A Wyoming Native from Torrington, WY, Dr. Knaub offers comprehensive, family-oriented, gentle dentistry. His objective is to make patients feel welcome and informed and leave with a better understanding of their oral health and treatment options, which will help them make educated decisions. Dr. Knaub routinely participates in recognized continuing education courses in an effort to remain current on new treatment and upcoming advancements in technology. He has an incredibly compassionate, proficient, and personal team that continually strives to better themselves in an effort to always deliver the highest level of dental care. Dr. Knaub always welcomes new patients to his practice and attempts to accommodate emergencies as soon as possible.
Dr. Knaub enjoys spending time with his wife, Joell, and two boys, Logan and Jaxen. His other interests include: outdoor activities, classic cars, UW athletics, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Amber Welper is a Wyoming native. She was born and raised on a family-owned ranch in southwest Wyoming. She studied Physiology at the University of Wyoming and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS) from Creighton School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska in 2015. Since then, she has been practicing in Lyman, Wyoming until her recent move to Laramie. Dr. Welper and her family have always loved Laramie and the University of Wyoming. She is excited to become a part of such a wonderful community and plans on cheering on the Pokes every chance she gets!
Dr. Wang is a Wyoming native born in Gillette and raised in Sheridan. His goal of practicing dentistry is to help patients make the best informed decisions for their oral health and to help improve their quality of life.
He studied Physiology and Kinesiology at the University of Wyoming and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS) from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in Lincoln, Nebraska in 2019. Driven by his passion to further his dental knowledge, Dr. Wang pursued an additional year of education at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico through an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. In doing so, he received training in treatment planning, comprehensive care, dental emergencies, pediatric patients, and surgical procedures.
Dr. Wang and his fiance, Emily, are excited to return to Laramie where they first met at the University of Wyoming. He and his family enjoy spending time with their dog (Moebee), hiking, biking, reading, cooking, and staying active and involved in the community.

Dr. Peebles and her staff at 4th St Dental are wonderful. She just placed a crown for me, explained everything that was done, was very careful to get everything just right, and is clearly very skilled at delicate work. She and her staff are very personable and make patients feel comfortable. I could not be happier and look forward to continued dental care at her practice.

I am a disabled veteran. I got tired of trying to get decent dental care from the VA and bought my own dental insurance. I am extremely happy I did and have received fantastic care from 4th St Dental. They are all super friendly and treat me like a VIP.

I've followed Rachael my HYGIENIST for years now...I can't say enough good things about Rachael!! She's compassionate, gentle, and funny! Dr. PEBBLES is new to 4th street, but I already really like her. Makes you feel really comfortable! If your alittle nervous about dental visits, they take the nerves away, and make you feel right at home. Can't say enough good things about this office!
