Dr Weiner is an experienced clinician who was trained in Philadelphia at Temple University School of Dentistry and received his prosthodontic training there. He also spent a year at Philadelphia General Hospital- the City of Philadelphia and received further dental training, particularly in the surgical phases of treatment.
Following that, he took a position at UMDMJ- now Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. He was a full-time faculty member and taught prosthodontics and reconstructive dentistry for more than 40 years. He has left the university as a Professor Emeritus. During his time there and his teaching, he also published more than 70 papers and is continuing to publish research papers currently. In addition to his university work, he has also lectured on dental implants in Turkey, Jordan, Syria, Serbia and participated in an implant training program in Dubai for 7 years.
Dr Weiner has always been a clinical person practicing his craft. For the 10 years before established the 50 Commerce Dental Center, he practiced dentistry in an office in Ironbound 2 nights a week and on weekends. But he felt that he would like to have a full-service practice here to help both the residents and the business population in Newark. In that way, a quality practice offering multiple clinical services was a dream that is now becoming a reality for him.
Dr White is a lifelong resident of Northern New Jersey. He received his BA in Sociology from Boston University before graduating from Howard University College Of Dentistry. Dr. White was a resident at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital before going into private practice with his father, where he served the Bronx community for over 20 years.
He enjoys all aspects of General Dentistry and has a particular interest in Cosmetic Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and restoring implants. He has provided dental care to nursing home residents and is active in various dental study groups and continuing education.
Dr Anakha Kalaspurkar is an experienced general dentist who has dental degrees from India and the United States. Her American degree is from New York University as Doctor of Dental Surgery which she received in 2013. Dr Kalaspurkar has over seven years of professional work experience practicing general dentistry in the US. She is competent in endodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and restorative and esthetic dentistry. She enjoys treating both both children and adults. Dr Kalaspurkar fosters a cooperative work environment and is very proficient in her patient management. When she is not performing dentistry, she is usually enjoying a Frozen Dunkin Coffee, her one vice, and enjoys spending time with her family, her husband and two children who are 4 and 2 years old.
Rosario was born and raised in Ecuador. She graduated as a Doctor in Dentistry from Universidad de Guayaquil in Ecuador in 2000, where she worked as an intern for the Ministerio de Salud Publica del Ecuador. She also had advanced training and completing seminars on orthodontics and endodontics. In 2002 she emigrated to the United States and established in NJ, and took positions as Expanded Function Dental Assistant. Since 2003 she has continued to work in her profession and is proud to say that she has worked for high-quality dental practices all over NJ. She has extensive experience in Holistic dentistry, general dentistry, and pediatric dentistry. She has also attended seminars in patient communication from MGE Management Experts in Florida, which has helped her develop more goal-oriented and high standards in dentistry and a more effective support and guidance for the patients developing treatment plans.
Denise is a registered dental hygienist who graduated from Rutgers School of Health Related Professions and has many years of experience in Dentistry in Brazil. She believes prevention is a way to help patients to maintain good oral health. She likes to deliver personalized treatment with appropriate therapy, and she loves to see happy patients with nice smiles.
Our front desk person, Aida, comes to us with extensive experience and knowledge. She is friendly and very efficient in helping our patients with scheduling and insurance issues. She came to the U.S. in 1985 as a teenager, living in Rhode Island. Once she graduated, she took courses and received a certificate in computer technology. In 2000 Aida was offered a job working at the front desk in a dental office. She enjoyed working with the patients and recognized right away that this is what she wanted to continue to do. Aida worked in her previous two dental offices for 18 years and 4 years, respectively. She is real people person as we hope you will see. We are delighted to have her.
Maria is one of our two dental assistants. She has a dental degree from Centro Escolar University in the Philippines. Here in the US, she has certificates as an expanded duties dental assistant. Maria is a wet-fingered dental assistant. She loves her work and enjoys connecting with the patients. In the office, she assists with provisional crowns, cementations, and surgical and restorative procedures. She has previously worked in offices in California and Bayonne, NJ, for more than 15 years.
Roberta Weber is our Dental Practice Coordinator who collaborates with doctors and the staff to create teamwork, efficiency, and accountability, which results in a well training, happier staff that generates raving fans in our patients. She ispassionate about sharing her knowledge, insight, and years of hands-on experience. Her goal drives herto helpthe practice to provide superior dental care within a team-driven, supportive, and structured environment.

Her backgroundincludes four years as a Regional Reseller for Dentrix Practice Management Software, as well as eight years astheOperations Manager for DDS Partners,a largeprivately owneddental group in Manhattanwhere her job included buying dental practices, Beforehand, for several years, Roberta managed Dr. Jonathan Levine & Associates practice, a very successful prosthodontic dental practice in New York City where she engaged in various practice consulting seminars.
Having obtained her degree in Dental Hygiene at New York University in 1995,Roberta has carried her passion for hygiene into her coaching by setting high standards for periodontal protocols and focusing onhelping dental practices improve their hygiene programs' value. She continues to maintain her licensed status and is a regular volunteer at health awareness events. Roberta also has a bachelors degree in Psychology and is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
