Dr. Nadja A. Horst is a third-generation dentist practicing in the downtown Fort Lauderdale area since 2001. She received her degree in microbiology and cell science from the University of Florida. She then went off to Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, where she graduated with her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
Prior to practicing dentistry, Dr. Horst was a trained dental technician and was involved in research in the area of oral microbiology. She is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Atlantic Coast District Dental Society, Fort Lauderdale Study Club, Psi Omega Dental Fraternity and National Women Dental Society. She has been selected as one of the Top Dentists of America by the Consumers Research Council Of America. She is a contributing writer and clinician, an expert consultant with New Beauty Magazine, and a dental examiner for the Florida Board of Dentistry since 2008.
One of her proudest moments as a dentist was when she exceeded the expectations of a patient who needed full-mouth reconstruction after a terrible accident. She is a compassionate and result-driven person with a Yes I can! attitude who designs healthy and beautiful smiles.
To this day, Dr. Horst takes pride in further advancing her dental education through numerous continued education classes. While her education and training are extensive and a source of confidence for her patients, they do not fully reveal the scope of her experience.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They're a bunch of thieves who excessively charge clients despite having insurance without making them aware of what they're actually doing. They never actually helped me with the issue I came to them with, they just continued collecting my money and sent me elsewhere.They waited a whole year to want to charge me for a "service" while I had been paying them each and every visit since so how does a random charge appear after 8 months since my last visit . When I confronted them with the issue they were extremely condescending and insisted on talking to me as if I was a child and not a grown adult. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to deal with a bunch of scammers.

I am so glad I found 601 Dental Studio. Dr. Horst is just amazing; very professional and her expertise is beyond imaginable. All of her staff are well trained and easy to talk to. They all have a gentle touch when comes to all the procedures. I just happy that I found a dentist that can I easily go and trust.

Wow i have to say this is definitely a place with staff who cares about your health . Very clean and friendly atmosphere and my experience went very well even thou i do not like to go to a dentist.

The staff was awesome at 601 dental studio. Cristina was the best cleaning my teeth and recommended a good tooth brush. I'm back on 2021 and the staff and dental work is still 5 stars!!!!!! #lovemydentist

The office environment is super comfortable and the staff is welcoming and comforting. Dr. Horst is super nice and is very awesome at explaining things to my understanding, and great at encouraging me to take better care of my oral health.

I absolutely love this office!!! Starting from the front desk girls, they are always so friendly and welcoming. Ive seen both hygienist's there & they are absolutely amazing, so gentle and yet so good, makes you want to go back for cleanings more often! Dr. Horst is so sweet and professional, she only wants the best for you & it truly shows. This office is great at educating you when dental work is needed, but never tries to pressure you into getting it done. I will forever recommend this dental office to anyone, thank you for always making me feel welcome and cared for. It's not everyday you find this type of hospitality in a dental office!

I enjoy going to the dentist! The dentist and the dental hygienist are the best in class. I actually look forward to coming in! They are professional and friendly. They have gone out of their way to make me feel part of their dental family. If there were six stars I would leave six! I love getting my pearly whites cleaned by Jill.

Because of my early history with scary and damaging experiences I am not just afraid of the dentist, I am terrified. I need A LOT of repair work and Dr. Horst is the only dentist I have ever seen that I have COMPLETE confidence in and am not afraid to keep my appointments. The whole office is a sanctuary and I am truly grateful for their service(s).

I went to see Dr. Nadja Horst, a general and cosmetic dentist, in the Memorial Hospital West Medical office building in Pembroke Pines for my regular check up. I have to admit that due to the coronavirus pandemic, I was hesitant about keeping this appointment. Nonetheless, I made the decision to do so after speaking to the office manager on the phone regarding all the measures that Dr. Horst had taken to protect her patients and her staff during this public health crisis. Upon entering the office I was warmly welcomed and my temperature was taken. The waiting room had only one other person who was seated at least 6 feet away. Sneeze guards had been placed all around the front office counter and hand sanitizer was readily available at the entrance for patient use. All clinical staff wore masks and/or face shields, hospital gowns and gloves. Dr. Horst who examined my teeth wore a respirator mask and face shield. I have to say that at no time did I feel like Dr. Horst was rushing the examination. She conducted my regular check up as she has done in the past, professionally, thoroughly and thoughtfully relaying to me dental concerns that would require attention in the present or in the future. During this visit x-rays were taken and a teeth cleaning was also completed. Again, these procedures were completed at the usual pace not in a hurried fashion. I noticed that the room that I occupied for my check up had several pieces of new equipment that the office manager had mentioned during our phone call: an aerosol control machine (which basically draws in dental aerosols/respiratory droplets which occur during various dental procedures and releases the extensively filtered air back into the room); air filtration devices (which filters and purifies the air you breathe) and room sterilization devices (which disinfects surfaces in rooms). Although I did have some COVID-19 related anxiety when I entered Dr. Horst's office, I have to say that once I saw and experienced all the measure and protocols she has taken to reduce the risk of possible COVID-19 exposure in her dental practice, my anxiety was laid to rest. I will need to follow up with Dr. Horst sooner than later and based on this visit I have no hesitation to do so. If you are looking for a dentist or a second opinion for your dental care, I would highly recommend Dr. Horst as she has made patient safety a priority during a pandemic while continuing to deliver dental care at the highest standards.

Nobody is ever "excited" about going to the dentist. But this team has definitely gone above and beyond to make sure it's not a torturous experience. Whether you're getting routine maintenance such as a cleaning done, or you need to take care of more extensive dental work, it makes a huge difference to put your mouth in the hands of somebody you can trust. Dr. Horst pays meticulous attention to detail and dental aesthetics and makes sure you are happy with your smile. She and her team are simply the BEST!
