I was born a Texan and love it! I decided to become a dentist at the age of 3, always my goal, and still my passion. I graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry here in the Dallas area. Before graduating, I built a vision and business plan for 380 Family Dentistry. Prosper was still early in its growth phase, and at the time there were cows living across highway 380 from our first office! As Prosper has flourished, grown and gained a great reputation, so have we. At 380 Family Dentistry, we have patients referred not only from Frisco and McKinney, but from surrounding cities all over Collin County!

My mission as a dentist and business owner has been to design and evolve this practice around the patient. Starting with a convenient location, efficient office layout, bright modern dcor, and up-to-date technology, we offer all types of oral health services for our patients and their families. Our approach is to listen first, educate and answer questions thoroughly, and only then offer and proceed with top quality, caring treatment. And I am so fortunate to be surrounded by a team of exceptional dentists, hygienists, assistants, and office professionals.

I am an active member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and North Texas Dental Society. I enjoy spending time giving back to the profession through writing, teaching, speaking, and coaching.

My wife, Susan and I love the small-town friendliness of Prosper, and are pleased to raise our daughter, Hannah and son, Preston in this area. We are truly grateful to be part of the wonderful community that surrounds us and look forward to sustaining long term relationships with our neighbors, patients and families through future generations.

Dr. J. W. (Sonny) Shaddix is a general dentist with many years of experience. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, a military veteran, and has been a varsity level basketball referee for 33 years. He is married and has four children, seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Dr. Shaddix strives to make every patient feel comfortable in the office, carefully listens to what each patient has to say, explains very clearly what treatment he feels are the choices for patients to consider, and maintains a friendly and jovial attitude at all times. He is very conservative when diagnosing problems and takes the time to answer any question a patient may ask.

Dr. David Roberts graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry with his DDS degree. He then traveled to San Antonio, where he completed a two-year dental residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. It was here that he developed a talent for oral surgery, dental implants, and treating patients with the help of dental sedation.

Dr. Morrison received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Baylor University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from The University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston. Upon completion of dental school Dr. Morrison then went on to complete a three year surgical residency, earning a specialty certificate periodontics and Masters of Science degree in Oral Biology. Dr. Morrison has undergone years of extensive training in all aspects of periodontal surgery, dental implants and oral medicine in conjunction with the ability to provide intravenous conscious sedation as well as other sedation procedures.

Dawn was born in Michigan and went to Michigan State. Go Spartans! She moved to the DFW area in 1992 and began working in dentistry two years later. Dawn joined our team in 2010. She has loved every minute of it! Dentistry truly is her passion, especially when it comes to customer service.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Dawn expects great customer service, so she believes in giving exceptional service. She says, We have put together a fantastic team, which makes it enjoyable to come to work every day.

Over the years, Dawn has made it her goal to cross-train in all the positions that assist the doctor in running a successful practice. She wants to be that go-to person for our patients. Dawn feels grateful to have such wonderful patients at our office. When she is not at work, Dawn enjoys scrapbooking, dancing, traveling, and being a baseball mom.

Angela has been a dental hygienist for over 20 years. She received her bachelors degree and an associates degree in dental hygiene from Lamar University. Angela has lived in the Prosper area for 10 years and has worked for 380 Family Dentistry since 2011.

Being a dental hygienist has fulfilled Angelas strong desire and passion for helping people. She truly loves making someones experience at the dentist positive and pleasant. She strives to do this every day.

Angela has many interests, but her main interest is her family. Angela loves watching her sons football games. Being a mom and wife has been her joy. She also loves skiing, camping, traveling, cruising, and cooking. Angela has a new addition to her family: her new standard poodle, Princess Remi. She joins the other two dogs, Bobby and Lulu.

When you come into our office, Minnies main goal is to take great care of you and make sure you have an excellent experience during your visit. She will try her best to help you achieve your dental goals and will work with you financially. Minnie has nearly a decade of experience in the dental field, which allows her to assist our patients in more complicated treatment planning and cosmetic cases. Minnie is originally from West Texas and moved to the DFW area in 2006 with her husband, Jaime, and son, Gavin. Her hobbies include going to her sons piano recitals, football games, and basketball games. Minnie loves spending quality time with her husband and always strives to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Leslies job is to make sure you feel welcomed and at home in our office. She graduated from Prosper High School and is currently attending the University of North Texas. Leslie earned her associates degree from Collin Community College, where she encountered the dental hygiene program, which sparked her interest in the dental field. Leslie loved seeing how their patients left with a boost of confidence thanks to the dentists and hygienists who made their smiles better. Leslie loves that she gets to do the same kind of work here in Prosper during the Dentistry From The Heart free dentistry program that Dr. Campbell offers every year. On weekends Leslie enjoys spending time with her fianc and their puppy, Hero. They have a passion for adventure and are always up for trying new things.

Taylor holds a bachelors degree from Texas Womens University, and currently serves as our insurance coordinator. She works daily with all of our insurance carriers to review benefit plans, understand what benefits our patients have available, help prepare and file claims for their treatment, and follow up to make sure all benefits are received. She loves talking with patients daily and strives to put a smile on their faces. Taylor values the family atmosphere in this dental office and the opportunity to get to know the patients and their families who pass through our doors. Not surprisingly, she loves spending time with her own family and friends, including her two sweet dogs. Her hobbies are Netflix, shopping, and sports!

Jade is a recent graduate of the Texas Academy of General Dentistry. She now serves as hygiene and chairside assistant. She already loves the fast pace, the friendly team she works with, the family atmosphere and the opportunity to give personalized service to each and every patient. Jade is a native Texan and enormously proud of it! She loves spending time with her family and is an avid sports woman she particularly loves baseball and football.

When Dr. Campbell was in preschool, he envisioned his future life as a dentist. One of the things he wanted to provide for his patients was safety and comfort. He does this by keeping our dentist office a one-stop shop. No dentist can be an expert in everything, but patients may need a variety of treatments!

Dr. Campbell works closely with local specialists, like Dr. David Roberts and Dr. Holland Morrison.
