Most dentists choose this profession to help others and relieve discomfort. I chose dentistry to also help people, but to do it in a manner that would make them feel comfortable. I know that we can change the way our patients experience their dental visit. Our office is built around our patients comfort. Come see for yourself and experience the difference. Dr. Oleg

Dr. Oleg is a true King County native, graduating from Bellevue High School before going on to attend the University of Washington, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in biology. He graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry, where he served as class president all four years.

425 Dental - General dentist in Issaquah, WA

Even before attending dental school, Dr. Oleg helped start and subsequently manage a free dental clinic in Northgate, WA that provided the uninsured and low-income residents of King County with a safety net for their dental needs.

By attending several continuing-education groups each month, Dr. Oleg makes it his obligation to provide the latest research to benefit his patients not only in dentistry, but also in overall health and well-being. He passes on his knowledge and dedication to learning by teaching as an affiliate faculty member in the Oral Medicine Department at the University of Washington School of Dentistry.

Dr. Oleg has gone above and beyond the requirements of continuing education for a dentist, with hundreds of hours in advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, root canal therapy, periodontal therapy, dental implants, TMJ disorders, orthodontics (Invisalign), sleep apnea, and pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Oleg and the 425 Dental staff hosted Kids Free Dental Day in May 2019, a free clinic which was organized by UW microbiology graduate and future dental student Alexander Choe. The event served low-income and disadvantaged children from the local community. More than 40 children received treatments including fillings, sealants, cleanings, and fluoride varnish from the 425 Dental staff, Dr. Oleg, Dr. Nikole, Dr. Sakai and a volunteer corps of more than 20 people powered by the School of Dentistrys Husky Smiles student organization and their acting chair of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Travis Nelson.

In June of 2019, Dr. Oleg received the Gold Level of Achievement by the American Academy of Clear Aligners, recognizing him as one of the top ten clear aligner therapy doctors in North America. Additionally, he was the only doctor to have two of his Invisalign cases chosen within the top ten finalists of the most transformative cases in the AACAs 2019 Golden Aligner Contest.

I have been fortunate to have had great experiences with my medical providers over the years, and I know how much I appreciated their honesty and expertise. Therefore, I strive to ensure that all of my patients walk away with a great experience, knowing that they received quality dental care from a dentist who was honest and straightforward. Dr. Nikole

Dr. Nikole Shvartsur is a native of Washington State, having grown up in Eastern Washington and traveled west to the University of Washington for her undergraduate studies. While earning her Bachelor of Science in physiology at UW, Dr. Nikole volunteered and then managed a nonprofit dental clinic in North Seattle. It was during this time that Dr. Nikole met husband, Dr. Oleg Shvartsur. Dr. Nikole also attended the University of Washington School of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS).

425 Dental - General dentist in Issaquah, WA

Dr. Nikole has attended multiple continuing education groups throughout her dental career. She is a firm believer in continuing education going above and beyond the minimum requirements for a dentist, with additional training in root canal therapy, cosmetic dentistry, oral medicine, dental implants, TMJ disorders, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Nikole was raised around the medical profession. Since her father is an ER physician, she has seen a lot of people in pain relieved by her fathers healing touch. She values her skills and training in dentistry and is passionate about helping those in need. She has been a volunteer dental provider for the following organizations and events:

Dr. Nikole giving back to the community by giving an oral health presentation to 105 Preschoolers and Kindergarteners in Kirkland in support of Dental Week. Teaching the kiddos about cavities, sugar bugs and how to brush and floss their teeth!

Dr. Nikole enjoys being a mother, going to the movies, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and practicing yoga. She is always up for trying something new and adventurous, which has led her to do such things as flying a plane and helicopter, hot air ballooning, and paragliding! While at the UW, Dr. Nikole also took two years each of written and verbal Spanish and Russian, and she enjoys practicing speaking both languages.

The most appealing aspect of dentistry to me is being able to build long lasting relationships with my patients while helping to achieve beautiful smiles and good oral health. I desire to create an atmosphere where patients feel comfortable and cared for. I treat all patients as if they were my very own family with a gentle touch and great precision. Dr. Sakai

Dr. Laurianne Sakai grew up in Sammamish, WA. She attended Skyline High School and earned a Bachelor in Science in Biology, Anthropology and Chemistry from Western Washington University. With the desire to become a dentist, Dr. Sakai continued her studies graduating from The University of Washington School of Dentistry. Dr. Sakai was elected class Secretary by her classmates all four years of dental school and was nominated to be Inter-professional Director of the American Association of Public Health Dentistry. Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Sakai was honored with the University of Washington Leadership Award in Community Service.

425 Dental - General dentist in Issaquah, WA

After dental school, Dr. Sakai completed an additional year of training in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency where she gained additional hand skills in dental surgery, pediatrics, cosmetics, and removable appliances. Due to Dr. Sakais advanced training in pediatrics, she is very comfortable treating kids with and without sedation. Her energetic and friendly personality accommodates children in a way where they can feel safe and comfortable getting dental care. Our doctors know that going to see the dentist can be an intimidating experience, for both adults and children alike! Dr. Sakai is well known for her ability to make patients feel comfortable and relaxed by thoroughly communicating procedures and treatment plans to patients in a way that is easy to understand.

Dr. Sakai is passionate about helping others. She has been involved with feeding the homeless in Seattle, providing dental care for low-income families in Whatcom and Skagit Counties, Childrens dental fairs, and visiting schools to discuss oral hygiene techniques with school students.

Everything about 425 Dental is beyond exceptional. From the front desk receptionists, the Invisalign Techs, the treatment itself and even the location of their facility I'm very pleased. I was always treated warmly by everyone who worked there and the final results of the Invisalign treatment exceeded my expectations. I don't normally write reviews for anyone, but figured I'd give 425 Dental a shout-out for going above and beyond. Thank you to everyone I encountered throughout my treatment!

If you haven't been to a dentist in a while, go somewhere else. They tried to put me on a plan to fill 14 cavities and deep clean my gums. It would have been about 3.5k total. Went somewhere else for a second opinion and thank goodness I did! They recommended only 4 fillings and to just continue with regular cleanings twice a year. 2 stars instead of 1 because the facility was lovely.... Guess they have to pay for all the extras somehow....

I switched to 425 Dental recently and have gone in a few times for a cleanup and some fillings. I've had a great experience every time! All the hygienists here are very friendly and professional, and my dentist is great at keeping me well informed about the state of my teeth and when or why each issue needs addressing.

I worried this would be a much more painful procedure and Dr. Shvartsur DDS is a pro... thorough, thoughtful and attentive. I'm on day two and have zero pain. The results look amazing and it was actually as easy as a deep cleaning.

Professional, friendly, efficient, organized and the best choice I've made in dentistry. My previous dentist, Issaquah Highlands Dentistry, never called me back so I dropped them. 425 has given me new and a complete status of my oral care. Thank you!

I was looking for a place that could rebuild all quadrant's from work that was performed over 15 years ago . I researched various offices before I settled on 425 Dental. Best decision I could have made - I started off with a perfessional staff with a great attitude and introduced to the most advanced equipment you could ask for . I was introduced to their oral surgeon Dr Ansong and became immediately confident I was in the right place. A year later I'm almost done and couldn't be happier.

I had a chipped front tooth and they were able to fit me in two hours later. I was amazed how much they cared and showed empathy towards me having to go to work with a chipped front tooth. Very professional and everyone was fun and easy to get along with. The gal matched up my cap perfectly and Dr even offered to clean up some coffee stains at no charge.
