Great office and worth the wait. My parents love Dr Shin, took wonderful care of them and they only had nice things to say. He has a great personality and is really great with my senior parents. I hope he will be there for a long time.

I love my dental office. Everyone is super nice and friendly. Any dental work is done thoroughly, and then rechecked. I have had a few bad experiences at dentist offices in the past, but definitely not at 7 Day Dental.

I have had a lot of issues caused by a medical condition , I have had to have a lot of work done and have come over 20 x this year :( sad for me but the dentists are great. I started out with Dr. morgan which is wonderful but schedules didn't match and I really like Dr. collins the way he makes me comfortable and explains everything because even though I have been here so many times I still get nervous at times. But my since I came and schedules with Dr. ChuckLe I am so so happy , he is so kind and caring and fast and efficient. My time is important too and so when I was going to give four stars it is only because if the waiting period that I've had to wait sometimes in the lobby that's the only complaint but to be honest the last 2-3 x have been great with it as well. Oh and whomever does the approvals from insurance is a freaking champion. She fights for you to get denials approved and she is successful and that is priceless when it comes to my dental needs especially with my condition. Front staff is always great, the dental assistants are kind and comforting , when you check out everyone works together to get you in with the doctor you want and the dates needed. So thank you 7 day dental !

I have never been to this dental buss before, I was in a ton of pain and they fitted me in when they were already full. The dentist is skilled and efficient. That you so much 7 day dental! I don't understand why they would have any bad reviews. Place runs like a well oiled machine. Clean, tidy, squeezed me in when they were fully booked for the day. Thanks again staff, dentist..I would recommend this place off Euclid.. .

If I could 0 stars I WOULD. WORST DENTIST EVER . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! They tried charging me for a panoramic xray after telling me its covered by medical!! Whoever made my appointment is a joke. They made it seem like everything would be fine. I'm a super busy college student with little time to spare and it was a complete waste of my time!!!!

I changed my review. As of 10/2022 i still dont have any teeth! Its been months since my last appt and no one has called to solve my problem. I have no way to afford their treatment, but was suppose to be some what manageable. Still have NO teeth and no help from this office. I really like all the staff.......This is from 2 years before: I have been so scared to go to the dentist, because of a bad experience in the past. This place was great. I went for a root canal Dr.Mahnas and Dr. Lee did such an amazing job no pain they where so careful and lovely. I could say they are the best I recommend them 100%.
