Dr. Rieger was born in Long Island, New York. He is a second-generation dentist who received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the State University of New York in 1985. In 1993, Dr. Rieger relocated to Florida to enjoy a more active and bright lifestyle all year-round in the sunshine state. In his free time, Dr. Rieger enjoys traveling, sports, being outdoors, exercising, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Gabriela Espinoza has over 10 years of experience caring for her patients! She received her dental degree (DMD) from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine and completed a fellowship in Orthodontics at New York University. Prior to her dental career in the USA, Dr. Espinoza completed her dental degree in Venezuela at Santa Maria University in 2008.
Dr. Espinoza focuses her practice on restorative dentistry, aesthetic dentistry, and Invisalign. She is also trained and certified in Digital Smile Design and enjoys incorporating the most up-to-date technology into her practice.
Her ultimate goal is to provide the best quality of care for all of her patients and to add to their overall sense of well-being. For Dr. Espinoza, it is very important to establish a great relationship with patients and make sure they are comfortable and happy at every step of the process.
As a third-generation dentist, creating beautiful smiles is in Dr. Forrest's DNA. Throughout his 17 years of experience, Dr. Forrest has time and again distinguished himself as an industry leader in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry. He completed his clinical research at the University of Miami on the interdisciplinary management of Cancer Treatment, Irradiation Therapy, and Implantology, which earned him the prestigious Straumann ITI Implant Dentistry Scholarship Award.
While attending Dental School, Dr. Forrest completed two Periodontics externships at New York University and Harvard University. He then completed his three-year specialty training in Periodontics and Implant Surgery at the University of Florida, Shands Hospital, earning his Master's Degree focusing on Oral Immunology.
To date, Dr. Forrest has placed more than 20,000 dental implants. Dr. Forrest also lectures nationwide to practitioners on his methodology, teaching others how to attain the best possible results in Implant Dentistry.
Dr. Omar Abdo is a Board Certified Prosthodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics. Prosthodontics is a branch of dentistry that specializes in the replacement of missing teeth with artificial devices such as bridges, dentures, and dental implants. Dr. Abdo focuses his professional practice on restorative dentistry, complex denture therapy, maxillofacial prosthodontics, as well as, advanced cosmetic, reconstructive, and implant dentistry. In his 20-plus year career, Dr. Abdo has acquired valuable clinical experience and furthered his knowledge with continuing education and teaching. His training, experience and quest for excellence has provided him with a genuine and meticulous style, which he uses to offer his patients a comfort level and understanding of what is going on in their mouths and which is the best course of action for them.
Dr. Forrest maintains a reputation for achieving excellent results by consistently following the basic principles of proper treatment planning and team synergy. He continues to treat many of the most complex and challenging cases to improve the quality of life of others and, most importantly, to make people smile.
Maria was born in Bogota, Colombia and raised in Cali, Colombia. She graduated from Universidad del Valle, as a dentist and worked at several hospitals and community projects. In 2015, Maria moved to the United States in order to continue her professional growth, education and research experience. In 2017, she started her masters program in public health at Nova Southeastern University. The passion she has for helping people and improving patients oral health encouraged Maria to study for her master as well as acquire her Dental Hygiene license. Her research and experience is focused on Oral Cancer Prevention and Screening and the Prevention of Periodontal Disease. Maria has participated in several health fairs in South Florida spreading her mission which is to create new, healthy, and beautiful smiles. Outside of work, Maria likes to spend time with her family, friends, traveling and trying different restaurants. Her favorite thing to do is to laugh and make people smile. Her goal is to bring confidence and trust to her patients and their overall dental care.

Dr. Rieger is amazing at what he does. He explains everything he is doing from start to finish. I had a horrible experience with a previous office and this office is way better than any offices I've been too. The hygienist are great.

I never new going to the dentist could be FUN- really from the moment you arrive! Nicole, patient care coordinator, thoughtfully explained to me the procedures that would take place during the initial visit. Jong, the Hygenist and Carolina, the Dental Assistant took over from there as we proceeded through the x rays and initial exam. So positive, cheery, and caring they instill confidence in new patients. Of course, I had concerns and questions, which were all handled efficiently and professionally throughout my visit. Reina, the office manager, coordinated the efforts of the other team members, again in kind and caring manner... YEP, I never thought going to the dentist as a "fun experience until I met up with this young and enthusiastic quartet of professionals!

I've seen many dentists in my life time and I can proudly say that this place was AWESOME! Everyone is friendly and kind. They offer me free water and coffee. My hygienist was great. He really made me feel welcomed and explained everything. Dr. Gonzales was also terrific. I appreciate him explaining the process and making sure to see if I felt comfortable. If you're looking for a new dental practice (because trust me there's a lot of shady ones in Boca), I highly recommend this place!

The staff is super friendly, organized, and helpful. They made sure to anwser all questions and concerns I had. The two ladies at the front, Reina and Hennessy, were very kind and welcoming to me! They defiantly take the time to acknowledge their patients needs and get to know them.

Sorry for the generic user name, I'm an Apple gal and this is my only gmail account - but I am a real person and want to share my experience here, which was great, my name is Katherine. This is a truly state of the art dental office, I thought that my previous dentist in California was up to the minute until I came here... I came in for the $79 new patient special, which was the most comprehensive evaluation of my mouth that I've ever had, and I've been to great dentists in the past. I think they did a thousand x-rays (only a slight exaggeration), including the one that goes around your head, 3D printing, and the standard albeit digital bite x-rays. The hygienist John was very thorough and did a great job, and I saw Dr. Rieger, who is a very cheerful 2nd generation dentist and obviously loves his profession. They gave me a tooth-by-tooth assessment, I'm not kidding, every tooth, pointing out the healthy and the less healthy conditions - I'm 62 and have been vigilant about teeth care, but things wear out with age, including decades-old fillings that eventually need to be replaced or crowned. What I got at the end was a written roadmap of my mouth, the order that things should be done, and just one tooth that they recommend to fix soon. I got a complete workup and costs on what they will/can do when I'm ready. It's a truly incredible exam and cleaning for $79 - But I think this giant workup is well worth it for them too, to establish an ongoing relationship - it's like their version of the best first date ever. Yes, it's a bit of a sales pitch, but I think it's their chance to demonstrate how worthy they are, they want you to feel like you'd be crazy to go anyplace else in the future when you need teeth care. And indeed the experience left me feeling like they are super capable of doing top notch work when the time comes for my crowns (as my great California dentist had already told me I'll need with time). I do believe they're the best, I'm sold, they wowed me, I'll be back. Now here are my caveats: this initial appointment easily takes over 2 hours. I got priceless intel about my dental health, but I didn't know ahead of time that it would take that long - they had to do all the x-rays and evaluations in a separate appointment from the actual cleaning. So, yes I recommend them, but make sure that you ask how long it will take and make it clear that you either a) need your cleaning at the same appointment so that they schedule enough time, or b) make 2 appointments from the get-go if you don't have 2-3 hours to spend in one stretch. They are not the cheapest (this is Boca after all), but they are clearly not trying to be the bargain shop, they are the Tesla not the Toyota of dentistry. But they did offer to work with me on the cost when I do the crowns, as I don't have insurance. I'm picky about my teeth and am confident that they'll do the best work when the time comes for me to get stuff done. Thumbs up!

The staff is extremely helpful and nice at 5th Ave Dental. I have nothing but good things to say. The facility is very clean with top notch state of the art equipment. Genessi was extremely helpful in helping me book my appointment. Nicole helped welcome and made me feel comfortable before my exam. Reina walked me through a few other services I had interest in like whitening and invisalign. My exam was conducted by John who was so nice and taught me some new home health care tips for taking care of my oral hygiene. I highly recommend 5th Ave Dental located in East Boca Raton (next to Blaze Pizza).

5th Avenue Dental was phenomenal with me today. From the day I called, to when I left the office, I received top notch service with absolute care and confidence in my hygienist (John) and the doctor who took a look at me (Dr. Rieger). All the ladies at the front were very pleasant with me as well and even gave me a tour of the office. Could not say anything bad about today. Even the dental cleaning was phenomenal and very pleasant unlike others. I am glad I found a new dentist office I can trust.

This office is running what I would call a scam. They have a list of services that they will provide for a new patient at $79. When I came to the office, I was there over 2 hours before they came to me and told me they were going to charge me $400 for polishing. Polishing was listed as one of the services that came complimentary with the $79. They also had no time to do the cleaning that would have come the $ 79 dollars. The office manager was disingenuine and really could care less about the dishonesty I had experienced. My communication was very clear with the office person I made an appointment with and she said she spoke directly to the dentist about my request for polishing my front teeth as part of my cleaning. As I sat in the office, I heard person I have to person approached with a chart that would require payment plans. I find this office to be dishonest and I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
