The service I got was really great. Alise was very open about what she was doing and explained the reasoning and the outcome of the procedure. She was so friendly and very accommodating. Dr. Procedure was very friendly and explained what was wrong and what needs to be done. They took the time to do what they needed to do and not rush through it. They answered all my questions and concerns I had and have about future procedures. I am very pleased with my visit looking forward to my next one. This was actually 10 stars considering the service I got at Dental Depot down the road. Thank you guys so much!!!

I fear the dentist, so I was amazed how much these dentist and their dental assistant was concerned about my nervousness, my fear of the dentist all together and my pain tolerance. I'm having some major work done on my teeth and I was dreading it because of all the years of putting off my dental needs yet after my third appointment I do not fear going on my appt dates thank you 360 Dental. For Everything!!

My first experience with 360 Dental was a bad one. They are either snubbing blacks or overbooking. Whichever the case, it needs to stop!!! I only gave one star rating, because of system setup.

Great Doctor, very helpful! I was in pain, didn't have an appointment, 360 got me in immediately and helped my tooth. Fast and Knowledgeable.

As a new patient... the entire 360 ofc staff was very polite and professional... my Dental Asst (Madison) was kind and efficient getting all the x-rays, and then explained all the procedures. Dr Prince evaluated my dental condition, and advised me of what he could do, in light of what I'd hoped, concerning my teeth, if possible... afterwards, the ofc girl explaned all the procedures, along with the costs involved. I sincerely appreciate everyone in the 360 staff.

Scheduled an appointment to get tooth pulled and was told needed to reschedule when I Scheduled specifically for that if they couldn't do it they should have said that instead of wasting my time when I work overnight. Should have said something when they got my x rays from another dental place.

I have been dealing with this dental office since June 2021. Do not ignore the bad reviews that I did before coming here. My first visit was the first time here and I had to split my appointment in two because they overbooked and didn't even have time for my cleaning. Things happen, no biggie. When I came back for my actual cleaning they said I HAD to have a deep cleaning because I had had one before. They said my insurance would only cover a portion so I'd have to pay $93 out of pocket, which I did that day. Then cut to March of 2022 and I get a bill from here saying I owe almost $300. I call them and they tell me my insurance denied the claim. Funny because I called my insurance and they said they never received a claim, which I was able to verify on my online account. I speak back and forth with 360 and my insurance several more times. Most of my calls with 360 were along the lines of "we will send the insurance again" "oh it was denied (lie from them every time) and the classic "we will call you back" which they never did. Finally after a few more months they're suddenly able to get the claim sent in. This was after multiple times of them saying it was denied or they had information wrong that was suddenly correct since it was able to finally go through. Unfortunately this changed almost nothing since apparently my insurance wouldn't cover some of the services they told me I HAD to have until I had the plan for 6 months. Convenient for 360 since she spoke with me about what my insurance would and wouldn't cover and failed to mention this tidbit. Before I chose this dentist I read some reviews that were very similar to my experience. Take them seriously, go literally anywhere else.

Great experience today from the front desk to checkout. Alise was amazing and felt very comfortable the entire appointment. Happy to find a great dentist facility.

This was the best I have ever seen.They we're friendly and took the time to explain.Those girls knew exactly what they were doing.They answer every question.The Dr. actually sat down to explain what needed to be done.I was very impressed to say the least.I won't be going anywhere else.Dr.Prince and his staff get by me.

Was my first time there ... The whole staff were welcoming and made me feel comfortable , right at home . Staff was efficient and didn't push anything on me .. great so far ..
