I have been patient. For over a year I have been a patient with Dentist from this group . I had prior dental work that came loose, he said it could not be redone, and refused to glue. Left me with nothing in the front. You and lied led me along would new problems, and telling me he would be the one doing implants and stuff, then when I keep asking for a direct quote I was ignored and given. The run around for months! Then find today he wasn't qualified or had the skill . You know how my self esteem has crumbled nobody will date due to this company practice and communication. You may want to find someone else!!!

I have had both routine and cosmetic care by the team and they are FANTASTIC! My bridge is so realistic nobody can see it, they perfectly matched my tooth color. All services are explained fully and I know exactly what my insurance has approved and what my out-of-pocket will be before the work is started. Give 3 Stone Dental a try, they are wonderful and truly care about your oral health.

This will be a bit long but worth the read if you bear with me. I am not normally one to do reviews but felt I needed to. Prior to coming here to 3 stone I had a documented phobia of the dentist due to a couple of traumatic experiences. Still apprehensive but Dr Syed has been fantastic at addressing those concerns. He always ensures I dont feel pain, my appts run long with the work I've had done so if I begin to feel something I let him know he IMMEDIATELY stops and adds more numbing meds before continuing. Answers all questions and they explain what's going on. I've had a couple different techs working with him but the one who has assisted with most of my work is julie bartlett and she has been just as outstanding. Same as the doc, answers questions tries her utmost to ensure you aren't uncomfortable and all around knows what the doc wants and needs when doing the work. This year I have had 5 root canals (I think a 6th as well it's hard to keep track you'll see why in a second), a couple fillings, SEVEN crowns which required cavities filled plus buildup, 1 implant, 1 extraction of a VERY bad, dead nearly rotted out 3rd molar that was the result of a failed root canal at another dentist, and I still have I think 4 or 5 more permanent crowns to get done, at least 5 more cavities filled, 1 more root canal for sure maybe 3, and once the extraction heals 1 more implant. If it wasnt for his work and the outsta ding staff I would have abandoned getting all this done long ago. Even now I still get nervous but I reassure myself WHO I am going to see and that I've all all this work done and I still go. He does great work, I have had questions with after care and they have always gotten back to me next day whether it's the doc or ms Bartlett. I firmly believe if it hadn't been this dentist and his staff, I'd have kept on ignoring as much work as I did. I mean I used to have to be put OUT for simple cleanings! But thanks to them I am gaining back the ability to chew on both sides of my mouth, not embarrassed by how my mouth looks, the bad breath that comes with infected rotted teeth etc. It has been great and ANY work I need done in the future I will have done here by dr Syed! I would also like to mention Eli who works the front desk as with most offices it's the doc or the nurses that get the compliments or complaints but Eli is what makes the office run really. A 1 man staff that does all the paperwork and billing and such and with the extremely slow grinding wheels of getting VA authorization he has worked tirelessly to stay on them to get whatever they need to get the work authorized so I can have it done, sometimes putting in repeat requests as time runs out on previous approvals and such. As an aside they have offices all over so you dont need to worry about going just to 1. He works with a select group of dentists running offices (and he works in each) in Claremont, Newport, Lebanon, Springfield VT, and I believe Keene and another 1 or 2. He is a busy man and great work is sought after!

I've gone to 3 Stone for 7 years and my hygienist, Diane Meadows, is great. She's caring, gentle, resourceful and will put your anxiety to rest. I've experienced only willingness to accommodate your needs by the rest of the staff. Thumbs up!

Recently I had some major dental work performed, after many years. I went to Three Stone Dental in Claremont to have my work done. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Dr. Syed and staff were wonderful, absolutely NO PAIN, including a couple of Root Canals!! If you are looking for a dentist in the upper valley, I highly recommend Dr. Syed and his staff. M.Keeley

The worst dental mistake I've ever made. The only person who was remotely helpful or actually working was the dental hygienist. Where do I start to describe the worst dental expirence of my life. Let's see first of they tried to upsell my visit, I was only there because my regular dentist was busy. The foreign Dr who could barley speak English was speaking to me like I was dumb and had no clue that my dead broken tooth was actually broken and that I was in pain!! Well no s@#$ it was broken, that's why I was there!!! Then he numbed me up and walked away, he comes back 25 minutes later to ask if my mouth was numb I said yes then he walked away again, then 20 minutes later comes back again and starts to extract my tooth only to stop to have me sign a waver for me to not sure if he messed up. Finally the tooth comes out and he gives me the most painful stitches I've ever had ( I had to cut and pull them out the next day because they hurt so bad and he left excess string hanging which was so long it was going down my throat). Then when I was leaving I was given NO instructions to care for the would, no medicine for pain or future infections. I watched the Dr walk out to his car in his scrubs then go back to work without washing his hands. And ever since I've had my tooth extracted my teeth have been in pain and also my gums are receding and I blame the half-ass Dr who cared more about his money then the patients he's supposed to be helping. I will never make the same mistake of going somewhere I don't know. They do horrible work so don't waste your time or money!!!! They don't even desserve 1 star!!!!!!!!

Originally went for an emergency, now my regular Dentist. Wonderful staff.

My parents (94 y/o) had been long-time patients; however, when emergencies arose 3-Stone had never been able to accommodate them. (My dad once and my mom once) I called a different dental office and got my mom in within an hour! The demeanor of the dentist and the work performed was supurb. Needless to say, 3-Stone is history!

What I liked most was the good advice and plan they gave me to fit within my budget and they have always got me right in within a few days if not sooner when I call. I would say they are accommodating and friendly.
