Dr. Kristian Cabugao was born in Hawaii and raised in Vallejo, California. He completed his undergraduate studies at UC Davis and earned his dental degree at the prestigious UC San Francisco. He then moved to San Diego, California where he gained extensive experience managing and training others in a dynamic dental setting.
Now living back in the Bay Area, Dr. Kristian has returned to his roots and enjoys serving his local community at large. As a general dentist, he has provided implant, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He has enjoyed honing his clinical skills with continuing education and uses the most current techniques and materials.
'Dr. Kristian likes to take a gentle approach to dental treatment where he and his staff are dedicated to provide high quality dental care in a comfortable relaxing environment. He spends time with each patient to thoroughly educate them on their dental needs and helps them achieve and maintain optimum dental health over a lifetime.'
Dr. Nicole Holownia grew up in San Ramon, CA. She received her bachelor's in Equine Science and Management from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, before returning to the west coast to attend dental school at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. Having a passion for those in need, she has participated in a variety of mission trips including providing free dental care to the under-served population in Jamaica. Dr. Nicole loves that dentistry is a unique marriage of medicine and aesthetics and a way to improve the lives of those around her. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Nicole is a competitive equestrian and also enjoys traveling and cooking for friends and family.

Went to the office as a new patient and was amazed of how great and friendly the staff was. What was special about this office is that the dental team took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and everyone was very thorough. In comparison to all the offices I've been to over the years I have found that they are very reasonably priced and pay attention to the small details; such as, the overall cleanliness of the office (especially during the pandemic), the technology utilized is second to none, and I appreciate how they treat me as a patient! I highly recommend this office to anyone who wants to find a new dental office that provides quality care!

Me and my son had been going to 32 Dental since moving to Vallejo. I've got to admit that they have a really nice and clean office. The front staff were nice and Dr Kristian listened ms cared for our dental health sincerely. Recently, I noticed that they have been very pushy with having all their proposed dental treatment calling me while I'm working even after I politely requested them not to call me during working hours unless it's an emergency. Also, they do not schedule me with Dr Kristian anymore and started seeing a Dr. Nicole who Kept telling me that I need crowns on 4 teeth and it'll cost me few thousand dollars even with insurance. I asked if there's another option and said that she can also do a filling instead. A few days before my appt, I got a call from the receptionist telling me that they are canceling my appt because Dr. Nicole does not feel comfortable with the procedure. I should've charged them $50 for cancelling on me but I think losing 2 pts is worth more than that. 32 dental need to make their pts feel they are not after their money but for their oral well being. Happy to have transferred to another dentist who carried on their proposed treatment for a minimum charge.

This review is based on my husband's appointment today. He had two of wisdom teeth extracted. This appointment was an emergency and I'm so thankful they were able to see him in such a short notice. According to my husband, Dr. Schuetter was the best oral surgeon he ever had. She was very caring, and efficient when came to his appointment. She was very thorough and meticulous from the very start to the end of the procedure. He would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an oral surgeon.

I understand a $50 "cancellation fee" if not done in 48 hours, but a "reschedule fee" of $50 if I don't notify you guys in 48 hours? That's idiotic and inconsiderate for those that work full-time jobs. I'll be sure to go elsewhere for my dental needs, as well as notify my dad to do the same as he is also a patient of yours and was the one that recommended me here. Been going to the dentist all my life and have never heard of a policy this excessive. @owner, thank you for your prompt response. I met with your staff today and we were able to sort out our indifferences. I will continue to come here for my dental needs as your staff is incredible. I think the policy is bogus, but hopefully we don't run into this issue again. Have a good day.

Dr. Christian is absolutely an angel he saved my teeth from a dentist that did absolutely horrible work and caused me a lot of pain I had almost no hope and was feeling very defeated, 32 dental made me feel like it was going to be OK, they took me step-by-step and explained everything to me perfectly, he was able to save my Teeth and give me beautiful implants I seriously can't say enough about this place I wish I could give it more stars! The dentist has truly changed my life for the better!! Also Karen helped me with the financial aspect and was able to reassure me and explain everything perfectly! DDS Kristian and his staff are beyond amazing...Wish I could remember my hygienist's name (Elizabeth maybe) She was also so incredibly patient and helpful!!! I suffer from very severe anxiety issues, I had the worst anxiety attack of my life while I was there today but the staff made me feel so safe and comfortable I was able to get through it! And even complete my procedure! 10/10 truly amazing people!

Last week i had a bridge put in. While the experience was lenthy and involved ( no way around that) the experience and results were top notch! Hands down, this is one of the best dental experiences ive had. The staff are wonderful! And the doc is really good at his choosen profession. I felt really taken care of. All the latest technology as well. 10 out of 10. Really pleased.

32 Dental's employees are very welcoming. The receptionist, Karen and Jackie had a warm smile and checked me in right when I entered the door. Mariam, one of the many friendly dental assistants always remembers me by name and we always talk about common interest. Dr. Kristian and Dr. Nina are very thorough when it comes to teeth cleaning and goes over anything that needs improvement or if any extra work needs to be done. I came into the office for a regular teeth cleaning today and had the dental assistant, Young K. escorted me to the back room to the chair. She asked how was my brushing and flossing, and if there were any concerns they should keep and eye out before she started cleaning. I did have a sensitive spot on my upper left tooth, and she made sure to double check that first. She didn't see any cavities or aggrieved gums, but noticed that I was clenching my teeth which could lead to cracking. She suggested a mouth guard while sleeping to help prevent any further damage, and would bring up the note to the Doctors. Once she finished cleaning my teeth, Dr. Nina came and double checked the cleaning, and advised if I had time today to get a impression fitting for a mouth guard. I had extra time, and was able to stay. While setting up the impressions, Dr Kristian stopped by my room to check on how I was doing, and what the process will be. The impression molding was very quick to do, and at the end of my appointment Mariam escorted me to the front door. Overall 32 Dental's a very family oriented dentist office that welcomes everyone. I will continue to come back to 32 Dental!

I found this dental office early on a Saturday morning on Google. I had a terrible accident which took a tooth! I was in a hurry to find a dentist who knew what to do help me. I was overjoyed with the treatment I received from all the staff members and the professionalism and expertise from Dr. Christian. Although it was a process Dr. Christian made it all as painless as possible. You'd never be able to tell which tooth is the implant! My family now comes to this dental office as well and I would highly recommend this place to others!

I owe my smile to 32 Dental. I first came to know Dr. Kristian almost nine years ago when I was looking for help with a broken crown. I pulled into the Starbucks in AC one Saturday afternoon & was surprised to see a dentist office was open across the way. While they could not take me that afternoon they offered an appointment the next day...that's right Sunday. And to my even greater surprise they were able to build a crown in their office that fit perfectly. No 2 - 3 week wait while a lab builds a tooth and your stuck with a lousy temp. Ever since then I have been returning to Dr. K and his staff, including the marvelous Dr. Nina. They have replaced several more crowns and walked me through some dicey dental dilemmas. Every time I come out just fine. In addition to having the latest in dental technology they are professional AND caring. Love these guys!
