I didn't go to the dentist for a while due to dental anxiety but I did out of necessity and Dr. Kaur and Rachel were extremely nice and created a treatment plan. I would definitely recommend them

I had my first visit to 7 Days Family Dental and was exceptionally pleased with the care I was given. My hygienist, Laura, was awesome. She was welcoming, upbeat, thorough, and caring. Dr. Kaur did my exam and developed a treatment plan prioritizing the areas in order of urgency so that I may complete the treatments at my pace. I greatly appreciate that approach. I in no way felt pressured. I highly recommend this group. Thank you!

I'm absolutely terrified of the dentist and have avoided it, causing a mess of cavities. Dr. Kaur and Nicka were so incredibly kind and patient. Everything was painless and I'm less nervous to go back.

I don't like to share negative reviews, but I felt this worth mentioning to deter others from having any similar experiences. When I walked into my first appointment and after waiting for 40 minutes in the waiting room, I was seen for X-rays. They took so many, and from multiple machines, that it took no less than 20 minutes. I've never gotten so many before and after reflecting back on my experience I wonder if they needed to take so many. A woman then came in and started talking to the hygienist that took my images. 5 minutes into their conversation, I asked who she was and she informed me that she was the dentist. I asked for clarifying information that I heard them talking about and she said I had 14 cavities and 10 needed filled in addition to a crown on my tooth. As someone who flosses daily and brushes daily I was flabbergasted as I have never had this many cavities. Ever. They said my insurance wouldn't cover the crown and I would need to pay out of pocket. This was obviously very overwhelming to hear such news, I decided to have a second opinion and left abruptly without having any work done. A week later, I went to a different dentist where they took 4 x-rays and said they would take more if anything looked suspicious. I was told I had 2 cavities that needed filled and absolutely no need for a crown on my tooth. Beware.

Managing unbearable pain of this wisdom tooth, I was looking for some help urgently. Had a pain level of 7/10. Reached out to multiple oral surgeons, was getting date by end of February or March. It was getting worse. I almost called all numbers on google.lol. Finally I got in touch with 7 days Family dental, Keystone. Talked to Dr Singh and then Dr Jain. They explained me status and took multiple x-rays, obviously making sense to me to have as much detail as possile. Dr. Singh walked me through pros and cons , procedure to take 2 of them out and Dr. Jain lead it. ZERO PAIN VERY EXPEDITED AND SAFE PROCESS It's not expensive. Front desk was humble enough! Definitely recommend this team if you are looking for Best dentists in the area. Very reliable team!!

I am happy to have found this dental office. The staff are super kind and friendly. The office was very clean! I was also very pleased with the services I received that day. This experience took the anxiety out of going to the dentist, especially when it becomes to getting procedures completed. I would highly recommend this office for dental services!

Walked in with an abscessed tooth that ended up needing to be extracted. It was my first time there and first time needing that type of procedure. A female employee came in and tried taking X-rays twice. She did not follow procedure and place a protective vest over me, exposing me to radiation. I wasn't even thinking about it since I was in so much pain. Due to internet issues, those were not successfully logged into the computer. Therefor I had to redo them. This time a different female ( who appeared to be in training and extremely new)and a male employee took my X-rays. They placed the protective bib over me and I was like " wait, that other lady just took two X-rays without protecting me!" The male replies, "she probably forgot and it's less than what you would get from being outside all day". I was like "uh ok?" So that makes it ok? After the X-rays were properly taken, a female dentist came in to discuss my options. Which I was only given one option ' remove the tooth'. I'm assuming because of my insurance because there was another patient who was also needing a tooth removed. I over heard them going over a couple options like remove it and replace with a stud for a crown or veneer. Then I heard them mention insurance. Of course this is speculation on my part. But the way they spoke with him versus me was much different. Once I was prepped for extraction. The woman dentist came in and literally PRYED my tooth out of my mouth! Then she started using the tool to dig into my gum, saying she was cleaning it out. When she was done she said a code word to the male and left. The male put some gauze in my mouth and handed me a small envelope with a couple pieces of extra gauze and instructions. I asked about antibiotics for the infection and was told I would be given some upon release. I checked out and went to my car. I realized there wasn't any prescription and went back in. I was like " uh are they not going to give me any antibiotics for the infection? " Which no, they was NOT if I hadn't walked back in there. The lack of compassion and cold energy from this place is not comforting one bit. I'm a big baby when it comes to the dentist and because this was an emergency visit, I was all by myself. I will not be going back to this dentist because their lack of comforting communication to their patients.
