Finally a dentist fitting the description of everything one seeks when visiting a dentist. An office offering a pleasant Hostess, welcoming to every patient and potential patient walking in the door. The dental assistant providing the utmost professionalism, sincerity and guidance. Then there's Dr. Williams.. The matriarch of the operation.. Attentive, informative, extremely knowledgeable, artfully crafting teeth like her passion lives in her work. Extremely pleased with my visit! Leaving the disastrous Great Expressions Dental chain for a practice that makes one feel like home. I HIGHLY recommend 32 Pearls to anyone seeking Bespoke service, phenomenal care and an all around exemplary dental experience.

My family came to this dentist excited to try them. The last few months after our visit have been nothing but turmoil with this establishment. Months later, my daughter and wife are still experiencing pain from basic fillings. We have been in constant communication with Dr. Williams and office staff to rectify a billing issue (which we reached a resolve) and try to address the pain my daughter was feeling FOUR MONTHS later. She tried to tell us you could have pain from fillings for YEARS, but this was not disclosed prior to the procedure. They said it would be a few weeks at most. For the initial fillings, they saw my daughter over 3 appointments and my daughter told them then she was having a lot of pain. They told her to give it a few weeks. When she was still having pain, my daughter called from college to make an appointment. A few weeks later, they cancelled the appointment. When trying to reschedule again, they said it would be a fee which we asked why that was and why this wasn't told when the appointment was first made. The doctor proceeded to get a nasty attitude and tell us "nobody works for free, do you work for free?" which was unprovoked, unnecessary and unprofessional. I have months of documentation (written, recorded and voicemails) show how terrible this establishment has been. Avoid at all costs. The staff are manipulative, dishonest and overall terrible. If I could leave less than one star I would.

Update: After coming here in January 2022 for fillings and having continuos pain for months that the Dr. here wrote off as normal, I went to another dentist for a second opinion. A second opinion was necessary after my appointment to see about the pain at 32 Pearls was cancelled and getting a nasty, adverse reaction from the doctor and staff. After doing x-rays at the second dentist, they found that much of 32 Pearls' work was half done and had to re-do the fillings, amongst other serious issues. If you want basic procedures messed up and half done, 32 Pearls is the place to go! Also noteworthy -- this establishment had 5 reviews for 9+ months. After receiving 2 honest 1 star reviews a few days ago, they recruited "clients" to leave 5 star reviews within less than 20 hours. Funny enough, in their replies to said "clients", they touched on everything said in the one star review. I caution all to re-consider this dental office. Though they have positive reviews, are they made by real clients seen at 32 PEARLS FAMILY DENTISTRY run SOLELY by Antonia Williams? Or from prior offices with different staff and resources where Dr. Williams was one of many providing care. Reviews should speak to THIS establishment, run by THIS doctor, and the experiences HERE in this office with the work/resources provided by this facility. My review is honest and speaks to this establishment, 32 PEARLS, and how it is run poorly. Reviews done to conflate their google rating. Speaks volumes to how this place is run and the caliber of people working here. They are not as polite or attentive as they portray in their replies.

I really enjoyed my visit. The staff was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! Tracie was by far the most professional and nice person I have came across in a dental setting. I would definitely recommend this office!

I have been a patient of Dr. Williams prior to her opening her own practice. I enjoy the attention that the staff provides during each of my visits. This type of service is the reason why I drive almost an hour to get my regular cleanings and check-ups. Dr. Williams listened to my concerns about some cosmetic improvements and what I wanted to accomplish, opposed to the more pricier options, she suggested a more budget friendly alternative that had the same quality results. If you want to be treated like family, this is the place to go for dentistry.

I am rewriting my review after receiving notice that my initial review was reported and deleted by the business. This is really atrocious considering I am a real costumer, speaking on a real experience that happened to myself and my family at this establishment. Clearly they are more concerned with boosting their rating rather than allowing patients to detail their experience... I came to this establishment in January for a general oral exam and ended up needing fillings, my daughter as well. After getting care here, the two of us experienced sensitivity and pain for months. When telling Dr. Williams about it, she was always "too busy" to see us and see what went wrong during the procedure. They reply kind and gentle on reviews, but through text and phone conversations they are very rude and unsettling. Even when it comes to teeth pain that was caused by them. Tracie told us "Dr. Williams is triple booked" after cancelling our appointments and we tried to reschedule with them. Then proceeded to say she won't "work for free" and couldn't follow up on a procedure done "so long ago" when we asked why following up on a procedure done at her office would cost (simple question we were just looking to get clarity on). Please note it's been less than 6 months and this issue was reported to them on numerous occasions. They submitted different billing amounts to my insurance vs what was on my actual bill. Stating that insurance company didn't pay them and when I called insurance they were able to tell me the exact amount they sent, date it was sent, and date it was cashed. I don't know why Tracie would fabricate that they had not been paid, but refused to fix our pain and sensitivity that Dr. Williams initially stated would last for a couple of weeks and then said a month, but to rid us from the office with ending with it can last for YEARS, because hers still have sensitivity. Which was ALARMING to me, because you go to the dentist to relieve pain. After that, they proceeded to lie and say we threaten them, they're "uncomfortable with us" (which feels rather threatening especially in todays climate), We stated that we would have to contact Georgia Board of Dentistry and they considered that a threat. I felt that the procedure that was completed was done incorrectly, we were not receiving truthful answers, and refusal from Dr. Williams to correct for a span of 4 months, so Georgia Board of Dentistry was the place to start, so that was not a threat. At this point I was sure the procedure that was done was incomplete and/or done incorrectly and went against Georgia Dental Practice Act. My daughter should not have had pain throughout her entire mouth nor should either of us had sensitivity to where you could barely eat for months later after procedure. The Tracie and Dr. Williams is unprofessional and dishonest.. We have since gone to another dentist and had to have the work that 32 Pearls Family Dentistry did redone (so having to pay to redo everything) and the new dentist cautioned us about ever returning to whoever did the initial work. It was THAT bad. It's been a little over a week and we have no pain or sensitivity. So, it's was not true that it can last for weeks, months, or even years. Dr. Williams had done our procedure incorrectly. As stated in my initial review they had deleted. They had 5 reviews for over a year and once they had an actual true experience review...suddenly 20+ reviews appear in one week, but delete all the negative from customers who had real experience. So ironic! 0/10. Avoid by any means necessary!

Dr. Williams is great! She's been working on me my whole life. She even gives great recommendations on products and techniques to use in order to keep my mouth healthy and clean. It's always been a pleasant experience going to see her, whether it was pulling teeth when I was little or my regular maintenance that I have to do now as a young adult. Dr. Williams is the best and I will continue to go to her until I can't!

The atmosphere and staff at 32 pearls were outstanding. It was our first experience with a pediatric dentist and I couldn't be more pleased. Very kind and friendly staff put both myself and my daughter at ease the entire appointment. Everyone was so nice and my daughter had fun getting her teeth cleaned! We will be coming back in the future. It is awesome that they make it fun for kids to go to the dentist. Highly recommend!!!
