I had to have alot of teeth pulled today and I'll tell you the truth I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled over 7 yrs ago at a whole different place and I had over twice as many pulled today and I feel better now then I did with the wisdom teeth. They were really gentle and took they're time. Made sure I was comfortable. Thanks 7 day dental!!!!

Incredibly kind staff unfortunately my wait time to be seen was an hour and a half after my appointment time and I never even got an exam. I was told things were too busy and the doctor never even saw me for my original reason for my visit. I never got my exam for my x-rays as well, I had to make a follow up. It was extremely disheartening and left me very emotional and let down. After my cleaning I had spent another hour in the dentist chair only to be informed he wouldn't be coming. It's very hard for me to get around right now and it was months for this appointment so the experience was ultimately very unfortunate. Too much stress to never even have been seen. A warning or disclaimer for the patient that situations like this are possible would be very helpful for the patient to plan accordingly. Quite down about this experience, having to drive back to get what I was originally scheduled for..

I love this place I never have to wait more than four minutes they are fast efficient and do good work my dental assistant whose name is Anna I asked her what made her want to put her hands in other peoples mouths and she said she does her job because she wants everybody to smile and because she had a tiny issue with her teeth she didn't smile so she wants to make sure everybody has good teeth and want to show them off to the world . Isn't that the best answer ever?! Anna her name is Anna

I was not so impressed with their customer service the first time I went there. Had to wait a long time before being seen by the dentist. Then I was told I had to do deep cleaning cost amounting to 1500 +. I felt that I was compelled to go with it, and was told I had to come back for another cleaning end of September. Ten days before the set date, I get phone calls, text messaging and emails reminding me of this appointment. Due to the fact that my husband is ill, I had to arrange someone to be with him when I go to see the dentist. Less than 24 hrs into my appointment, I get a phone call telling me that due to some difficulties, they can't see me, but offered another date, end of October. Really!!. They keep reminding that one has to give them 48 hrs notice if date has to be changed, but when it is their turn, they give me less than 20 hrs notice!. So, how do you justify this treatment?. I chose this place, thinking they will treat VETERAN and family with some consideration. Instead, all I got was some lame excuse why they can't see me. One RULE for them, another twisted rule for the not so fortunate ones. I am so tired of this game. VERY DISAPPOINTED with their treatment and service.

Dr was very patient with my tooth extraction..only suggestion would be to incorporate using vaseline on a patients lips
