Dr. Straffon and his team are miracle workers!!! I am someone who had an injury to my mouth as a teenager and from that moment on I have always been terrified of the dentist and orthodontist. Dr. Straffon had the most compassionate approach to my needs and he truly transformed my life. My smile had always been my biggest insecurity and after my time spent at 303 smiles I can't stop smiling. If you have ever once thought about the need to visit an orthodontist, GO SEE DR. STRAFFON! You will not regret it!

I highly recommend 303 Smiles and Dr. Derek Straffon for youth and adult orthodontics. Dr. Straffon is highly skilled in his profession, provides personal attention and care, and is a perfectionist with his work. The office environment is hip, upbeat, professional, respectful, and high tech. The staff is just as hard working and professional as Dr. Straffon. Both of our sons went through braces and I went through the parent program. We are very pleased with the results.

I've gone to Dr. Straffon since I was 11 years old. Sadly had to go in for round two due to a dog eating my retainer. Knew there was no other choice but to come back to 303 smiles because of the quality customer service they have provided for me and my entire family. It was worth it to me to travel all the way from Austin and do the treatment remotely. For my last appointment, instead of making the trip back once more to take off my Invisalign, Dr. Straffon made time in his day to bring me in for 2 additional appointments so I could have my Invisalign removed. I couldn't be more thankful, this was the best experience and my time here was the most accommodating, easy, and low stress as it can get!

Dr. Straffon is the absolute best! He is passionate and utterly meticulous in his work. I recommend Dr. Straffon and 303 Smiles without hesitation. Growing up, I was always told how straight my teeth were without braces. Fast-forward into my 30s and I was experiencing terrible jaw pain and daily headaches. After my husband's successful experience with Dr. Straffon, I figured a consultation for my TMJ was a good idea. Turns out, my "straight teeth" needed some help. After a thorough consultation, Dr. Straffon and team determined that I had degeneration in my jaw and my bite was too hard, resulting in what looked like a tsunami of pressure on each tooth when I bit down. Dr. Straffon took such care in explaining his findings and deliberately took the time to educate me at every opportunity throughout my treatment. His ability to approach each person and situation with intention and expertise leads to a wonderful, custom experience. I am thrilled with my new smile! I especially appreciate the relief Dr. Straffon has given me as I have no more headaches from TMJ. Thank you Dr. Straffon & team!

I Absolutely 110% recommend 303 smiles, Dr. Straffon and his team are the most friendly and caring people in the orthodontic community, they put your comfort and needs as their top priority, they take time to know their patients, and when you walk right in they know great you with your name! Dr Straffon is very knowledgeable, his work in my opinion is beyond exceptional, he is very transparent about the whole process for braces. He takes time to explain what he is doing and the reason he is doing it. I never ever had anything negative happen, the staff is upbeat and cheerful! It made the whole experience worth it and I looked forward to every appointment. Keep up the good work guys!

Dr. Straffon is an amazing orthodontist and does an incredible job at transforming peoples smiles and changing their lives. He does an excellent job listening to the patient and trying to customize their experience and smile to fit their lifestyle. As a college student, wearing retainers and brackets on your teeth can seem less than glamorous, but not only did 303 make my smile worth it, they also let me choose the treatment plan I felt most comfortable with. The staff are kind, professional, attentive and flexible to meet all your needs. Cannot recommend Dr. Straffon and 303 Smiles enough! Thank you for the best smile of my life!

Had an amazing experience getting braces here! I had a timeline to hit due to my wedding quickly approaching and Dr. Straffon and the whole team made sure to do their best to keep me informed and on time! Every appointment was full of enthusiasm and kindness!

Dr Straffon does a great job making both my kids feel at ease. He explains the process to me in a way that is easy for me to understand. Dr. Straffon and his team are first-class in every way! From the day I walked into their office for a consultation to the day I left with my retainers I have been treated with kindness, dignity and respect. I had braces as a child and over time my teeth shifted in a way that compromised the long-term health of my teeth. Jen and Dr. Straffon addressed my anxiety & concerns in a way that I didn't expect dental/ortho professionals to. I was listened to and cared for - it meant everything to me. Our family loves Straffon Orthodontics! Both of our children have had their smiles perfected by Dr. Straffon. His attention to detail along with his professionalism and care for each individual patent is outstanding. The entire staff is always happy to see you and makes you feel both comfortable and special. This is an office where each employee is committed to doing their part and going the extra mile to ensure you are happy. Dr. Straffon and his staff were ABSOLUTELY amazing throughout my ortho journey. I used to be in the dental industry (so I'm picky ) and this was my third, yes third, time in braces and Dr. Straffon finally gave me the smile I was looking for and imagined. There was never a question that wasn't thoroughly answered, and they were always so understanding if something came up that I had to reschedule an appointment. I'd recommend anyone go to Dr. Straffon. You'll be happy you did.

I loved my experience at 303 smiles. My teeth look amazing, the staff are the best of the best! They were accommodating, extremely communicative, and so friendly and sweet. I was given gifts throughout my treatment and it just made me feel so special. They were very responsive to any concern I had about my Invisalign. Loved the flexibility of both in person and virtual appointments - would 10/10 recommend them.

I couldn't recommend 303 smiles more! I came in with bad orthodontic work prior from when I was a teen and I knew I had a difficult case/mouth but they immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. I am now in the detail stage of my treatment and couldn't be happier. My teeth, bite and jaw feel so much better and cannot wait to see the final, final results because I am so in love with my smile already. Dr. Straffon and his staff are amazing and really listen to you and want to help deep each individual. If you have a difficult case I promise you that they will be able to work something out for you to help you love your smile too!

If you're an adult and thinking about getting orthodontic treatment, look no further! 303 smile is the place to be. In the past, I've visited many offices and spoke with many orthodontists with a similar treatment plan for an open bite. A year in braces, jaw surgery, and another year in braces. I couldn't imagine going through jaw surgery and having my mouth wired shut then being back in braces for another year. lost hope in getting orthodontic treatment. Years past and my cousin recommended me her orthodontists, I was hesitant at first but took a chance and made an appointment for a consultation. The minute you walk in at 303 smiles, the staff is super friendly and I felt very comfortable. Post consultation and speaking with Dr. Straffon, he explained my plan of orthodontic treatment and that he was able to treat me without jaw surgery! I went ahead and started my treatment. Every follow-up appointment I had a great experience, his staff made me feel very comfortable and it was fun to be in the office. Today, I've completed my treatment in 21 months, 3 months sooner than the estimated completion of treatment! 303 smile, I miss you guys so much!

We LOVE 303 Smiles! Our experience with Dr Straffon and his entire team has been incredible! He is so patient when explaining what he will accomplish with the treatment plans, making sure both the kids and I know the expectations. He is interested in each child as a person and creates an individual pathway for them. His whole staff is kind, helpful, thoughtful and just fun to be around. We are so happy to be here for all our orthodontic needs!

I'm 62 and have been using the Invisalign program for four months. My teeth are getting straighter every day. Dr. Straffon and his entire staff are amazing! They are so kind and make the process fun. They educated me thoroughly about how to use the braces. The office is pristine and is very safe in spite of COVID. They return phone calls promptly and can do remote appointments on the computer. I see them work with kids and teens and I'm so impressed. If you are thinking of getting braces then this is the place to go!
