With thousands of implants placed, the doctors at 4M Dental Implant Center have successfully taken on some of the most complex cases. Dr. Sean is a leader and educator in the field of dental implants at the forefront of whats happening in the industry and passes his knowledge on to his associates. Through the 4M Institute (located in our Long Beach facility), Dr. Sean teaches the art and science of the All-on-X solution to dentists from around the world. His years of experience and wealth of knowledge enable us to educate our patients on their best options and what to expect.
Upon graduating from the USC School of Dentistry, he continued his quest for knowledge and completed many specialty programs in his field. Deeply committed to education, in 2018 Dr. Sean created his own institute for learning in Long Beach, Ca., and currently teaches and mentors doctors from around the world.
Since earning her doctoral credentials at the University of California, Los Angeles, Dr. Samira has established herself as an artist in the dental field. Her attention to detail is what sets her apart as a leading cosmetic specialist in Southern California.
Dr. Athena graduated from The University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, long considered one of the top dental programs in the nation. She completed her residency at Columbia University New York City.
Dr. Athenas expertise is blending art with function, but her attention to detail and gentle approach to dentistry is what stands out. Her ability to connect with her patients, create relationships, and design the best treatment possible makes her the perfect addition to our team. Dr. Athena has profoundly affected the smiles and lives of many of our patients, and would love to do that for you, too.
A graduate of USC Dental School, Dr. Azimi comes to us from a family of longstanding healthcare professionals. As an avid learner, she has completed several residency programs on cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, and full arch dentistry.
Before joining our team of amazing doctors at 4M, Dr. Azimi was a practice owner herself. As rewarding as running her own practice may have been, Dr. Azimi opted to lend her dental expertise to us instead, to spend more time with her family. We are grateful for Dr. Azimis talent and skill, as she is one of the most caring and knowledgeable dentists anywhere!

This place is so clean and professional. I especially love the service I received from Dr. DRE. She took her time to explain the procedure I was having. She also listened and adressed all my concerns. She is my mouth Angel.

I went to 4 M dental for a cleaning appointment. The facility was neat and clean as always. The staff greets and welcome everyone who comes to the office with a positive attitude and a welcomingstatement. The hygienist(Andrea), was friendly, articulate and acamadeting she was thoroughl and very gentle as she deeply clean my pearly white teeeth. I felt very discriminated, I don't ever start reviews like this but it was a bad experience with the front receptionist, I got there, Hispanic male, the receptionist asked the black male if he wanted a drink, water or coffee, as well as another black woman, they weren't together, but when it came to me no one asked me not even a hello, she went on to say I probably don't have insurance to cover the treatment, I was very disappointed because the exterior and the interior of the building is very beautiful. It's sad that we still live in a world where not everyone is treated respectfully and equally especially Hispanic minorities

My experience at 4M dental was great. I've gone to several dental offices for procedures and this by far was the best. The doctor and his dental technician were awesome. Just can't say enough about the doctors and the staff. They were all so accommodating and ensured my time there was so worthwhile.

I love this dental office I had the best experience. Everyone was so nice!! I traveled from New York to get my dental implants done by Dr. Sean. He was amazing. The staff was great and so caring. I would definitely recommend to anyone who feels anxious or nervous to see a dentist. I felt very comfortable and relaxed.

My overall experience at 4M has been great. I want to thank Dr. Sean and Dr. Phil for the excellent dental care. The staff is very helpful. Rosie and Marlene always greet you with a smile, Rebecca and the staff in the back do a great job to answer all your questions.

4m dental implants went above and beyond with the service i received. I have been wanting to get the procedure done for many years. From the moment I contacted them off instagram, the way they helped me through the whole process from financing to the surgery and my teeth installed the next day. All i can say if you are looking for quality and above and beyond customer satisfaction 4m dental is your best bet. The surgery went very smooth with no pain. A little swelling in the days after i couldnt be more confident in my appearance and my choice with using 4 m. You will not be disappointed with your smile. Thank you all everyone there from the girls at the front desk to the nurses and drs. Love my new smile

I made an appointment to see Dr. Athena based on Yelp reviews. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Rosiee(front desk), she was extremely friendly and professional as well as Marlene(red hair) . Stephanie was the one who took me to the exam room who was sweet. I realized I didn't have over an hour so she promptly grabbed Dr. Lakani to discuss my concerns. She looked at my tooth that i was extremely concerned about. Dr. Lakani, politely turned me away and said there's nothing wrong with my front tooth. Then advised me to wear a night guard. Trust has been established!!! Thanks . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST GROUP.

I came from Wisconsin to get my all on 4 dental procedure and don't regret it one bit. Dr. Sean and Dr. Athena did a great job!! All of the staff was super friendly and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend them for all your dental needs.

Very hesitant about going back to the dentist the girls there were very nice and accommodating all the way from the front of the house to the dental assistance and the doctor. Much work to be done but with their help we were able to prioritize and move forward according to budget etc.
