Love this dental office. I'm still scared of going to dentists but I always leave their office feeling comfortable and happy. They provide great patient teaching that I wish I had learned earlier. My teeth have never been better

I am so happy that I found this place (& wish that I had back in the early 2000s). I haven't had dental insurance or regular dental care for almost 20 years, with some traumatizing experiences along the road. The entire staff is incredibly professional yet personable, taking time to address individual needs, and do it fluently in two languages!! They go the extra mile to work with your insurance, and they make sure that care is accessible if you don't have insurance. I'm impressed with the credentials of the staff, and the facility is spotless, modern, and comfortable.

I went for a toothache and thought of a minor issue. The dentist recommended a root canal, so I paid upfront before the procedure. I thought it would be easy after a few visits. I still feel the pain, so I went to a Gum specialist. I lost my teeth because the procedure was done incorrectly. Regular cleaning and routing checking are acceptable, and I don't recommend anything more than that.

Who ever wrote these reviews must be family members or something. As of today I have filed a formal complaint against this office. I was told - pay the entire upfront, whatever your insurance pays, we will refund you after. THE WHOLE point of insurance is so that they pay the dentist directly! (I am in network) Then they said your copay is 3,600$. I called my insurance and got the estimate that was sent to them. $1,100 was my responsibility! I asked for all of what she said in writing & she texted me a post it with a bunch of scribble on it. I asked to speak to the surgeon (whole point of a consultation) and she said "looks like we can't take you for surgery for atleast 4 months now.. bye bye" BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE. THEY SCAMMING

AMAZING!!! Having a background in dentistry I don't trust a lot of dentist in Jersey but you guys can COUNT on Dr.Jenny she takes her time and explains to you everything that is going on in your mouth which is CRUCIAL! I have finally found my new dentist and I would highly recommend for everyone to try this place!!! I'll be back for my whitening(:

My family and I have been seeing Dr Lau for 15+ years. Have had really good experience with cleanings, wisdom teeth removal, root canal, and getting crowns put in. Dr Lau always explains exactly what he's doing, asking if I have any questions before starting. Love having the flexibility to visit this location, Chinatown, and Madison. Cannot recommend enough!

Dr Lau always explains exactly what he's doing, asking if I have any questions before starting. Love having the flexibility to visit this location, Chinatown, and Madison. Cannot recommend enough!

Amazing experience! Highly recommend! This is the best dental practice I have ever been to. The cleaning is on point and I required a night guard which was taken care of right away. Prices are excellent, highly recommend!

My wife has been going to Dr. Derek Lau for the past 15 years and I just had my first visit there last week and I was very happy with everything. He is an excellent dentist and has a true passion for the customer and dental work he provides. Dr. Lau explains everything and shows you what he is going to do and his prices were very reasonable. The dental office is super clean, very new and very modern technology - especially the full teeth exam. His wife and son work with him there and they are very nice. They are also open on Sundays which is awesome. Thanks again :) Paul
