Billing issue. I seen the Dentist sign from west 11th and needed dentures. I walked in and asked, Do you take United Health care and how much for some new dentures. The nice lady at the counter was talking a mile a minute about dentures, possible implants (you know, Sales pitch) and it just so happened, there was time to look to see what they could do. I signed a patent form in which she said its so they can look to see what they can do. Its line one of those iPhone things, sign it or leave, so in order to get a quote, I signed it. Now I get a bill showing they billed United Health Care for services, plus sent me a bill for $28 dollars for My portion of the bill. I get to survive on $860 a month, live in a old RV parked on some private property and my Old dentures, I have had since 1972. Yes, 1972.... I had NO idea they were going to charge me anything looking to see if I could do Implants. I just wanted Dentures. After the lady called United Health Care she told me there Might be a charge that i would have to pay. Again I told her, if its not covered 100 percent by my insurance, I can't do it and told her about the only income I had was my Social Security. If I would have Any idea that I was going to be charged for a sales pitch, I would have left the building.

Listen to me: Dr. Binder is a genius. If I have to inflate his ego more for the public to really understand how much of a perfectionist and professional this man is, then I will. I trust his staff fully. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Eugene

Worst dentist I have ever witnessed. Rude to his staff, and did a terrible job on dental surgeries, plus lied about what he did. Will have to sue for malpractice for the first time in my life he did so terrible. Stay FAR away from this place. This review is on behalf of my girlfriend who went to see Dr. Binder. After giving her a botch job after paying over $11,000 cash, they ignore her phone calls and refused to work with her. They also refuse to give her her x-rays which is illegal, and its due to the fact they know how bad they screwed up. It's unfortunate we have to take it as far as a malpractice law suit.

I needed a tooth pulled today and he was amazing, I have very difficult roots and he took his time, made sure I was comfortable, paused when I needed a break and gave me a solid plan for other troublesome teeth I have. His sidekick Poncho is also a very handsome plus from the visit. I would recommend him to anyone needing dental work.

I don't understand how a dentist office (which is supposed to be clean and sanitary) thinks they should have an office dog. It's disgusting and rude. At least put a sign up for people to be aware.

I had the pleasure of getting a cavity drilled and treated by dr binder. I must say from the moment I walked in the door the ladies at the desk treated me like royalty. They had a sweet little Frenchie dog that came up and check in with me at the same time too. Once I was prepped and waiting for the doctor. I was alittle nervous, because I don't like needles or numbing. When dr binder came in he assured me there would be little to no pain which calmed my nerves. True to his word that is how treatment turned out. He was patient with me with questions and also told me a few good jokes to help me relax. Thank you Dr Binder and staff.

Went to Dr. Binder to get a bridge and broken tooth replaced and he did excellent work. It's lasted over 8 years now with no problems whatsoever. He was so nice and personable and I will definitely be coming back for any other procedures I might need in the future.

I just received implants at 360 dental. Ari and his team are the best. They really do set the bar. Pricing and customer service are also so great.They go to great lengths to make you feel welcome, important, and cared for. I will be recommending this facility to everyone one I know. They went above and beyond for me today- I can't thank you enough!

Had to get 4 teeth pulled per my orthodontist's request. I had gone to 360 dental before for my wisdom teeth to be removed and I decided to come back for the 4 teeth to be pulled. Very happy as he numbed me up so well, and pulled them so quickly I didn't even know anything about anything!

After having a dental emergency and needing work done immediately, I was able to get in very quick after scheduling an appointment. I am so happy with all the help I received and even got a few good laughs in from Kenneth. I appreciate all your help, I got my smile back!

Super awesome staff! Was able to get in right away for an urgent visit. Dr. Binder was really nice and gentle. He did a fabulous job.

Absolutely the worst dentist. At first my wisdom teeth pull went fine. Until the next day when my previous filling was ACHING and I couldn't even close my mouth. No caution taken for the other teeth around, as long as the wisdoms came out I guess lol. Then i come back for a cleaning and they can't even perform the full polish cleaning for some reason but still needed to charge me full cleaning price. And here's the best part... They claimed I had insurance when I took the cleaning appointment. Then after the appointment, they tell me I owe them 3 times more money than originally requested! And I even thought people weren't vultures in the middle of a pandemic. I guess not. GO ELSE WHERE.

This is one of the most unprofessional dental groups I have ever dealt with. I was told my 10 year old son was seen here by a professional. When I tried to call to get the information about what happened they told me it was against HIPPA policy and that my children have never been seen without even asking their names. When I have 4 years of insurance claims proving they were patients. As a parent with full custody, I have every right to know the details of my child's experience there, especially when articulated what happened. I tried to call to talk to the dentist but was lied to by the woman who answered the phone. I sincerely hope this is out of character for this office. It is not the way to run an office or treat people.

All I can say is wow. Jordan did a phenomenal job as my dental hygienist and made sure I was comfortable and did a great job at cleaning all the crud from my teeth. I knew I had a bad tooth that needed extracting and I was blown away to get an appointment scheduled so quickly. Toni helped calm me on the day of the extraction and was very comforting as I'm a giant man-baby when it comes to dental work. She made sure I was comfortable and communicated everything I needed to know with me. Dr. Binder was INCREDIBLE - he was very comforting as well and obviously confident, and got my tooth out in less than 30 seconds I swear. I felt nothing. I didn't even believe him and made them show me the tooth because I was in such disbelief. The healing process has been easy peasy and I've had no real pain or issues. I'm so glad I found this place and that I could become a patient.

This was truly the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. The hygienist was fantastic, kind, gentle, and lovely. The entire atmosphere was easy and welcoming. Can't recommend more.

I had 4 front teeth implants put in. They look and feel perfect. I highly recommend this place. Dr. Ari binder and his staff changed my life for the better. Flawless experience.

This place is awesome! They always fit you in quickly, everything is super clean and I always felt confident that I would be taken care of. They're super efficient and their office dog, Duke, makes everything better. Would highly recommend this place!!

I went today for the first time to see Dr. Binder and he was amazing. From the front desk staff remembering my from the day before when I called, to the hygienist who helped calm my nerves and most of all Dr binder. He made me very comfortable and I'm a big baby for the dentist. I can't wait to go back. I highly recommend. The whole staff truly cares about your experience.
