Born in Madrid, Spain, Dr. Marcos Cid came to the United States as a child with his family. Dr. Cid graduated from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 2000 with his DDS degree. He went on to complete a residency in Prosthodontics at West Virginia University School of Dentistry and received his Master of Science in Prosthodontics for his thesis, Linear expansion of dental stone after its final set and beyond two hours. Dr. Cid continued his education at Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery in New York City and the Bronx VAMC doing a fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthetics. For this he was awarded the Joseph Baron award for one outstanding Maxillofacial Prosthetics fellow at the 2004 general session for the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics in Ottawa, Canada. Dr. Cid has been clinically treating patients in a hospital setting as well as private practice for thirteen years.
Aside from Dentistry being his passion, Dr. Cid enjoys spending time with his family here in West Michigan. He is very passionate about soccer and has been playing since he was a kid. In the winter, Dr. Cid enjoys snowboarding every chance he gets. Sports are a big part of his life as well as music and the arts. He loves going to art museums. He loves traveling and seeing new places as well as meeting new people. He loves jogging everyday of his life that it is possible. Dr. Cid loves the study of languages. He is native in English and Spanish and fluent in French and Portuguese.
Dr. Brockton Willeys passion for dentistry began early on as a dental lab technician and a dental assistant before attending dental school. He progressed as an assistant for Facial Cosmetic and Oral Surgery. After earning his undergraduate degree at Andrews University in Berrien Springs Michigan, Dr. Willey received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Southern California.
Following graduation, Dr. Willey joined the dental team at Maple Shade Dental Group in Illinois providing general and cosmetic dentistry. While treating patients Dr. Willey recognized the debilitating disease of Sleep Apnea and continued his education in Dental Sleep Medicine receiving his Diplomate credentials with the American Sleep and Breathing Academy (ASBA). Dr. Willey has provided treatment for hundreds of patients suffering from Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Temporal Mandibular Pain Disorder (TMD).

I only gave a 4 because it took so long to seat the permanent teeth. Not their issue, I know. I had to open my mouth so wide it hurt the corners of my mouth. It was painful. Not sure how to improve that. I put on lip balm before my appt. Didn't help.

I've had a lot of dental work done in the greater Grand Rapids area. I started going to Dr Cid in 2017, and I can't say enough about him and his staff. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but these guys are truly professional and down to earth people that don't tell you a bunch of garbage just to get your money. From Lauren at the desk, to Jake snd Skylar in the back, and not to mention Dr Cid himself, I couldn't be happier. Great people doing great work!

Dr. Cid is beyond amazing. Between him and all of the staff you couldn't ask for better health care providers. My personal thing that I appreciate the most is the education, the willingness to teach someone and explain what they see when they look at x-rays etc. 10/10 strongly recommend this location and office to everyone.

The Dr and staff was absolutely amazing. I had an emergency appointment and they got me in within 48hrs. Not only did they address my immediate needs, they developed a care plan that my previous dentist had failed to do. I felt so at ease, like I was hanging out with friends... and the technology is like none I've experienced before! I 100% recommend!!!

Booked my appointment in April. I arrived in July for my appointment to then be told I had to get a full mouth x-ray done (which is not covered by my insurance.) Then I had a recent dental graduate do my cleaning, it took forever. At the conclusion the Dentist demanded why I wouldn't do the x ray. When I explained it wasn't covered by insurance, he laughed it off. As I was leaving I was asked to sign paperwork that the receptionist didn't understand why I needed to sign it?! Finally the receptionist likes to call you "my love" which I explained to her was offensive.

Needs better equipment, x-ray machine was moving around almost hit me in my face as they were scanning my teeth. Took a few tries to get it to stay put. Not sure if it was an equipment issue or a personel error though, as the assistant saw me because Doctor was leaving for the day. He did come in and introduced himself. Said we'd talk next time i came in and walked out. He then proceeded to have a chat for about 30 min with the staff about their social lives before leaving. Why take my appointment if you had no time for me? I guess they just saw my insurance card. The assistant was nice so I'd recommend her finding a more professional dentist to work with.

4 teeth, one impacted, were taken out of my face with no anesthesia even after they claimed to have laughing gas on hand. Extreme pain during and after the procedure and no pain meds were prescribed, just over the counter tylenol and ibuprofen. Reached out to ask if pain meds could be provided to return to work and they denied.

616 Dental Studio is absolutely fantastic. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Dr. Cid is hands down the best dentist I have ever had and he is great with the kids as well. The offices are also in fantastic locations making it convenient to get in and out!
