed a crown replaced. He also really liked the hygienist, and thought she did a great job. When the crown was replaced, he noticed it was high. He was told it wasn't, but it might feel that way, and since they checked with colored wax, they felt it looked great. Days later, it still felt weird. He bit down on something until he could get it to even out, and measured it. It was 3mm. He called and asked to have it adjusted, and was told he should be ok, his mouth would adjust to it. He didn't want his mouth to do that, so he asked to come in. Dr Chelsea did it, and he could tell she wasn't too thrilled with it. But she evened it out, and it felt great. Upon leaving, my husband was checking out with Racheal, the head receptionist. She was wearing a MESH mask, during Covid. Like the kind a tutu would be made from. Completely see-through, with zillions of holes. She was the one making his follow up appointment, and taking his credit card, and handing it to him. He was horrified, but just wanted to get out. I called Chelsea and spoke to her about it. She kind of snickered, and assured me that they had a meeting about it, and since "technically" a mask counts as "fabric", it was "TECHNICALLY" compliant with OSHA. She went on to say that only staff members who work near people need effective N95 masks, and Rachael is never ever with six feet of patients. I pointed out the building has ventilation, that stirs the air, and that actually Rachael was working close enough to my husband that she was handing him cards, and dealing with him for several minutes. Chelsea might be the boss, but Rachael was the first person the patients see, and the last person they see. Literally "The Face of The Business", what she does reflects their values. Rachael might see Covid as a silly joke, and her cheeky mesh mask, as a delightful way to let everyone know SHE doesn't care to comply with mask mandates. Patients who DO care about Covid, should not need to be subjected to her beliefs, especially in an environment where they cannot wear a mask. Chelsea told me she would talk to Rachael about her mask. Too little, too late. Her being just fine with it shows a literally GROSS lack of judgment, and not one that we will be subjected to. Chelsea assured me that actually dentist offices are second only to surgical centers in terms their cleanliness. I assured her that her being the boss, and the lead of her business, she sets the bar. It is not as she suggested, only Rachael's choice about her mask preferences she wears to work- in a MEDICAL OFFICE. By allowing her staff to thumb their noses (literally) at Covid it is bringing down the overall curve of cleanliness. Most dentist offices might be second only to surgical centers for cleanliness, but definitely NOT SEVEN PEAKS.

I don't know how anyone could dislike this place. I for one absolutely hate seeing doctors or dentists, but they really make you feel comfortable here. From the front office to all the ladies working with patients, you can tell everyone really cares not only about doing a good job, but making sure you leave happy. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Chelsea. I also agree with the other comments that she is a wizard with shots. Didn't feel anything! I had an extremely infected tooth and needed a root canal. I was honestly in the worst pain of my life. They got me in for a visit quick and took care of me. Extremely thankful to have this office in town. Thanks ladies! Sarah, Annie, Morgan, and Dr. Chelsea are all freaking amazing. (I hope I didn't butcher anyone's name).

We have been going to 7 Peaks Dental for over 2 years now. Dr. Chelsea and her staff are amazing. Dr. Chelsea is the best shot giver. I have never felt anything because her techniques are so good. Her work is also excellent. She gets it right on the first try. I am confident she only recommends work that is necessary. Her staff is also incredibly nice and competent. We are so glad we found 7 Peaks Dental!

Dr. Chelsea Baraff and her amazing staff, Annie, Sarah, and Morgan, gave me the best dental experience I have had yet! Normally I dread the dentist like most people, but I love coming to this office. The atmosphere is calm, the staff is friendly, and they made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout all my visits. Morgan was thorough and gentle with my cleaning and gave me a lot of info/education. Dr. Chelsea had to numb me for a procedure, and it was the most pleasant pain-free experience it possibly could have been. Highly recommend 7 peaks dental for the whole family!

We just love Chelsea and her entire team! My partner and I are both new patients and we're treated with professionalism and courtesy. Everyone is extremely friendly and kind. It's the best dental experience either of us have ever had. We never thought we'd say this, but we're actually looking forward to our next 6-month check-up. Thanks Chelsea, Morgan & Sarah and the rest of team Chelsea for all that you do.
