Greg Sefcik, DDS Before becoming a family dentist in Denver, Colorado, Dr. Greg Sefcik attended the University of Southern Californias Ostrow School of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Sefcik has always been passionate about patient care, and he greatly enjoys getting to know his patients personally, so he can better provide for their individual oral health needs. As one of eight brothers & sisters, Dr. Greg Sefcik understands the importance of family, and he loves his role in helping to protect the oral health of families in the Denver community.

I know this office is struggling. But this is unacceptable. I tried really hard not to be a Karen, but the lack of any professionalism over and over again suggest the place need to be closed down for awhile. I called for 2 months for a cleaning for my son and I. I also sent emails. No response. This was in May. Then in July!!!!!! I finally get in. By this time I had an abscess near wisdom tooth that probably could have been avoided if I had waited 2+ months for a cleaning. I had to get antibiotics from my primary care doctor. Then the dentist who I won't name said sure we can remove your wisdom teeth here. Come tomorrow. The dentist to my surprise was off that day..and knew it. The other more competent dentist told me what other dentist told me many many times over the years. You need a referral to on aral surgeon. You think???!!! Then I get into the oral surgeon and call the this office 3 times urgently asking for my dental records. No one ever picks up or responds. I tell the excellent referral place it is probably best they do the x-rays any ways. I have a cleaning scheduled for my son..have been calling to confirm..nothing. Pay your office staff a living wage so they can do their job. This is insane. I plan to take my records and my son's records and leave. I hope you can get your act together because real harm is happening.

Don't bother calling, no one will pick up the phone. Leaving a message is seems pointless too, I've been waiting 8 days for a callback. #poorcustomerservice #dontcare #byefelicia

Completely unprofessional, cancelled my cleaning just hours before my appointment. I have no doubt that if the cancellation came from my end, I would be charged a no-show fee. Trash business, just trash.

I absolutely love this dental office. They are the best and help me get my smile brighter and whiter. I recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist. But since you guys have moved no one ever answers the phone. What the purpose of having front desk staff if no one is there to schedule appointments?

This was my favorite experience I've had. I'm pretty sensitive to cleanings and Dr. Dani and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. I had a few cavities and a deep clean completed and was more comfortable here than I have been elsewhere. Highly recommended!

I mean have you ever enjoyed a dental appointment? I just did. 1000/10, informative, non judgmental, conversations were absolutely elite, I would have stayed after to hang out with the team. Small but mighty #girlpower

The previous Dr Sha was amazing, sensitive to everyone's needs. The current dentist is just down right rude. She embarrasses you. She is very inappropriate. Says things that she shouldn't. I'm sure your own experience might be different. Just listen don't waste your time on this place.

I went to 5 Points Dental the other day for a cleaning/routine care, and it was a great experience. The front office was welcoming, the Assistant was quick and efficient, and Dr. Sha was very informative, friendly, and he made my first visit to that office a great one.

Fantastic customer service! Friendly, understanding and highly skilled staff make going to the dentist a pleasant experience. Great neighborhood location. UPDATE: Still the best dentist in town. Great staff! Dr Sha makes going to the dentist fun. I literally laugh my butt off every time I go. I wish all appointments were as much fun as this place. I wish I could give them 10 stars. That good!!!
