Dr. Kim received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree(D.D.S.) from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. While attending Columbia University, he won numerous academic and clinical awards for his achievements. After the dental school, Dr. Kim attended Orthodontic Program at Columbia University, where he attained his Post Doctoral Certificate in Orthodontics with Master of Science Degree for his clinical research. After his seven years of dental training, he developed special treatment technique with the 3S principles, which stands for Simple mechanics, Stable result and Short treatment time. He dedicated his knowledge and energy to his patients to create healthy, beautiful and long-lasting smiles with highest quality care over 20 years. Dr. Kim is a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontics, certified Invisalign, Damon Self-Ligating Appliance. He is also a member of American Association of Orthodontists, the Mid-Atlantic Association of Orthodontists, The New Jersey Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, Bergen County Dental Association, Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honorary Dental Society and Sigma Xi The Scientific Research Society.
