A long wait. Was there almost 2 hours, only thing done was the X-ray. Still waiting for the office to call for an opening for cleaning.

I had a really bad toothache drove all the way down from Vegas booked appointment easy and fast was seated by the dental assistant took x-ray Dr. Merhan Explain to me by looking at the x-ray he recommend root canal I had a really bad infection So I got the root canal done It was painless procedure Thank you Thank you 7day dental Specially Dr . Had to get some urgent crown repair work done and also sign up as new patient. I was given a next day appointment. Staff were responsive and my immediate needs resolved same day. Very satisfied that this team will be my long term dental care providers.

Awful. Zero stars. They took a full set of x-rays, and then never looked at them. Is that even legal? They ignored what I asked them to do, and instead tried to convince me I needed a lot of work done. $1,595 spread over 6 visits. My insurance would not pay for any of it. I believe all I need is a clean, and a repair to a broken crown. I went to a different 7 Day Dental office 6 months earlier, and had no problems there. In fact, that was a great Office. And that's why I know I don't need a lot of work. But now I have different insurance, and only this Office accepted it, so when my crown broke I called them. I looked up the "urgent" periodontal work they claimed was essential if I wanted to keep my teeth. Guess what? There are exactly zero peer-reviewed studies showing it's effective. I looked up the special crown they said was necessary. It's much much more expensive than a regular crown. And the slight benefits of it don't even apply in my case.
