With thousands of implants placed, the doctors at 4M Dental Implant Center have successfully taken on some of the most complex cases. Dr. Sean is a leader and educator in the field of dental implants at the forefront of whats happening in the industry and passes his knowledge on to his associates. Through the 4M Institute (located in our Long Beach facility), Dr. Sean teaches the art and science of the All-on-X solution to dentists from around the world. His years of experience and wealth of knowledge enable us to educate our patients on their best options and what to expect.
Upon graduating from the USC School of Dentistry, he continued his quest for knowledge and completed many specialty programs in his field. Deeply committed to education, in 2018 Dr. Sean created his own institute for learning in Long Beach, Ca., and currently teaches and mentors doctors from around the world.
Since earning her doctoral credentials at the University of California, Los Angeles, Dr. Samira has established herself as an artist in the dental field. Her attention to detail is what sets her apart as a leading cosmetic specialist in Southern California.
Dr. Athena graduated from The University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, long considered one of the top dental programs in the nation. She completed her residency at Columbia University New York City.
Dr. Athenas expertise is blending art with function, but her attention to detail and gentle approach to dentistry is what stands out. Her ability to connect with her patients, create relationships, and design the best treatment possible makes her the perfect addition to our team. Dr. Athena has profoundly affected the smiles and lives of many of our patients, and would love to do that for you, too.
A graduate of USC Dental School, Dr. Azimi comes to us from a family of longstanding healthcare professionals. As an avid learner, she has completed several residency programs on cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, and full arch dentistry.
Before joining our team of amazing doctors at 4M, Dr. Azimi was a practice owner herself. As rewarding as running her own practice may have been, Dr. Azimi opted to lend her dental expertise to us instead, to spend more time with her family. We are grateful for Dr. Azimis talent and skill, as she is one of the most caring and knowledgeable dentists anywhere!

Who loves to go the Dental Office? Everyone who goes to 4M Dental Implant Center(s)! The new office space at Newport Beach is amazing, but I loved going to the old place too simply because of the wonderful group of people who work there. I always feel like family when I visit.

Today Dr. Sam reduced the size of one of my canines, which had slightly bothered me for years, but not enough to do anything about it. I mentioned it to her, and the next thing I knew I was in a chair having it fixed. The procedure took only 5-7 minutes, was completely painless, and looks great now. While doing it, she also evened out my front teeth. Until I saw this before/after photo, I hadn't noticed they were uneven. Their new Newport Beach office is gorgeous and modern. Dr. Sam and the team are friendly and professional. Along with my cleaning, it was a fantastic experience, painless, and worth it. Thanks, Dr. Sam!

I came to ClearChoice Newport Beach exploring my options and although I chose not to go with ClearChoice I found them to be very professional very clean operation in particular Julie was extremely helpful in explaining everything about the procedures the finances and what to expect I wanted to thank them personally and I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in a implant procedure

I am so glad I made the choice to change dentists. I love the way they explained all the procedures as I was getting my implants. The Doctor is very pleasant the hygienist is very gentle. I would recommend 4M Dental to anyone who is looking for a very good dental office.

Where can i start...what an experience..has totally changed my life..and my teeth werent that bad to begin with....but what a difference..not only in the way they look..but also the way they feel..the staff is the best i have seen and the place itself is 20 years ahead of its time..Dr Sean is a true artist and made me feel so comfortable..i have many dentist friends but he is on another level! Im a doctor myself and have very high expectations..he exceeded them and then some!!!

I was referred to this dental office from a grant i applied for since the last office I went to wanted a lot of money down to start working on me and that's with having insurance. So I was going to get work done here until i found out how much it would cost me with the loan and that the grant wasn't covering much. My sister was going to co sign for me and then i changed my mind. They went ahead and put the loan paperwork through without her signing it and it's showing up as an open account on my sisters credit now. I told the lady i was no longer interested within 20 minutes after i told her to email me so i could think about everything and look over the paperwork/ have my sister sign it. Before i even reviewed the paperwork i told her i was no longer interested just from the information i received over the phone and my sister telling me about the high interest. I would be paying $200 a month for yrs. So i'm not sure how that is saying yeah put the loan through. My sister never signed the paperwork and they still put the loan through. I called for help regarding this and the lady tells me here's a number for your sister to call. Not helpful at all and not even caring about what it has already done to her credit. I was told it wouldn't show up on her report when they checked her credit, they lied about that and they put the loan through even with me not being interested anymore. So there is a $7,000 credit open on my sisters account and i am not getting work done by this place. I was also told that we had 30 days to let the loan people know if we were interested too and somewhere in all this the girl put the loan through. I have insurance and decided to shop around more which is the smart thing to do. Another thing too, they were also telling me i needed way more work done than the first office I went to and that made me feel like they were trying to do more work on me to get more money.

I had an implant crown done with Dr Sean in August 2018 and I am very impressed with his expertise. Before seeing Dr. Sean, I had 4 consultations with other implant dentists and due to my gum recession and nerve that is by the tooth they were skeptical if an implant would be successful. When I saw Dr. Sean for the consultation, he was confident and gave me reassurance that he could do the implant, despite the gum recession and nerve proximity. The whole process from pulling the tooth, putting in bone graft, healing process to the final crown was smooth sailing. Thank You Dr Sean again. I also want to thank the staff who is always friendly and receptive. I will highly recommend anyone who needs an implant to Dr. Sean as you will be in good hands. Jenny Zaharson
