Dr. Niakiani is a specialist in Periodontics with an emphasis on Implant Dentistry. I'd give zero stars if I could. This office is mismanaged. My procedure was in May, it's October and still not resolved. I've called and showed up in person asking for an update on the insurance claim at least 7 times. They don't bill properly, don't file claims with insurance companies correctly, and are terrible at resolving billing issues. I'd equate it to stealing. They overcharge and force the patient to pay upon receiving services, collect from insurance when they manage to actually file a claim and do not refund patients. Additionally they claim to be a BBB accredited company, but are not. It's changed ownership, but still as unhelpful and scheming as the previous. The headache of following up on claims isn't worth it, go to a different dentist.

Sixth Avenue Periodontics is such an amazing location. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience. All staff is super friendly and easy going. Receptionist are super sweet. Special thanks one of their hygienist Lawree who made my experience delightful. The dentist are filled with joy and passion in what they do.

Referred by my previous dentist (in the SF Bay Area) for replacement Invisalign retainers. They were able to get me in the same day, get my records from my previous dentist and order new retainers in about 2 hours time, and they even had onsite parking.

I was in awe on how beautiful and very clean the office is. All the staff are very professional and welcomes you with a smile. Had 2 root canals done with Dr Makadia and he hit it right on target. Dr Niakiani is a superb dentist and knows what she is talking about, asked me what I want for my visit and listened very well and gave me the best options. I left with 2 finished root canals and couple of fills on my front tooth which feels like a spa day. Great work guys. I look and feel much better and in a few days, maybe, steak for dinner. No more pain. Thank you very much and looking forward to my next appointment.

Beautiful place to do your teeth and good customer service, but they not honest with me about the price costs to do my Invisalign and other services does in the place. Keep charging me more then what tell me before start my Invisalign . My advice for everyone is asked for total cost for what going to get done from the beginning to the end. Because you guys don't want to get Surprise on the end .

I just received my first teeth cleaning at this office from Shauna and it was a great experience. She was very helpful in explaining what she was doing throughout the process, and gave me more thorough recommendations than my prior dental hygienist. I also received my invisalign retainers here. I definitely recommend going to this place because of the attentiveness of the staff and level of customer service received. They always make sure you are comfortable and actually ask if you have any questions. Update from 2021: Shauna (my favorite hygienist) left, and my teeth were cleaned by one of the dentists. It was almost the worst I've ever experienced. She was rough with my mouth and gums, very rushed, and left my face and clothes messy with all the splashing. Service has gone down recently, changing dentists now.
