The Chino office has very nice staff. We have never had any issues with staff. The parking lot is a big problem because it gets full quick which makes it inconvenient and we have to park far. They did have weekends available and now they don't which makes it difficult. They don't have many doctors and try to get as many people as possible to get braces at their offices so they can make more money but that is also a bad thing for patients because they can't get quick follow up appointments. Chino is open weekdays and Santa Ana office is open only Fridays and Saturdays. Next available for Santa Ana is in August. They can't keep all offices open weekdays and weekends yet they are opening up two other offices in Los Angeles. Can't keep other offices open full time but open up other offices in LA county. Makes no sense. Focus on getting more staff to keep your clinics open full time to give all of your patients an equal opportunity to schedule. Great staff and good prices. Owners not so great if they can't provide good service for patients.

This place has very nice staff and the dental provider is fantastic. My kids love coming so we drive over 1 hour to chino. The only thing I Don't agree with is the availability they have. As of now they are scheduling the follow up appts 3 months apart because they are trying to fit as many new people as possible for treatments. They are more concerned about getting new people. They need to open more offices or hire more dental providers to help with the over work load. Stop scheduling new consultations until you have enough staff and providers. Pros- staff is great, provider is fantastic, prices are great. Cons- availability for follow ups or rescheduled appointments, not enough providers for amount of patients.

BEST STAFF IN THE WORLD ... I have been a patient with 360 for almost a year and I have always had a good experience I have visited both inland empire offices and its always a welcoming vibe I recommend 360 to anyone who needs a good ortho...but hey don't just take my word for it call make an appointment u will definitely see...

Today 09/14/2021 I was scheduled for my consultation. I was so excited being that I have been wanting to get my braces done here. I'm writing this review because I waited a little over 1 month for an appointment. In addition I drove 40 minutes away . And I was never told over the phone when scheduling that I cannot have anyone with me on day of my appointment . I have a 4 year old that I could have arranged care for within the month prior to my scheduled date.Mind you my kid had a mask on. Lady in front was very nice and apologetic. Being that we are in a pandemic it is understandable to not have extra guests. But I do think people should be communicated to come alone prior to their appointment . To avoid any inconvenience.
