Incredibly difficult to get ahold of. I tried calling multiple days. Asking if they could reach out via text or over email. I tried calling from different numbers. I tried going to the website to book an appointment but the smart phone view they have on their website prevented me from being able to request an appointment. You would need a laptop. My last cleaning I felt the hygienist did not do a very good job and I left with tartar still on my teeth and my gums in pain from all the stabbing. It's a bummer because I liked the personalities of the people working there but the way they practice their business will prevent me from coming back. Not that I could get an appointment in the first place! I'm just wondering if anyone else has had so much difficulty getting in contact with them.

Dr. Kollar, Kary and Collette are amazing! I am so glad I found them three years ago. They are kind, knowledgeable and always go above and beyond. They somehow make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend them!

Dr Mark is by far the best dentist out there. He is very thorough and meticulous in his work. He isn't satisfied with anything less than perfection. His staff is amazing! I have had 2 emergent situations and they got them handled immediately. One was on Valentine's Day, a weekend at 6pm. Dr. Mark and Kary immediately returned my call, came to the office and did a 2 hour procedure. I don't know anyone else who would give that kind of service and care for their patients. And everyone is so friendly! I love my visits to their office, and that's the first time in my life I can say that about the dentist. 5 Star Dental lives up to its name!

Dr. Mark Kollar is by far the best dentist that I have ever seen. I had 4 different crowns done by him in the 90's. This time it was for a root canal. Kary his assistant is phenomenal and the Hygienist Colette was fantastic and very acomodating as well. I'm definitely a grateful client for his expertise and attention to detail. Perfectionist is putting it mildly...Dr. Mark Kollar is a dentist like no other. It's definitely worth you time to go see him!! Thank you Mark, Kary and Colette!!!!

Dr. Kollar is truly the best of the best and I can't believe I lived in the area for so long before finding his office. I went in to have previous dental work corrected. He found that fillings I'd had done elsewhere hadn't bonded to my teeth and were causing further decay to my teeth. He also identified a root canal --a problem waiting to happen-- and took care of it for me with the utmost care and consideration. I went in for numerous appointments and had very little discomfort. He is nowhere near your average dentist and clearly has a passion for what he does and a desire to deliver the best care possible. He is very on top of all of the latest research. Dr. Kollar will make recommendations for prevention and mouth health but he will never patronize you for your flossing habits. :) Also, he has the best hygienist and office manager in the whole world. :) --Sarah

Small office with extremely kind, caring, and mission-driven people. After years of not looking forward to the dentist due to a business-as-usual corporate dental office, this was a much needed change of pace. I felt pampered, almost. Highly recommend. Dr. Collar and his assistants will treat you well.

The staff was extremely professional and helpful with the procedures. The office manager was very thoughtful and had all paperwork ready when I was finished. Mark and his assistant was spectacular in their work and gave me honest answers. The most I have ever learned in a one our cleaning session about teeth! Very knowledgeable staff nothing but high praise for the five star dental team!

The dentist is super open to to questions and will explain everything you need to know or ask. They are very polite and tend to every need. They also help you get the best deal you can get with prescriptions! I will ALWAYS go back :)

I am very grateful to have found Dr. Kollar & Karrie at 5 Star Dental. Their work is meticulous & very caring. Dr. Kollar follows up in person after the procedures to make sure you are doing well. I have had to have some teeth reconstructed & he makes them perfect & I can smile even bigger knowing how much better my teeth look. Thank you very much! If there were 10 stars on a rating I'd use them all.

My visit to Five Star Dental was very positive and professional. Dr. Kollar and staff were very thorough in explaining my situation and the options I have in correcting it. They explained everything from various procedural options, to financial options. I am thankful to have found this Dental practice and I am confident they will do everything possible to provide the best outcome.
