Dr. Imm is passionate about dentistry and education. He attended The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and graduated with honors in 2010. He then began his residency in Advanced General Dentistry at the University of Florida. Dr. Imm also studied at the L.D. Pankey Institute, the Dawson Academy, Spear Education, and The TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre International.
Dr. Imms passion for dental implants helped him earn a Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 2011. His dedication to life-long learning helped him received his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentists in 2015, an honor earned byless than 5%of general dentists worldwide.His patients will tell you he is kind, compassionate and a good listener. They will also share that he takes time to explain procedures and present options to them when treatment is needed, making them feel like a partner in the decision process.
Dr. Imm shares a passion to help patients achieve a lifetime of dental health. The relationships that practicing dentistry allow him to form, keep him inspired and excited each and every day. Dr. Imm feels blessed to be able to work with patients to restore smiles and see the transformation that takes place when self esteem returns. He and his wife, Melissa, are the proud parents of two boys, Keegan & Gavin, and a daughter, Elise. As a family, they passionately support Pelotonia, whose proceeds go 100% toward cancer research at the OSU James Cancer Hospital.. They enjoy spending time at Indian Lake with their family and cheering on the Buckeyes!!
As office manager, Becky enjoys seeing patients get excited about their dental care and overall health. She also enjoys interacting with patients on the phone and in person, and helping patients understand their insurance and financial responsibility. She enjoys working at Five Points Advanced Dentistry because they have an amazing team, and everyone works together to provide the highest quality care to each and every patient, and also takes care of each other. She loves how rewarding it is to see patients lives transformed as a result of their dental treatment.
When not working, Becky enjoys spending time with her husband Eric and their fur babies, as well as spending time outdoors in nature. She enjoys gardening, canning, cooking, grilling out and spending time with loved ones. Becky has a strong faith, and she enjoys each day as it comes and appreciates the small things in life. Her favorite place to be is on her property enjoying the outdoors with her husband.
As a dental hygienist, Kim enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them with their health. She works hard to make a difference for her patients and to give back. She enjoys caring for all her patients to help them strive toward optimal health. She loves that she works with a great team at Five Points Advanced Dentistry. Kim holds an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene and has been a dental hygienist for over 26 years.
When not working, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband Steve and three daughters Katie, Lydia and Maggie. She also enjoys spending time with friends, and someday would like to travel more.
As a dental hygienist, Kate helps patients with education and oral health maintenance, as well as sterilization of instruments. She loves that she works with some of the best people and they get to treat some really great patients. She also enjoys providing comprehensive care to her patients and being able to educate them on the impact that good oral health has on their overall health. Kate received a bachelors degree in dental hygiene from The Ohio State University, and holds certifications in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide.
When not working, Kate enjoys traveling, finding new food and coffee shops around Columbus, studying theology, hosting dinners, and hanging out with friends and family. Her parents immigrated from Ukraine and she comes from a very large family. She grew up speaking Ukrainian and loves the food and culture. Someday she would love to tour the South of France.
Josie is a certified dental assistant who helps patients reach their optimal health and wellness by educating them on their oral health. She also enjoys helping make her patients day even if its something small, she sees how a little positivity can go a long way. She loves how Five Points Advanced Dentistry is different from most practices they focus on not just teeth, but overall wellness and how oral health plays a part in that. She also appreciates that there is opportunity for growth in her job and the industry, as it continuously evolves. Josie graduated from the Maumee Valley Dental Assisting School and is currently enrolled in The Ohio State Universitys expanded function dental assisting program.
When not working, Josie enjoys spending time outdoors camping or hiking. She also enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband Tom (and their golden retriever Daisy and rescue puppy Jenkins), as well as enjoying the company of friends. She loves to travel and hopes to continue to travel as much as she can, as she appreciates how seeing new places can change her perspective of the world.
Katy graduated from Otterbein University with a Bachelor of Arts in Allied Health, and holds a Certification in Radiology. She has also completed dental assistant training in order to provide the highest level of care possible to patients. Katy has always had a desire to work in the healthcare field, and after receiving a great deal of dental work throughout her life, she decided to become a dental assistant to help others with their dental care needs.
Katys favorite part of her role as a dental assistant is the opportunity to learn something new each day from Dr. Imm and her colleagues. She is passionate about building and developing relationships with patients, and enjoys helping them improve their dental health while giving them a positive experience.
Julia is a dental hygienist and expanded functions dental assistant who spends her time performing cleanings, placing fillings, and taking radiographs for her patients. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from The Ohio State University, as well as certifications in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. She loves who she works with at Five Points Advanced Dentistry and how well they work together as a team as they all share the common goal of promoting optimal health for their patients. Her favorite part of working in the dental industry is that she can build relationships and help create beautiful smiles.
When not working, Julia enjoys spending time with her husband Nick and entertaining their mini goldendoodles Rizzo and Ernie. She also enjoys playing tennis, visiting new restaurants and breweries, and visiting family in Toledo and Detroit (she recently moved here from Toledo for her husbands residency at OSU). Someday she would like to visit as many national parks as possible.

Had my first visit last month for a cleaning and scheduling my appointment was so easy and the front staff were great and so nice. Kate the hygienist was amazing and I had no issues or any sensitivity during or after my cleaning. I appreciate an office that doesn't push treatment unless it's absolutely necessary. There are a couple areas that I have that we're watching where as other dentists said I needed treatment right away. Definitely found my home dentist.

I belonged to this practice for 28 years until I relocated out of state. I planned to remain with 5 points but Dr. Imm politely explained that is not feasible and referred me to another dentist of equal caliber. He was right. Shortly after relocating I had a dental emergency. Dr Imm & staff collaborated with my new Dentist (while the office was closed for the holidays) to provide information needed to replace my implant ASAP. Dr Imm treats each patient equally, I was always impressed with his ability to take the necessary time to explain things in a way I understood (layman's terms) , often using his hands for demonstration. This practice cares about your dental health, your overall health, your sleep, and the finances of treatment. They operate with full transparency. This practice saved my fathers life 11 years ago when Dr. Hooper (retired) noticed something his PC doctor didn't. I believe 5 stars advanced dentistry is a more fitting name. I left this practice in May of '19. I do not write reviews, but I write this long overdue review out of my sense out of obligation.

I've been a patient for nearly 2 years and can't say enough good things about Dr. Imm and his entire staff at 5 Points! Everyone is so nice, helpful and willing to do anything possible to make every experience positive. What I enjoy the most about Dr.Imm is his approach to individual treatment plans and care for his patients. He gives you his High, Medium & Low dental concerns based on your initial consultation, provides you with multiple treatment plans, then gives you the option to choose what path you'd like to pursue. Overall, I think this practice is one of the best in the Columbus area

Love the staff and work that they do. I honestly always dreaded going to the dentist. When I started going to 5 Points, I had some fillings done and it was the only time where I felt 100% normal the next day. They're always engaged with good conversation and you can tell they genuinely care about you. Thanks again Dr. Imm and staff!

Do not get an implant from TJ IMM. I've had multiple issues with mine and 4 years later it is fractured in three places. He does not admit fault, will not refund my money, and will not be paying for this second incredibly invasive and expensive oral surgery brought on only by his inability to perform. ZERO STARS. DOES NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr. Imm and his staff are top notch. I went in for severe tmj. He was so thorough and caring. He took the time to call and follow up with other specialists. The staff is also so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend 5 Points.

This has been one of my favorite dental experiences. The staff is vibrant and there is a genuine care for long-term health. Not only that, but it's not your regular dental stop: the comprehensive practices focus on the overall health of your body and how that can affect your dental health (ex. Dr. Imm checks the overall health of your head and neck). I've really enjoyed being taken care of and I'm thankful to call this my dental office moving forward.

Everyone has been absolutely wonderful! I very much like the fact that Dr. Imm takes the time to explain everything - and even show you pictures of the steps he took (when replacing a filling for example). I've recommended him to everyone in my family and also to friends.

Always have a good experience. My Hygienist Kate is thorough while being mindful of my sensitivity. I had a small cavity we were keeping an eye on and starting to take form. Dr. Imm was able to squeeze me in for an easy, quick drill out and filling right after my cleaning. Tracie did a great job sealing everything up. True artist. Two wrap things up, my wife had a sizable outstanding root canal bill Becky allowed to be broke down into a payment plan. Very helpful! Looking forward to the new office. Thanks guys!!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Imm and his group. Our family has tried multiple dentistry groups, only to be dissatisfied. What I love about Dr. Imm's group is the attention to detail and the customer service. My family loves the practise. They know my family and are so friendly. Their new office is amazing.

Dr Imm and his staff are simply wonderful. Always very personable and friendly. Very high standard of care, preventative screening and knowledge. I learn something new each time I go, about dental health and related health issues. I recently had a filling replaced that had been done before by 3 other dental offices, nobody seemed to be able to get the issue fixed. Dr Imm replaced it and was the first to get it right. No more discomfort after 5 years of dealing with it. Thank you!

Couldn't have been better. I came to 5 points for a tmj assessment. The staff was friendly and organized. Beyond just being trustworthy, Imm took time to clearly explain his findings in a way I inderstood.
